• Guest (9/5): Excelente opción en Koh Lanta - La amabilidad de todo el equipo. Arreglaron la habitación a diario y nos dejaban café y agua. Al ser temporada baja no hay servicio de desayuno y la zona de la piscina estaba un pelín dejada. Creo que con el personal que hay allí debería ser posible tenerlo al 100%.

• Anonymous (10/5): Unforgettable a very special place - Wonderfully kind staff Comfy bed and very clean room with good facilities in room including fridge, wireless phone charger ect Pool area is amazing especially in low season when you get it to yourself at night Moped hire service is also very good and staff very helpful When it was raining staff went out of their way to keep people safe and gave out umbrellas ect Beach couldn’t be closer unless you were on it If it’s raining be careful of the blue tiles on the walkways they get a bit slippy Hostel next door can be loud but I stopped noticing after 2 nights
• Grace (10/5): Exceptional - - Location was great! You didn’t really need hire a motorbike as there were lots of shops, restaurants and bars a short walk from the resort. But if you did want to hire a bike it was very easy as reception will sort it all out for you. -Staff were amazing and very helpful. - Bungalows were clean and bathroom supplies were provided. - Pool was clean and open 24/7 with lights around the pool area.

Wifi wasn't working so good and could be better cleaned. My firts cabin was close to the road, after 2 nights i could change to another one. That bathroom smelled.

Rented a car from the front desk for 1500 baht per day. 100 per person in motorcycle taxi to town (walking street).Beach was 250 metres from resort along a dusty road. Snorkeling at end of Beach near turtle resort. Loud music from hostel until 1:00 in morning several nights. Water supply issues for 2 days.

• Christina (7/5): Near nice beach and great pizza - Staff were lovely, it’s near a really nice beach so location is good and the pizza was really nice. It’s Ona reasonably quiet bit of road but easy walk to some good restaurants, especially Mama Dang! As mentioned by others it does get a bit noisy at night occasionally and the cockerel takes his job very seriously 😝 . They had issues with the pool the last few days we were there and all our costumes ended up green which was a shame as the pool area is really nice.
• Mike (6/5): It did for a few nights. Great location… - Great location for long beach, quiet pool area. The rooms are basic and ours had drainage issues. Also no hot water at critical times of day. Also the rooms are too expensive for what they are.
• Susan (1/5): Terrible. - Nothing Dark brown water coming out of the taps and shower, no bedding despite repeated requests, beds rock hard, air con which could not be controlled, shower did not work in one room, baby cot with no mattress or bedding. Only stayed one night and then had to leave. Had booked to stay for three nights, staff refunded one night in cash am now contacting Hotel.com.
• L (3/5): Awful - not wonder full at all - Location - lovely beach at long beach. The beds are like sleeping on concrete - super hard and painful - not a single night of good sleep No hot water - ever - sometimes no water at all. When water finally comes through it is brown and dirty. Noisy hostel next door Towels are older and in worse shape than me! No breakfast or hospitality that would classify this as a resort Pool ok but nothing special Not worth the money - this is a £40 night room at any time of year - we paid over £100 - bitterly disappointed.
• Theo (5/5): It was pleasant - Bed comfortable, fridge worked, air con okay, good area near restaurants, shops etc The cockerel will wake you up very early morning and won’t stop till late afternoon everyday, water pressure is bad sometimes doesn’t work at all.

• Benton (9/5): We loved Wonderful and highly recommend! - The property had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, A/C worked great, bed was comfortable. Small kettle and coffee packets provided daily. Bottle water provided daily as well. Onsite bar and food service was convenient. Pizza was delicious. Location great so close to the beach. Staff were friendly, always smiling and very helpful for booking things we needed. Laundry service available on site as well. Daily visits from “Boots” the house cat (our name for him) were great! Next door to a noisy hostel that had late night parties 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Ear plugs are helpful.
• David (7/5): Good location at middle of Long Beach. - Very friendly staff at reception and helpfull. Very close to main road with traffic noise. Also music at pool was dreadful. Sounded like only one tune of thumping beat and nothing else.finally restaurant had no atmosphere.

