- Tobias (10/5): Schönes Strandhotel - Schönes Hotel in guter Lage bezogen auf Pratumnak. Achtung, das Frühstück ist für Europäer nichts, ein gutes bekommt man aber für kleines Geld in den Restaurants um die Ecke. Nicht neu, aber angenehm zum wohlfühlen, toller Pool. Highlight ist aber für uns das Bett, welches eine außergewöhnlich gute Liege- und damit Schlafqualität bietet, wie wir sie bisher kaum in Deutschland bekommen haben - und wir waren schon in zahlreichen Hotels. Gerne wieder!

We had a room on the first floor with a patio that faced the pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel included breakfast, but the breakfast was just mediocre.

- Ove447 (10/5): I highly recommend this hotel ! - Hill Fresco is a very good value for money hotel, located in a quiet area between Pattaya and Jomtien, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The small mainstreet leading down to the beach, have several restaurants, fruit shops, farmacies, grocery store and minimarts. I stayed in a recently refurbished deluxe room, nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool garden area. Rooms are clean with comfortable large beds, big refrigirator, coffe/tea making facilities, big TV screen with HD channels and good WIFI in all areas of the hotel. Good breakfast buffet with both hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits and you can also eat outside under shady palm trees. A very nice and clean pool area with jacuzzi and sunbeds including beachtowels. All staff are very friendly and attentive, always with a smile.
- tonyhalik (2/5): terrible - if you don't need to sleep at night you can stay here, it is a very loud place, many tours coming here, number of coaches stay outside with their engines on. The hotel is 5 min from the beach, long walk to get to the bus. you won't relax here

- Ann (6/5): Considered as a good and convenient hotel. - Staff are all friendly and polite. Room received has sea view which is very goood for the price paid. The only drawback is light out at approximately 2am for about an hour!! Without any advance notice! Nice and easy breakfast! Overall is a good hotel!!
- LaneBangkok (4/5): Quiet? You've Got to be Kidding! (Tour Groups / China) - I've walked by this hotel for years and loved its new and well kept up exterior. It is outside of the riff-raff of Pattaya and some parts of Jomtien but not so far that if you wish to dip your toe in those waters, you can. But ... Hill Fresco has a daily intake of Chinese tour groups. That means, you HEAR them arriving. Their coaches wait outside the hotel (rumbling). The tour groups leave first thing in the morning -- 7AM -- and unless you wear ear plugs, they hover near the swimming pool (all rooms are near the swimming pool) and sit outside having breakfast. The local management is well aware of the problem but the Chinese tour groups provide a steady income. Do NOT buy the management's claim that they can find you a "quiet" room -- they cannot. Another issue for some is that nearly all rooms face into the swimming pool. If you want to snooze in the afternoon or get up late in the morning, it is often the case that the noise from happy swimmers will awaken you. Give this hotel a pass!

- Ove447 (10/5): Great hotel with great staff! - Super friendly staff, excellent service, the hotel is in a quiet location but still only 10min drive to the centre of Pattaya. The rooms with fridge and minibar, are very clean with comfortable beds and are all with balcony. Very nice breakfast buffe. The beach (Jomtiem) is a 5min walk down the street. Beach towels provided free of charge. Nice pool with cristal clear water. Several convenience stores and nearby street with shops/eateries. Very good value for money!
- 730abhijithk (4/5): All good except location - Stay at this hotel only if you have transportation arranged through out your stay. If you want to travel on your own, it's a nightmare as you need to pay 200 baht one way for a couple. You can ride bike taxi triples at 150 baht but that's not worth it. If you get hungry and want to eat something, forget about it. You won't get any thing nearby unless you walk for 2 to 3 km. Other than that everything else is okay for price. None of the bike taxi guys or the taxi guys identified this hotel. I meant it's not well known locally.
