- Dave (9/5): More than adequate for my one night stay - All amenities & very presentable Wash hand basin tap & shower hose need attention.
- Amanda (4/5): Host great property needs maintenance - Great location for where we needed to go. East to find. Tom was a great host - very helpful and attentive. Sorry but the bathroom sink and tap was not clean, toilet was slightly dirty. The bathroom door did not close. The shower doors did not close either and the showerhead holder was broken. The drawers were broken (bottom had popped out). We had to ask for more toilet rolls, sugar in the morning and there was no sauce for the breakfast (but the breakfast was good). Outside cushions were dirty and that area just looked a little tired (maybe a paint to freshen up).

- Suzy (10/5): Fabulous! We’ll be back!! - Lovely comfy room! Everything we needed! Karen and Tom were wonderful. Made us feel so welcome with a note when we got there.
- Herbert (10/5): Enjoyable - Very comfy Karen was a lovely lady Nothing
- Janet (10/5): Excellent - Very welcoming and helpful. Excellent room and the facilities were too rate I liked everything
- Janet (10/5): Very happy with everything - Lovely property with so many facilities. Breakfast was delicious and Karen mymo host was caring and attentive No complaints at all!
- Jay (10/5): Ut was a very convenient piece to stop off on my journey north just off of M1 - Very nice continental breakfast Liked it all

- Emma-Louise (6/5): -
- Johanna (8/5): - Warm welcome. Comfortable room. Ease of use of facilities - including a nice lounge area.

- Hans-Christian (8/5): Do book here - Others have rightly praised the excellent serv-yourself breakfast. I was surprised to find a used knife and a used napkin at my place when I sat down but suspect that whoever laid the table after a previous guest could not see those details for the stong light coming through the window. I dealt with that easily myself. However, not being able to shower because of a substantial leal in the hose was a surprise and a disappointment. As a former house manager I used to check my kit before the customer got to it, I can only think that a "catastrophic" break of the hose happened between such an inspection and my arrival? But overall I would say to others: do book here, a really nice house, well furnished and looked-after. Driving up to a property with a name NOT displayed on front of the building (there is just a sign saying "b&b") OR at the back where you need to arrive by car was not helpful. It took me a twenty minute drive to find the small village from where I had spent the day; and then another twenty minutes driving around this small village trying to find the property. I managed to park nearby but remained uncertain whether I could park actually at the property. But again, nice house, worth visiting. as above
- Martin (10/5): - Great place to stay very clean breakfast was perfect for me and facilities were exceptional Shower door didn’t quite close properly in my room
- John (6/5): Convenient and adequate stay - Convenient for our purposes; reasonably quiet with off road parking; good internet; nice lounge although we didn’t use On busy road; flexible hose missing from shower although overhead worked; plug for sink was awkward to use; not as clean as I would have liked
- Tara (10/5): Cosy, clean, close to Kilworth House theatre - Very close to Kilworth House theatre. Lovely comfy beds, nice well equipped room and bathroom. Nice light breakfast, cosy atmosphere.
- Sarah (10/5): Always friendly welcome! It’s our yearly catch up when we see kilworth musical production. We will be back! See you next - Location, clean and just perfect Couldn’t fault it
- Lish (10/5): -
- Kevin (6/5): Suitable - The access to the kitchen I requested a invoice for expnses and I have still not received nearly a week later
- Malcolm (10/5): Excellent in every way if you are looking for accommodation don’tmiss out on staying here - Everything Nothing

- Pamela (8/5): Very good - Good to have access to the kitchen/lounge along with a plenty of choice from the breakfast supplied.
Like the fact they are dog friendly.
Outdoor space is lovely, though we didn't have time to use it sadly.. The traffic noise..Windows open due to heat.
The room in the eaves was a bit awkward to maneuver around.