• Diane (7/5): Good - Nice but has issues you should consider. The bungalow are cute with access to the beach and the pool is nice. The beds are not the most comfortable. The noise for us was a big issue. There is a hostel next door that everyone uses as a base to meet before going out so the noise and music doesn't stop until after midnight. Then you get woken up at the crack of dawn by the Cockerells!!! **NOTE booking.com reserves the room and doesn't take the payment so to pay by card on arrival raises the price by £50!!! This is not great at all so make sure you have the cash and in our case we couldn't get that amount out of the cashpoint as we booked 2 bungalows so very annoying. £50 could of been one night for us somewhere else.. Noise Uncomfortable beds The rooms weren't cleaned at all during our 3 night stay

• Jones (2/5): Wouldn't return - Staff were nice Brown water coming out of the taps, no shower pressure at all, rock solid beds, bitten to death, room too bright! Just generally an uncomfortable stay and I wouldn't normally write this but the fact we paid £200 is just a joke!

• Algirdas (3/5): Overall bad experience and an overpriced place - The pool was nice Oh where do I start.. First of all 7% card processing fee enforced by the owner was unheard of; Next to the road - very loud; Bathroom smells like sewer, housekeeping tries to cover it by spraying a ton of deodorant, but it also smells bad; Mosquitoes in the room just never end. No clue where they are coming from as we tried to not keep the door open;
• Marta (7/5): Good - Location very convenient, less than 5 minutes from the beach and not far from restaurants and shops. The resort was nice and the bungalow comfortable. Staff doesn't speak English and even if the girl at the reservation tried her best sometimes it was difficult to understand each other. 7% fee for electronic payment seems really too much. Cleaning should be improved.There is a party hostel very close by so it can be quite loud in the evening
• Sophie (6/5): Pleasant stay for a couple of nights - The staff at DolceVita were great. The ladies on the front desk were so kind and staff often greeted you when walking past. They couldn’t do enough to help you. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, less then 5 minutes, so a great location for that. Also there are plenty of bars/restaurants on the beach. The beach is a great place for a lovely walk and is not too busy. The rooms were clean and smelt very fresh when we arrived which was nice. The resort doesn’t serve breakfast, but they do do food although we never ate there but cannot comment. There is a lovely cafe called ‘Together Cafe’ which is a couple of doors down which does great coffee and breakfasts. The beds are super uncomfortable. They are so hard and there is no give in them that we often woke up with sore shoulders/backs. There is a hostel behind the hotel that is very loud so you could often hear the music til gone 1am so could be quite difficult to get to sleep. The rooms are pretty basic and dated. There are no lamps really and a lack of plugs on one side of the bed so it was difficult to charge multiple devices. The shower was a wet room, and whilst not a problem for us, when you do have a shower the whole floor gets wet and can take a while to dry. The WiFi is pretty bad within the bungalows. It would take ages to connect sometimes and then drop out, but the internet was a lot better by the pool and in reception. The villas are located a bit away from some bars and restaurants, and there are no street lights on the stretch of road or pavements, so it felt a bit dangerous at times walking to the main town, although we had no issues, sometimes you couldn’t see a thing if no vehicles were driving past.

• Naomi (8/5): Perfectly pleasant stay, with the bonus of good food at your doorstep - We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, arranging our onward travel. They cooked up some good food too! The location of the place is great. A short couple of minutes walk to the beach for some epic sunsets and there's also a beach bar at the end of that road, which is where we spent every evening. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area, but again walking distance to restaurants ( worth taking a torch though). The pool area is nice too, plenty of shade/ sun for whatever your preference is. The room itself was nice, clean and spacious. Good shower, which is always welcome. There was a small gap around the front door of our cabin. Not a massive issue, but that might be an easy entrance for unwanted bugs. We never experienced any massive issues with this, just a heads up. The mattress was also pretty solid, but that's a common issue we found in Asia

