- Netanel (4/5): מאכזב ומתסכל מאוד, לא נבוא ולא נמליץ! - החוף מדהים אווירה בחדר האוכל ונוף קרוב לבית הישראלי חלק מהצוות - שרותיים ונעימים מטוד חלק מהצות, בעיקר פקידות קבלה, מתעלמות מבקשות (סבירות לחלוטין כמו נייר טוואלט, או כוסות נקיות בטווח זמן של 3 שעות..) אין מים חמים בצורה טובה והזרם חלש. שירותים לא תקינים - צואה צפה!
- Lev (10/5): - מלון מטורף - בהאד רין במקום שאפשר להסתובב ברגל עם מסעדות, ברים, חנויות ללא תלות באופנוע. בנוסף resort הזה מאוד מקסים ויפה עם חוף פרטי, מסעדה פרטית עם גינה יפה. שמים חומר נגד יתושים בחדר שזה מטורף. יש שומר בכניסה. נותנים משקה אחד חינם על חשבון מלון.

Puutarha-bungalowiin kuului jonkin verran meteliä/autojen ääniä, meidän bungalowin sijainti oli hotellin pesulaa vastapäätä. Siivous päivittäin ja uudet pyyhkeet myös samalla.

Beautiful, well-appointed rooms and staff who are consistently friendly and go out of their way to provide good service. The central pool with swim-up bar is lovely, and the beach is one of the best we visited in Thailand. Breakfast options are good, varied, and generous. The gym is of genuinely high quality, well-equipped and well-maintained. Lunch and dinner options are quite limited. Drinks can be on the expensive side. The biggest issue is cannabis smoke: although smoking cannabis on the premises is prohibited, the rule is routinely ignored by guests. Combined with the constant sea breeze from the beach, there is an almost permanent smell of cannabis in and around the pool area throughout the day. Staff do attempt to intervene, but many guests disregard the rule entirely, sometimes even after being told directly.

Customer service manager was proactive in fixing an issue that arose during my stay, placed me in a different room eventually i chose to extend my stay. -Staff didnt remove towels that people just left unattended on the sunbeds, which made it impossible to enjoy the facility. Eventually i had to lay down on the sand. - there is still construction happening in one part of the hotel- which can be disturbing

Je pense que l'hôtel a subi une belle mise à jour et c'est très réussi! la décoration de la salle principale est magnifique, prendre son petit déjeuner avec cette vue incroyable et les pieds dans le sable! une merveille! et le staff est adorable! Honey et tout le reste de l'équipe, vraiment au top! on reviendra avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine. 🇨🇵❤🇨🇷 une partie de la clientèle qui manque d'éducation, mais ça ... c'est malheureusement partout.

- S (7/5): Gut aber nicht Top - Frühstück zu 98% gut. Tolle Lage. Bester Strand. Achtung, bei Vollmond ist der Strand eine einzige Party! Aber ohne Vollmond, sehr ruhig. Personal großteils freundlich. Beim Frühstück die vorgefertigten Joghurts. 2 Esslöffel und weg, sparen am falschen Platz. Bungalows alt, abgewohnt und teilweise schmutzig. Klimaanlage klingt wie ein Dieselaggregat. Im Restaurant fehlt es etwas an Freundlichkeit und dem thailändischen Lächeln. Restaurantleiterin wirkt immer sehr kalt.

Leider wurden schon ab 8 Liegen reserviert, die teilweise den ganzen Tag leer waren und die Angestellten haben dagegen nichts unternommen. Die Drinks waren gestreckt und dafür sehr teuer. Frühstück war nach paar Tagen etwas eintönig.

Ottima Colazione La colazione viene servita dalle ore 8 am, le escursioni prevedono il pick up alle ore 7 pertanto è davvero un peccato perdere la comodità della colazione.

We were treated like royalty and can’t recommend them enough. Pool and restaurant we’d both beautiful. Beachfront location you couldn’t fault (outside of full moon party time). Cottages were spacious and clean and well looked after. Really good accommodation and air con/bedding. Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful eggs and avocado. Western food was great, Thai food was small and pricey so we didn’t eat Thai there but Le Burger was just outside the resort and was amazing! The gym attached to the hotel was excellent and really well looked after. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. We didn’t love the location for lack of decent restaurants to eat at. The high street there is pretty party orientated and if you want a nice evening meal you really struggle to find somewhere clean enough. The burger place was great but the rest of it is really limited. Other than that no complaints.

- Gaya (9/5): המלון הכי טוב לפול מון. נקי מפנק ולוקיישן מושלם - המלון הכי טוב למי שמגיע לפול מון, נמצא ממש על החוף של הפול עם ירידה ישירות למסיבות אבל עדיין יחסית שקט בחדרים עצמם. יש אבטחה רצינית למלון גם בכניסה של החוף וגם בכניסה של הרחוב הראשי והרגשנו מאוד בטוחים (בייחוד בתקופה הזאת) החדרים עם הכניסה לטרקלין יפים נוחים עם מרפסת כיפית ונוף לבריכה ולים, בכל שעות היום יש שתייה קלה ונשנושים חופשי בטרקלין. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת עם תפריט שמזמינים ממנו אוכל ושתייה. הצוות סופר נחמדים עזרו לנו בהכל- לסגור מעבורת חזרה לקוסמוי הסעה למעבורת והוספת לילות לשהות שלנו בעקבות טיסות שבוטלו.

- Joanna (5/5): Great staff, but let down by the hotel - The staff were amazing! Professional and friendly. The hotel was perfectly placed for attending the full moon party. The resort is run down and tired! The shower was useless! Im amazed I was able to wash my hair in it as the pressure was pathetic. It was also grimy! Housekeeping only swept the floor in the bedroom and left everything else. Dirty glasses were not taken away. The restaurant had a very limited menu. Breakfast was hit and miss. One day it was nice, the next it was awful! Definitely not worth the price we paid to stay here.

The renovated rooms are really nice and comfortable with all you need. Very good breakfast and very kind staff. We booked one bungalow for our daughters while we were staying in the renovated rooms. The bungalow was ok but the bathroom really smelly and really big cockroaches running around. We do not recommend the bungalows.

În plus hotelul se află în renovare și nu arată nici pe departe ca un hotel de 4 stele . Aceeași banii am plătit în Koh Samui intr o vilă cu piscină proprie și cu vedere la mare . Phangan Bayshore nu se ridică la standarde decât de cel mult 2 stele ! Personalul însă extrem de drăguț ! Managerul și investitorii ar trebui să se implice mai mult și să încerce să pună preț pe calitate nu doar pe încasări !

Very nice and delicious breakfast, you can order eggs as you like. Very clean and beautiful beach. Everything was super, definitely recommend.

- solofilm (10/5): Fantastic resort - We stayed in the hotel for eight days and enjoy every minute. We might even come back after our trip around Asia. Great location right on the beach, updated rooms still under some construction but not invasive to the guests. We stayed in the bungalow which is not part of the main building but it was very nice. There is a VIP section of the hotel which has an access to the lounge. The breakfast is fantastic very tasteful and high quality. I understand that the new owner does everyday improvement to the hotel. Thank you. The staff seems very happy and helpful in every way. The beach has a beautiful sand once awhile there is trash coming from the sea but it seems the hotel is trying to maintain it. I also picked up few things as we all should do anyway. Hotel has an easy access to the public restaurants, massages and the stores. Thank you for taking care of us we will come back!
