- Ela (9/5): Great stay. - Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. We really enjoyed using the facilities, especially the gym and the pool. However, during our first day, we struggled a bit because we were unable to find the direction to the hotel’s main entrance from the car park. I would suggest that the management consider placing more signage in this area to make access easier for guests. The hotel’s location was very convenient, as it was close to the city center mall. This was a great advantage for us since we wanted to go shopping and try some coffee shops nearby. The only disappointing part of our stay was that it was difficult to navigate to the car park entrance from the main road. You have to drive all the way to the back of the hotel to access the basement parking. It felt a bit unusual that there was no direct entrance from the main road to the hotel entrance. Fortunately, we managed to figure it out by the second day of our stay. The Receptionist and the HK staff were very quick to response to our requests since day one.They also clean our room well and replaced our towels with fresh one during the cleaning up while we were away. Unfortunately, we haven't try the restaurants since we prefer to go out to dine to try new places whenever we travel.The hotel also have great lobby to sit and get connected if you wanted to work while on your holiday.

Holiday Inn Muscat AlSeeb I’m awarding this hotel 5 stars without hesitation, and the reason is simple: the people! The front desk team here is nothing short of outstanding. The greatest Muna and her level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests is something I rarely encounter, even in far more prestigious properties. A special thank you to the kitchen staff and those who work on breakfast service. Every interaction felt personal, attentive, and above and beyond what you’d expect. A special thanks to Ibrahim, Mohamed, Kawther, Masud, Sazzard, Manivel and Al Azhar! My entire stay was simply wonderful from check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations.
