• Martin Couso (7/5): Buena ubicación, buen gusto y comodidad, pero le falta un poco - La ubicación es buena a muy buena respecto a los principales lugares de interés de la ciudad. El subte está relativamente cerca, por lo que es fácil moverse desde el departamento. Hay bastante disponibilidad de restaurantes por la zona, y algunos mercados para las compras. Han limpiado el departamento todos los días, y siempre estaba muy ordenado. El ascensor, aunque extremadamente pequeño, es un plus. La comunicación con el host fue muy buena. El olor horrible en el hueco del ascensor, que no debe ser muy difícil de resolver. Y por sobre todo, lo incómoda que era la ducha. Alguien vio la bañera en una revista de diseño y dijo "pongamos esto que queda lindo". Tiene el duchador colocado en cualquier lado y es imposible bañarse con comodidad, ya que siempre se tiene una mano ocupada con este. A los sillones no les vendría mal una lavadita. A la noche el barrio queda muy vacío y con nada movimiento, sobre todo porque los restaurantes cierran relativamente temprano.

Inchecken ging prima, je krijgt een code alleen dan staat er niet bij dat je op de sleutel moet drukken is wat onvolledige informatie. Appartement is wat uitgeleefd. Knoeterharde bedden, wc vloer is blijkbaar niet meer schoon te krijgen. Afwerking appartement is met de franse slag. Wij zaten beneden naast de voordeur, was gehorig.

Dépenser plus de 160€ pour une chambre minuscule, très très mal insonorisée (on entend les conversations des personnes à côté, y compris les bruits de douche), sans petit-déjeuner, le rapport qualité/prix n’y est pas. Pour ce prix là, allez ailleurs !

The only thing I or any other tourist would appreciate is a universal adapter, at least 1. Provided by the host for just the sake of the tenure. Also a set if toothbrush and toothpaste wouldn’t hurt.

Really spacious apartments for the price and location, and could have made this a home base and even eaten in the apartment because of the kitchen /cutlery/ dishwasher provided. Booked two apartments. One was great despite being on the fourth floor, but the apartment on the ground level had some kind of humidity problem and was almost unbearable to be in without the provided loud AC unit going. There was also a leak in the kitchen from of the flats above during our stay, and the smoke alarm in need of a new battery went off all night one night in the other unit. One unit was definitely great value for money, but I do feel like some of the units you have a much better stay in than others.

J'ai beaucoup aimé le cachet avec le parquet, la salle de bain noire et le meuble intégrant la machine à café, les serviettes, etc. La localisation était parfaite pour moi et la taille de la chambre parfaite. J'ai aussi adoré le fait qu'il y ait une baignoire. Malheureusement, il y a quelques détails qui cumulés gâchent un peu l'expérience : - Une des patères, l'étagère à côté du lavabo et la poignée des toilettes étaient légèrement dévissés. - La paroi de douche laisse de l'eau couler en dehors de la baignoire. - L'eau chaude était irrégulière, soit brulante, soit tiède. - Les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants, surtout quand le lit est placé pile dans l'axe pour être gêné - L'éclairage de la salle de bain est trop léger, il manque un éclairage pour bien se voir dans le miroir
• FabrizioP14 (10/5): Ottima soluzione nel III - Posizione ottima, appartamento molto curato e confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario. Spazi adatti ad una coppia per un soggiorno rilassante. Accesso facilissimo grazie alle indicazioni ricevute via wapp. Stupenda vista da tutte le finestre, un plus veramente piacevole. Forse l'insonorizzazione, ma è un dettaglio trascurabile.

• Vito (9/5): Ci tornerei senza dubbio - Camera spaziosa e pulitissima (la stanza è stata risistemata ogni mattina con relativo cambio asciugamani). Situata in un quartiere molto carino e tranquillo (più volte siamo rientrati di notte senza mai sentirci in pericolo), con diverse fermate della metro ad una manciata di minuti. In zona vi sono tante boulangerie e ristoranti dove poter fare colazione e/o pranzo/cena. Comodo e facile il servizio di self check-in, ottimo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli che ci ha permesso di girare comodamente per Parigi anche dopo il check-out. Ci tornerei senza dubbio. Piccolo appunto (ma solo per voler essere precisini) un po' di cattivo odore nella scala (ma non dentro l'appartamento).

Murs et/ou plafonds fins comme du papier... le samedi soir, on a entendu les bruits des voisins, peut-être du dessus, faire du sexe à 2 ou 3 jusque vers 3-4h du matin. On entendait le lit, les rires, le cris.... Et chaque ouverture/fermeture de porte d'à côté, très bruyant. Par contre, pas un bruit de la rue; même l'école d'en face, on n'entendait rien, car la fenêtre donnait sur un puits de lumière central. Impossible de baisser la température, il faisait 23 degrés, mal dormi, transpiré.

