La habitación amplia, en general bonita, pero las instalaciones de la habitación están un poco deterioradas (no mucho, pero sí un poco para el precio). El desayuno bueno. La ubicación excelente. En general volvería, es un buen lugar, pero sí algo de mantenimiento a las habitaciones sería deseable. En general es un buen lugar.

Love the expresso coffee machine and mini fridge. Extremely noisy from the loud trucks passing all night and the extremely noisy garbage truck at 3 am which operated in front of my room window for a long time. The bed was also uncomfortable- woke up with a backache. The wifi doesn’t work in the bedroom. The tv wifi signal was very weak - very slow to load YouTube and kept on stalling out.

- Milton (8/5): Tranquila y recomendable - Lo amplias que son las habitaciones, tiene varias mesas por si ocupas trabajar o comer dentro de la habitacion, el personal del hotel muy atento, y ni que decir de la limpieza ya que todo el tiempo se ve al personal haciendo aseo y preguntado si lo necesitas, fui con mi familia (mi esposa y 2 niñas) y nos gusto mucho la atencion. Quiza mejoraria el desayuno, podrian ofrecer algo estilo buffet, ya que muchas veces no se ocupa mucho de lo que ellos ofrecen en su carta (no es malo, solo que son opciones limitadas) y podria una estacion de cafe y/o agua. Ellos tinen una cafetera de pods en las habitaciones, pero solo dan 2 pods de cortesia por toda la estancia, si te quedas mas de 1 dia lo demas te lo cobran.

The breakfasts (at the restaurant next door to the hotel) weren't too good. We only ate there two out of the four mornings. Our last day there was no hot water.

Walkable to a lot of great restaurants and nightlife in the area and great breakfast included on site every morning. Stayed in room 905 and the WiFi doesn’t work where the bed is setup . Only works at the entrance and the small sitting area near the entrance. You should put an extender for the WiFi in the room so it works in the entire room. Also, with the setup of the rooms there’s really no where to hang clothes or store cloths outside of keeping them in your luggage

En mi habitación el baño estaba algo pequeño. La ventana se cubre con un tipo de tela negra que deja entrar la luz. Para mí no fue un problema.

No entiendo porque. En el desayuno trazas tu bienestar del día, no le arruinen las vacaciones a los huéspedes con malos tratos.

- Tatiana (1/5): - He de decir que esta vez me sentí profundamente decepcionada por el trato recibido por parte del personal del hotel. He visitado Cali en varias ocasiones y siempre me he hospedado en este hotel, siendo una huésped frecuente que normalmente se queda entre una semana y semana y media. Por eso, la forma en que fue manejada mi situación en esta oportunidad me resultó especialmente desagradable. Solicité cancelar una reserva sin penalidad para poder realizar una nueva, y el personal me confirmó que no se me cobraría ningún cargo. Sin embargo, me indicaron que, si cancelaba, no podría volver a hospedarme en el hotel con una nueva reserva. En lugar de buscar una solución para que el huésped se quede, la respuesta fue simplemente negativa y poco profesional. Lo más grave es que, pese a lo informado, finalmente sí se me cobró una penalidad, lo cual considero inaceptable. Es una lástima, porque el hotel siempre fue mi primera opción en Cali, pero esta experiencia dejó mucho que desear en cuanto a servicio al cliente y manejo de huéspedes frecuentes. Ojalá valoraran a los huéspedes que suelen quedarse y que siempre los había tenido como primera opcion. Ojala el dueño pudiese estar al tanto de esta situación.
- Daniel (6/5): Die Lage ist sehr zentral, netter Service. Zimmerwechsel erfolgreich. Komplett vermeiden Zimmer 305. - Die Lage ist sehr zentral, wir konnten San Antonio und dem Zoo zum Fuß erreichen. Netter und sehr freundlicher Service, Kindbett wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben die Mitarbeitenden gebeten, uns ein anderes Zimmer zu vergeben und sie haben unseren Wunsch ohne Probleme erfüllt. Frühstück hat uns geschmeckt, jedoch dauerte es lange, bis etwas serviert wurde. Das Hotel sieht modern aus, nettes Design und für Freelancer oder Familie ohne Kinder geeignet. Die Bilder von Zimmern auf der Seite entsprechen leider nicht der Realität - sehr schade. Das erste Zimmer (305) war eine totale Katastrophe. Es befindet sich direkt über einem spanischen Restaurant, in dem zwischen 20 und 23 Uhr (wahrscheinlich nicht nur freitags) mehrere Flamenco-Tanzshows stattfinden. Wir konnten dadurch nicht schlafen oder uns erholen, da wir von den Tanzshows alles mitbekommen haben. Wir verreisten mit einem Baby, trotzdem wurde uns dieses Zimmer trotz mehrerer Alternativen vergeben. Die Lage und die damit verbundenen Unannehmlichkeiten waren dem Hotelservice durchaus bekannt. Überdies konnte man das Fenster im Zimmer nicht aufmachen, wodurch die Luft sehr stickig und feucht war. Zudem befindet sich vor dem Fenster direkt ein Baum, was zur zusätzlichen Verunreinigung durch Vögel führt (2-3 Kacke von Vögeln). Außerdem waren die Gläser der Dusche dreckig und das WLan hat Abends gar nicht mehr funktioniert.
- Maria Andrea (6/5): Lugar para estancia corta. - Las opciones para desayunar son buenas y variadas. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca a muchas zonas turísticas y con fácil acceso a transporte. La habitación no daba la sensación de aseo profundo ni aroma a limpio. El sofá de la habitación muy incómodo y tenía una varilla por fuera. Mucha informalidad en la recepción.
- Victor (4/5): - Staff muy amable y servicial. Demasiado ruidoso, pues las ventanas no aportaron ningún aislamiento y las calles tienen tráfico incluso en la madrugada.
