• Vanessa Elisa (9/5): Traumhaft und super gelegen - Es hat uns alles super gut gefallen. Insbesondere das Team ist super freundlich, offen und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist super: man braucht nur ca. 25 min zu Fuß bis in die Stadt oder man fährt mit dem Bus ca. 5-10 min, jenachdem wo man aussteigt. Man braucht nur die Einfahrt vom Hotel runtergehen und schon direkt ist man an der Bushaltestelle Nr. 6. Wir sind immer an der Bushaltestelle Nr. 3 ausgestiegen, sodass man noch etwas runtergehen muss, aber dafür in den süßen Shoppinggassen durchläuft. Oder man fährt bis zur Nr.1, sodass man ganz unten am Hafen ankommt. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr gut und wir hatten einen tollen Balkon, der auch Schatten gespendet hat, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders groß und war jeden Tag gleich, aber das hat vollkommen ausgereicht. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Badezimmer ist leider nur sehr klein und dunkel. Da wäre es vielleicht sinnvoll, etwas an der Belichtung zu ändern. Das ist aber kein Grund, nicht in dieses Hotel zu fahren.

Wenn die Rechauds von unten nicht beheizt werden, können Spiegeleier oder andere Speisen nicht lange warm bleiben. Dass wir als 5-köpfige Familie nicht an einem Tisch sitzen konnten, weil das zu kompliziert und/oder nicht erwünscht war, hat uns schon sehr geschockt.

• Paula (10/5): Paradise Found at Irida Aegean View – Booking.com's Fraud Nightmare Nearly Ruined It - Thank you so much to the wonderful team at Irida Aegean View, Philian Hotels and Resorts, for making my stay from August 20-24, 2025, truly memorable! The atmosphere was serene and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long journey. Your warm welcome set the tone right from check-in, and I can't rave enough about the abundant, healthy breakfast options—fresh fruits, yogurt, and those delicious local treats kept me energized all day. The stunning views of the Aegean Sea were absolutely breathtaking, making every moment on the balcony feel like a postcard come to life. Kudos to the staff for their attentiveness and for going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. That said, it's a shame that Booking.com's complete indifference to customer support overshadowed parts of the planning process. Despite reporting a spoofing fraud incident back on June 19, 2025—caused by their own security breach that allowed scammers to access reservation details and coerce full payment under threats93f40371076e—and having it repeat in July with more suspicious messages, they've ignored over 50 emails with evidence and provided zero assistance or resolution three months later. It's frustrating to see such negligence from a platform that's supposed to facilitate seamless travel, especially when these issues are well-documented and ongoing44f8e2a1f24d. Thankfully, the hotel itself was a highlight—highly recommend staying here, just book directly if you can to avoid Booking.com's "support" circus!

• Maria Rosa (8/5): Maravillosa vista delante del mar en un hotelito encantador - La vista maravillosa, la arquitectura del hotel, la zona de la piscina y el desayuno más que correcto. El personal amable y disponible. En el baño no hay un solo gancho para colgar toallas. Hay un toallero de plástico para 1 sola toalla pero estaba roto. Estamos 4 personas en la habitación, teníamos 2 toallas cada uno. No sabíamos dónde dejarlas. La limpieza del baño, el suelo de la habitación y las camas estaba bien, pero la terraza estaba llena de arena de huéspedes anteriores y los muebles llenos de polvo.

Ένα αρνητικό ήταν ότι δεν είχε σιτα στο μπαλκόνι, έτσι υπήρχαν μυγάκια και έντομα μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Τέλος βάση τις τιμής του θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο προσεγμένο, είχε πολλές μικρές ατελειες μέσα στο δωμάτιο αλλά και στον χώρο της πισίνας.

Catherine was an excellent receptionist who gave us beach suggestions, booked trips and made sure we had a cheerful welcome each day. The pool was beautiful but sunbeds needed an update to match the other furniture.

Bazén s výhledem na moře byl báječný oddych po dobrodružném týdnu objevování Skiathosu a Skopelosu. Určitě bych doporučil vyměnit sprchovou hadici a hlavici, neboť byly rozbité a teklo vše bokem. Koupelna z celého ubytování bylo to nejhorší, chyběly nějaké háčky na věšení ručníků, málo vybavená, protékající sprchový kout, záchod…

• ANTONIOS (10/5): ΔΙΑΚΟΠΕΣ ΧΑΛΑΡΩΣΗΣ! ΜΑΚΑΡΙ ΝΑ ΚΑΘΟΜΑΣΤΑΝ ΑΛΛΟ ΤΟΣΟ.. - Η μια εκ των υπαλλήλων (δεσποινίδα Κατερίνα) ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενη, επικοινωνιακή και άκρως εξυπηρετική κάτι που σου έφτιαχνε αμέσως την διάθεση! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για διακοπές χαλάρωσης.. Το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρέτικο αρκεί να κάνει κάποιες μικροσυντηρήσεις σε ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλες και περιβάλλοντα χώρο. Αυτό όμως δεν επηρεάζει συνολικά την απόψη που σχηματίσαμε εν τέλει. Ότι κάναμε δηλαδή πολύ καλή επιλογή!

• Melanie (7/5): Lovely stay, warm and very helpful staff. Amazing views, but steep climb - The view from the room was spectacular, and exceeded our expectation's. The breakfast was ok, not brilliant, just ok. The coffee!
• Inês (4/5): Honestly, disappointing - The location and the view. The staff was also very nice. The photos presented in the website don’t accurately match the property. The rooms are very noisy during the night because of the air conditioning machines. Since the property is old it is not soundproof.

• Jane (10/5): LOVED IT! - Absolutely everything! Immaculately clean, outstanding customer service, beautiful pool area, can’t wait to go back! We had booked for 2 nights and extended to 3 (wanted 4 but they were fully booked). But what makes this hotel stand out is their front of house lady, Catherine. She goes over and beyond to make her guests happy. And Iannis and Nel too. Very special team in place at this hotel. Highly recommend it. Nothing

• Steven (10/5): - Amazing stay celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday while there. The staff (especially Catherine) were really helpful and arranged for cake and flowers and decorations to make the day extra special. The hotel itself was perfect with nice pool area and close to Skiathos Town

• gilly (6/5): Pretty average hotel and could be a lot better with some very easy improvements. - Very helpful staff, nice and relaxed! Very convenient location for the bus stop, town and beaches. Pool sunbeds were a bit shabby and if the hotel is busy, not enough of them. Also, not enough tables outside in the shade for breakfast if the hotel is busy. The honey was not good quality and orange juice not fresh. Good coffee.

• Ann Nellie (9/5): Nydelig utsikt, rent og fint og veldig bra service - Nydelig utsikt, fint rom, vannkoker og kjøleskap på rommet. Rent og veldig bra service. Transport arrangert til fra båt og flyplass. Tynn kaffe til frokost, men vi fikk gratis kaffe fra bassengbaren da vi bemerket det.