• Antonopoulou (7/5): - Ηταν πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και το δωμάτιο είχε πολύ ησυχία ! Από τις φωτογραφίες μας φαινόταν λίγο μεγαλύτερο σε μέγεθος αλλά ήταν εντάξει ! Πιστεύω πως αν θέλει κάποιος να μεινει στο κέντρο του Παρισιού είναι μια χαρά , τα χρήματα που πληρώσαμε αξίζουν λόγω της τοποθεσίας του . Οι παροχές ήταν υπεραρκετες , το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο και το μπάνιο καθαρό . Επισης όσες μέρες ήμασταν εκεί ερχόταν μια κυρία καθημερινά και μας άλλαζε πετσέτες κλινοσκεπάσματα και όλα τα σχετικά . Το χαλί στο δωμάτιο μας ήταν λίγο βρώμικο και όταν μπήκαμε είχε μια περίεργη μυρωδιά η οποία όταν ανοίξαμε το παράθυρο έφυγε.

• Amit (10/5): - The apartment we stayed at was 32, it was really well organized so even though it was not huge, it felt like you had a lot of space. Everything you needed was there, the staff was amazing and very available to any question we had. Location was good too. I think the best thing was the cleaning service every day, it made our stay so much nicer! You could hear the neighbors quite well, but if they were okay and weren’t talking very load, then it wasn’t very noticeable. Also the elevator was small and could fit one person.

• Linda Aze (10/5): Excellent - This was the cleanest room I stayed in Paris. Seperate room for bed is a plus. Everything one may need was present. They also have lockers for the baggage and you dont need anyone to manage. Location is good. Water was always warm, dont need to wait. Room temperature was okay. There is elevator which is crucial! • Agathangelos (2/5): Must avoid the company that services these apartment - Location Small room, no sound proof but above all very cold, the heating did not work and the staff via text messages did not show the slightest willingness to understand and serve. They texted inadequate messages only to accept at the end that indeed there was an issue and someone had to restart the system. Too bad too late. Avoid the company servicing these apartments.

Pulizia quotidiana con cambio asciugamani Metrature delle camere, delle scale e dell’ascensore in linea con le strutture alberghiere di Parigi, per noi italiani un po’ sacrificate. Assenza di reception, chiavi digitali per aprire il portone e le stanze. La struttura dispone di camere con vista su strada e monolocale attrezzato con cura.

Good thing there was an elevator as the stairs were challenging - narrow and circular. There were large windows in our unit, but they looked out onto walls only 10 feet away. I believe all the larger units had this setup.

Would have been good value for money if we hadn't had to have so much contact with their customer service team. Our experience would have been much better if: - There hadn't been another guest in another room smoking and the smell travelled down the lightwell into our room - Customer service was more responsive and better at relaying information in a timely and considered manner It took them ten days after our holiday ended to address our complaint about the smoker. They offered a 10% refund. However, they are only honouring this refund after me having to chase them again and getting Hotels.com involved.
• carly (10/5): - This place was wonderful - a seamless experience. Easy self check in. The bed was comfy, shower was nice, soaps provided, even coffee pods and other kitchen basics. Air conditioner worked great. Location was fantastic in a great neighborhood. Even had a place to put our luggage on site when we had a night time flight the day of our check out. • Vincci (10/5): - The room was an excellent choice for a short stay in Paris. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, with fully functional air conditioning ensuring a comfortable environment. The bathroom, of reasonable size, offered great water pressure in the shower, adding to the overall convenience. While the common area felt slightly narrow, the thoughtful provision of lockers allowed guests to explore the city freely without carrying luggage—a truly smart idea. I would highly recommend this accommodation, especially if traveling with smaller suitcases, for a seamless and enjoyable stay.
• Anja (10/5): - God beliggenhed for førstegangsbesøgende i Paris. Hyggeligt område, som summer af liv uden at være “larmende”. Hyggelige små studielejligheder, pæne og rene. Et skønt ophold, som klart kan anbefales.
• Dörte (7/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt in bester Lage um sich in ein paar Tagen Paris zu erobern. - Eine saubere Unterkunft mitten im Marais. Gute Betten, geräumiges Bad und in der Nacht vollkommene Ruhe. Dank der Lage konnte man zu Fuß viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung verdient ein großes Plus. Ich habe eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Für nicht französisch sprechende Menschen wäre es gut, wenn es mehrsprachiges Fernsehen gäbe.
• Hamed (1/5): Would not go back! - We only met the housekeeper, she was an amazing lady, their customer service was good, they would get back to your questions very quickly, They say it’s all about the experience, our experience at this residence was not good. The location of the property was in a dirty, tight neighbourhood, the room did not have a window to outside street, so you would feel choked. It was a very old and tight place, hard to move, overall the experience was not good and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I admit I was fooled by the clean photos and good (strangely) reviews. Our time in Paris would be much better had we stayed somewhere nicer.

• María Victoria (9/5): El Paris de los parisinos - La cama es muy cómoda, al final del día se agradece!! Cambio de toallas a diario. La pequeña cocina permite hacer allí desayuno y cena. El barrio Le Marais es una maravilla. El ascensor es un poco estrecho, y la entrada a la habitación un poco incómoda, pero terminas acostumbrándote.