• Erin (10/5): WONDERFUL - True to its name, this resort was absolutely wonderful!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bungalows were just as photos depicted. Pool area was amazing. 5 minute walk to Long Beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay on Koh Lanta. Would 100% stay here again. Wifi could be a bit spotty at times.
• Frank (8/5): Good. Worth the money. But beds suck. - Pool area is nice. Enjoyed the food. Bungalows are cute. They helped us rent a scooter and that was great. 300 baht a day and no deposit needed. But Christ the beds were dreadful. They need replacing. Also the hostel across the road are loud. Not the fault of the hotel.
• Abbie (9/5): A Perfect & Peaceful Resort! - The resort is stunning - we LOVED our little house! It was very peaceful sitting on the front dec on the furniture and listen to the birds sing. The pool is stunning, with direct access to the beach from there. The staff were incredible, and always so helpful. We had lunch at the restaurant on our first day and we thought it was delicious and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Koh Lanta!

• Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Super friendly staff, nice pool and plenty of seats at the pool for laying or sitting :) 2 min walk to the beach with a nice bar there for the sunset. The bungalows are very clean and spacious and the Aircon Was brilliant , we came back and stayed a few more nights we loved it that much. Comfortable beds and then a super cool charging table for all of your gadgets.

Very good hotel restaurant with local dishes and great Italian pizza. Cool pool area, usually empty, quiet and peaceful. Overall, it's a very good place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and loud parties. The restaurant is on the side of the main road, so there is some noise and not much intimate atmosphere. The bathrooms in the cottages are suitable for renovation, especially the shower faucets, which are not very comfortable to use. However, the value for money is still very good.

Nice swimming pool, good Italian food at the restaurant nearby and excellent coffee shop just on the right. Smiling and helpful staff! The mattress was a bit hard for us, and the air conditioning was noisy in our bungalow, and we couldn’t properly regulate it.

Pool was clean. specifically chose this hotel as it advertised twin beds (I was travelling with my daughter). Don't know if they actually have any rooms with twin beds but they gave us one bed and were rather rude when I asked about the twin booking.

• Kieran (10/5): Amazing stay! What a wonderful hotel! - This property is perfect! I read so many reviews before I book but so happy I did! It doesn’t matter where you stay along the island but if you want close to beach location clean, great rooms, very welcoming and a brilliant price, stay here. The staff are all lovely, welcoming and on hand to help with anything, taxis, bikes, trips. Always cleaning, tidying, they never sleep. The bungalows are comfortable, clean and have everything you need. Yes the electric stops when the key goes out but for how much you’re paying, what do you expect. Imagine guests leave all lights and sockets on if not. The aircon gets it cold in no time and as the fridge isn’t opened it’s fine. Next door is a bag packers hotel, but really nice, yes there is music playing but stops when it gets late and if you shut your bathroom door you’ll not hardly here. Long Beach is probably the best biggest beach but as long as you have a moped or willing to walk or get a taxi/tuctuc which are all very cheap you can get anywhere. All beaches are great, the old town is a must. Learn to say hello and thank you! It gets you everywhere. There’s nothing we didn’t like, would have paid twice the price to stay

• Maria (8/5): Nice stay - Great location, from both side 3 min walk a lot of good places to eat, mini-market and most important just 2 min away wonderful Long Beach!! Also very nice bar at the beach with good vibes. Territory of the property very well maintained, everything clean and green. Staff and the owner are great and very welcoming ready to help you with everything. House is also nice, need little bit renovation,but you have everything you need for your stay. For me bed and pillows was really hard, so was uncomfortable to sleep.

• Victoria (8/5): comfortable basic bungalow - nice individual bungalows close to the sea. my bungalow was closest to the road so was quite noisy with traffic. no breakfast available
• Tara (8/5): pleasant and so comfortable we stayed a week - right beside the beach. clean. good air con. newly built. no bugs in room like many places. small fridge . water pressure good for shower. super friendly staff. room cleaned every second day. very close to beach and decent distance to many locations on island. plenty of good places to eat around the place including on site. every Tuesday night there was a massive beach party so no sleep until about 5am. not properties fault. just be warned if you’re not joining in on the party. fridge goes off when you’re out of room I believe when the electric goes off but the milk stayed ok.
