- Elizabeth (9/5): Terrific, friendly, centrally located establishment to book when staying in Dunedin - This motel was perfectly situated for us when in Dunedin visiting family. It is right in the core of Dunedin and allowed us to explore on foot and we enjoyed the close proximity to many restaurants and sights such as the fabulous museum (a must visit). We were driving from Akaroa and notified them we were running late and would be arriving after check-in and they were most accommodating; even put out a pylon to secure a parking spot near our room along with other arrangements. The only teeny tiny thing I would adjust is lighting in the room as a bit dark/dim. Could use additional wattage when you arrive in the night, flick on the switch by the door and are unpacking/moving about the room.

Didn't try the spa, but it looked good! Tv in the bedroom and the living room. Electric blankets were nice on the cold nights. Comfy bed. I was travelling with my son, so it was good to have a separate room each and plenty of space to move about. Most twin room we stay in NZ were studio style with the same price tag. Nothing. I thought it was great value

- Viktor (7/5): - The biggest advantage is the location - right in the city centre and easy to walk to everything. The room was clean and warm, with a good heater, and the size was fine for a short stay. Parking is a bit steep, but that seems quite normal for this part of Dunedin. The bed was too soft for us, and the bathroom setup felt a bit dated and not very convenient, with a fixed shower and separate hot and cold taps. But for one night it was fine.

- QIN (10/5): Good - It’s nice to stay and close to downtown area for 5mins walk. The reception is nice to talk who kept talking with me to confirm the arrival time and instructions. When we checked out at 10am, we parked until 1pm as we did city walk . The bed clean should be improved , as a little bit smell.
