- Sophia (9/5): Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble, hôtel calme avec un personnel très gentil et de bons services. - Personnel très accueillant et agréable à la réception. Hôtel calme et reposant. La nourriture est très bonne, la piscine est superbe et le petit déjeuner est incroyable avec énormément de choix. Gros point positif aussi pour les navettes gratuites vers la plage, le centre commercial et l’aéroport, surtout quand on connaît le prix des taxis à Maurice. J’avais pris la demi-pension mais je ne savais pas qu’il y avait un plafond de 850 roupies par personne pour le dîner avec boisson comprise. Comme l’option m’a coûté plus de 60 € en supplément, j’aurais aimé que ce soit précisé avant.

Formule Half-board avec un montant limite à ne pas dépasser pour le diner (ce n'était pas indiqué dans la réservation) donc cela limite le diner à pas grand chose. Devant ma désapprobation, le Manager de la restauration m'a "offert" (je l'en remercie) un dessert sinon je n'aurais pu prendre qu'un seul plat et une bouteille d'eau (idem pour mon épouse). Au prix que j'ai payé (+ 250€), je trouve cela très très exagéré. La chambre est également petite vu le prix payé. Donc rapport qualité/ prix décevant.

- Karina (9/5): Great hotel, made our unexpected stay positive. - We ended up staying here unexpectedly for 5 nights after our flight was cancelled on 28th February and we had a very positive experience.The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. The toiletries in the bathroom were high quality and I liked that we were given separate towels for the pool. The pool itself is lovely and big set in landscaped gardens. The restaurant served a plentiful and delicious breakfast and the choice of evening meals was good too. The courtesy shuttle is also really nice. I can’t say there was anything specific I disliked, because my experience was overwhelmingly positive. A small suggestion would be that the hotel puts a container for used pool towels by the poolside, because at the moment, guests just leave their used pool towels on the sun loungers when they’re finished with swimming.

Sehr gutes Restaurant im Hotel, ausgesprochen nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück (ab6:00) tolle Auswahl an frischem Obst und Gemüse , verschiedene Gebäcksorten, Spiegelei, Käse, Wurst, Süßes, Joghurt. Zimmerausstattung - ein typisches Businesshotel. Gute Matratzen und Schallisolierung. Da gibt’s nichts auszusetzen!

Заселили раньше без проблем, что было просто великолепно. Также во время заселения сразу поинтересовались временем вылета и подали бесплатный трансфер к обозначенному времени. Отличный номер, по сути ожидание вылета прошло в комфорте, как день отдыха. Однозначная рекомендация!!! Нет такого

Thank you. 1.It was charged twice for the same booking, and when we send request for refund they told us that they already accept, however they did not accept request. and it was quite time wasting and stressful to solve situation and took many days. Even though, they just could accept that they agree with free cancellation at the system. 2. Price is quite expensive and not even slippers at the room, and they do not even sell it. 3. Cleanliness is not good enough

Flughafen Shuttlebus war pünktlich und hat gut geklappt. Zimmer für eine Nacht bequem und sehr sauber. Badezimmer ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr sauber, braucht aber bald eine sanfte Renovation.

- Andrew (4/5): OK for an overnight stay before an early flight, but try and eat elsewhere! - Close to airport with shuttle service. Very poor restaurant serving a very mediocre buffet. When we complained to the maitre d’ (who had been standing shouting at his staff next to our table throughout our meal), he just interrupted us and when we asked to speak to the duty manager he tried to put us off by stating he was the operations manager. Fortunately we know enough about hotel operations to know that it is the duty manager who is in overall charge at any period. The reception directed us to him and he was perfectly charming, apologized and agreed that the maitre d’ indeed needed to be better trained in his roll. Garbage of course, but far better than just insulting guests!

I think each room should be checked by the manager before being released.

- Djodie (1/5): The opposite of hospitality - No family- or baby-friendly consideration at all. We booked directly at the reception through Booking.com and were asked to wait 20 minutes despite being visibly exhausted after a cancelled flight. The room was not in acceptable condition: the bathroom was dirty, the shower head had visible buildup, there was hair in the bed, and the floor was unclean. We stayed only one night out of necessity. Despite traveling with a tired baby, there was no flexibility or support—staff strictly followed procedures without any attempt to accommodate the situation. The following day, my father, who is a resident in Mauritius, tried to briefly assist us in the room so we could pack and organize before checkout. He was not allowed upstairs without managerial approval. The manager approached without greeting and stated that my father would be allowed in for only 15 minutes—this, just one hour before checkout. Overall, the service was disappointing and lacked basic hospitality and empathy. The only positive interactions were with the bellman and a new front desk agent (previously with Qatar Airways), who was consistently polite, helpful, and professional.

- Astrid (8/5): Passt für eine Nacht - Die Lage zum Flughafen ist perfekt, es gibt auch einen Shuttle, den haben wir allerdings nicht nutzen müssen Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und alles wurde schnell abgewickelt Klimaanlage im Raum sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen: Laminat am Boden mit cm dicken Spalten. Der Fernseher sehr alt. Lautstärke auf Maximum brachte immerhin soviel dass man ihn grad so hören konnte. Im Badezimmer ein sehr grelles Licht das nicht abgeschaltet werden kann, was sehr stören ist, wenn die Türe aus Glas ist.

- Vimul (1/5): Won’t be staying here again. - Location only Value for money: very poor. Not worth what we paid. Very small room, not clean, insufficient drinking water.
- Deepak (10/5): - The location was as I expected, right next to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The icing on the cake is that they have a tie up to another hotel with beach access. That enabled us to enjoy the only one full day that we had to spend in Mauritius and the beach was very beautiful.

- Hannelore (8/5): We found the hotel welcoming and the perfect place to refresh by the airport to wait for a very late flight out of Mauri - The proximity to the airport. Friendly and courteous staff. Had a lovely lunch outside on the deck. The bathroom is a bit tired.

Rooms are clean and relatively convenient. Even though quite small. Breakfast is good. Parking strait out of the hotel. They are not adaptive about the flight schedule. Came late. Our flight in 24 hrs. Could not accommodate the late check out.