Thoroughly recommended - So friendly and welcoming at a very reasonable price The owner's wife brought us an orange juice each on our hot dusty arrival and advised us how to reach local amenities The lovely courtyard garden has a covered seating area where you can relax after a long drive- like the orange, very welcome Parking on the same spot, the bed was very comfortable, we had a great breakfast, and the owner who chatted to us, was also very friendly It was all just what we wanted, in every way it could be, ideal thoroughly recommend it There wasn't anything
- Benny (9/5): Enjoy and will come back - Clean and comfort Nothing
- Keiron (9/5): Cute, cosy and welcoming - Beautifully presented place. Multiple occupancy rooms with locks. Shared kitchen, stunning garden with hot tub if you wish to use.
The owners are absolutely fantastic and so accommodating. Upon arrival they greet you with a smile and give you a tour. They have a friendly approach which makes your stay much more welcoming.
I stayed as the night before my wedding and I was treated to a gift bucket and card featuring 2 bottles of prosecco and a beer in an ice bucket.
The rooms where very clean and presentable. The on suite bathrooms have a good size shower with great pressure. Tv and beverages with plenty of snacks within the room. No bad points. Wonderful stay
- Usha (8/5): Very good - Rooms and house setting, lovely breakfast and hospitality
- Mike (7/5): Perfectly Decent overnight stay. - Accessible. Easy to find. Relaxed check in and out. Well equipped self-serve kitchen plus laid-on breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Rooms were adequate but compact. Building fabric is starting to look tired (but it was clean with fresh sheets etc).
- Paul (3/5): Dissapointing - Close to Rugby. Hard to find, parking only for small cars, quite noisy, breakfast very poor/cereal and toast
available.
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Fibrelight (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (10/5): Perfect stay for our family and dog, everything you could possibly want 🙂 - Everything! Nothing.
- Alan (9/5): Superb -

- Jackie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katy (8/5): A Welcome Port In A Snowstorm - The lovely telephone conversation with host Tom, who was both welcoming and very helpful.
He was even able to solve a problem relating to the adverse weather, which precipitated the late booking. He very kindly offered to drive us to and from a local venue where our evening event was scheduled to take place.
The property itself is delightful and offers possibilities for a future family gathering, when we will make time to use the garden and hot tub.
Our home cooked breakfast was delicious and catered for my vegetarian preference.
I loved that the hot shower was equipped with very nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel
A delightful clean and comfortable place with a lovely host.
Thank you, Tom and Kate The heating was not performing well and our early morning was uncomfortably cold. This was probably caused by previous guests having messed up the smart plugs.
Tom was very diligent in trying to provide a remedy.
The only other slight gripe is that the bathroom towels are quite small and not especially luxurious..
Neither of these issues would deter me from revisiting Little Lodge when next attending an event at Kilworth House and I will recommend it to friends who travel from afar to events at the house and theatre...
- David (9/5): good kitchen facilities, lovely accomodation - No fresh fruit available at breakfast time
- Rafal (10/5): Exceptional - . Everything Nothing
- David (6/5): Certainly wouldn’t stay again. - Not a lot. Difficulty with where to park, not told there’d be no one to great us. It was freezing cold everywhere except our room, which was only just warm. Fortunately being winter we had a fan heater with us. Dirty in places. Poor quality breakfast, no milk good job we’d brought some with us. No body except us in the building. Left to our own devices!
- Ivan (9/5): Superb -
- Louise (9/5): Superb -
- Andy (8/5): - Small car park big enough for 2 cars there's a back road you can park on.
But there was a confusion on the room booked but got there in the end.
Room up a flight of stairs
All information is given when in the room.
Room of good size has a sloping roof as an attic room.
Bathroom is a good size
The bed was comfy enough, the only thing was the duvet wasn't long enough so my feet stuck out. I'm only 5'11!
Shower was very hot, took some twisting to get any cold though.
The bath has a big step up to get in, there's no bath mat or floor mat so it gets quite slippery when wet!!
Wifi excellent
Breakfast included but it's cereal and toast and self service.
Location is in a small village with a small shop/ garage and a pub all within a short walk.
But some lovely walks close by.
- Jim (10/5): Exceptional - the lodge was great loved the beds and the facilities were great very clean and the attention to detail was outstanding thanks for providing such a lovely place to stay i have no complaints or dislikes for the little lodge
- Helen (10/5): Would happily stay again - A lovely B&B with a beautifully furnished and comfy room, lovely en-suite and great price. Self serve breakfast and kitchen was a great set up
- Louise (10/5): A convienient and fantastic location for our event. A great father and son weekend made all the better for staying at th - It was close to our event and was certainly an upgrade from camping Nothing
- Emma (8/5): A great last-minute booking - Just like home from home. Made to feel very welcome. Relaxed atmosphere with access to a lounge, beautiful garden. Didn't have time to use the hot tub but a great added extra to have available. The room we had was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. Not to say we didn't like it, but the basic breakfast was very basic and perhaps could have a few more extra options like yogurt and a wider selection of fruit.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -

- Paul (9/5): Very chilled weekend - Very unique type of BnB in a normal chalet bungalow type of house.
Bed comfortable, good bathroom, nice shared lounge, good outdoor spaces (but it was too windy and cool to spend much time out there).
The hot tub was really nice too.
The host lives off site but came in to cook breakfast each morning, and the breakfast was plentiful and good.
The host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with local knowledge.
Within easy reach of Lutterworth and Rugby. Nothing, really. A bit more headroom space in the loft conversion bedroom, but even that wasn't a big issue (and I'm 6ft).
