Booking'de her tesisi satmamalı, denetlemeli - Endonezya'nın tüm hizmet sektöründe olduğu gibi personel güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlıydı. Ama tesis çok kötüydü. Oda oldukça küçüktü, temizlik hiç normal değildi. İnternet odada düzgün çekmiyordu. Sabah erkenden ayrıldım bu yüzden. Başka bir otele geçtim.
- EIJI (7/5): Good with some prblems - Staff are kind and efficient. Room is big and comfortable, although there is no luxurious atmosphere. The location is great. Generally, my evaluation of this hotel is high. This time, there were two big problems. One is very slow WIFI. I am not sure the cause, but TV system is basically for internet programs and live TV is rather difficult to find. Thus, many guests are watching internet programs on TV, leading to heavy burden to whole WIFI system. If it is the case, the whole WIFI system must be upgraded. Another big problem was the seepage of water in the bathroom. When I used a water system, water appeared at the surface of the floor. At first, I thought some water flowed from the bathtub, but actually not.

Riant ontbijt. - Het ontbijt was riant, met keuze uit warme gerechten zoals natuurlijk nasi goreng, eieren op diverse manieren klaargemaakt, nasi putih, vaak iets van vis, fruit, melk, corn flakes, koffie, sapjes, kroepoek, mie goreng, cap cay, etc. De kamer die wij hadden geboekt keek uit tegen een blinde muur op 3 m afstand of zo. Maar geen probleem.

Kamer rook echt muf, schimmelgeur sterk aanwezig. zelfs het douchegordijn zag geel en mocht echt wel vervangen worden.

Koko henkilökunta hotellissa ja palvelu oli tosi ystävällistä ja huomioonottavaa. Kaikki toiveet tuli huomioiduiksi. Huone oli hyvin tilava. Kerroksen henkilökunta saattoi kysyä erikseen onko huoneessa kaikki tarvittava. Aamupala oli runsas ja monipuolinen, sekä huolehdittiin täydennyksestä ripeästi. Mr. Malik kävi pöydässä juttelemassa ja toivotti tervetulleeksi, sekä toi kahvin pöytään. Hän osoitti hyvää ammattitaitoa asiakkaan kohtaamisessa. Koko aamupalan henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtis. Kiitokset koko hotellin ensiluokkaiselle ja ammattitaitoiselle henkilökunnalle. Vessa- ja suihkutilassa varustus on jo vähän kulunutta. Mutta kaikki osat kuitenkin toimivat. Huone oli siisti. Mutta kiinnittäisin enemmän huomiota siihen että tasojen, hyllyjen ja laatikoston pinnat olisivat pölystä ja muista pienista roskista puhtaat.
- Luigi (8/5): Very good solution for a central hotel - Very nice hotel, very well located (Jakarta is a huge city so location depends on your interests). The room was comfortable. The breakfast very good. There is also a cafeteria which is worth to mention. Price is very good too. Distance from Airport is between 45 minutes and 1 hour by taxi. Around there is a lot of business. Particularly a very close by street famous for street food.

- EIJI (8/5): Good. - The location is great, near the Sdilman Street and Salina department store, various business buildings, etc., within walking distance. The room is big and total impression is "Simple and sturdy". The TV system did not work. As I was very busy in this time and had no time to contact the reception on this issue.

- MIMOUN (6/5): Je ne réserverai plus cet hôtel. - Le sourire du personnel et serviables. Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel en debut de soirée. On m'a propoer un upgrade alors que je n'avait rien demandé . J'ai accepté une suite avec le mini bar gratuit. J'en revenais pas, Dans la suite il ferait chaud et une odeur de moisissure ou je ne sais pas d'où vient l'odeur. Un technicien est monter dans la suite pour fixer l'air condionner . Manque de rafraîchissements et d'entretien cet hôtel. C'est dommage!

- Angela (9/5): Nette 3 ⭐️ met techno gym - Locatie: top! Pal naast een Korean BBQ-restaurant (gevaarlijk lekker 😄) en een karaoke bar voor de durfals. Wisselkantoortje om de hoek. Sarina Mall op 3 minuten lopen, Plaza Mall op zo’n 20 minuten. Andere malls en M Bloc zijn makkelijk te bereiken met metro of taxi. Hotel: bonuspunten voor de techno gym 😘 op de top floor – sporten met uitzicht voelt toch net wat heroïscher. Praktisch: meer dan genoeg stopcontacten naast het bed voor mijn CPAP-apparaat, telefoon opladen en alles wat verder aan snoertjes mee wil. Prijs/kwaliteit: helemaal in balans Aandachtspunten: De communicatie kan beter. Door mijn Indonesische uiterlijk werd aangenomen dat ik de taal ook spreek, wat helaas leidde tot een misverstand over de bedden. Het hotel is daarnaast niet heel flexibel met wijzigingen. Via Booking is meerdere keren bevestigd: eerst twin beds (ik reisde met mijn buurvrouw), daarna single (zij annuleerde), en uiteindelijk weer twin beds toen mijn oudste dochter een week voor vertrek besloot mee te gaan. Bij aankomst gaf de receptioniste aan het te begrijpen, maar we kregen toch een kamer met een single bed. Gelukkig was daar de portier – een oudere heer die onze koffers bracht – die wél meedacht en ervoor zorgde dat we alsnog de juiste kamer met twin beds kregen. Chapeau voor deze man 👏 Ontbijt is minder uitnodigend
- EIJI (8/5): - Room is big and comfortable, although not luxurious. The location is good and near many institutions I should visit. Convenient shops and supermarket are also near. Food variation of breakfast is also good. As could be seen in many hotels, water drainage in shower room is not great. At the time of cleaning of room, glasses were not washed. Laundry fee is based on balk calculation (70,000 IDR for 5 pieces) and the price is reasonable when more items are washed, but it is not convenient for one piece.

- Kevin (7/5): - Personeel heel ardig en lekker gegeten bij onbijten. Veel keuze bij het restaurant Alleen de bad kamer minder schoon,dat is de enige. Locatie is perfect,dichterbij treinstation en grote winkel centrum.

- Gik_ (9/5): Toccata e fuga a Jakarta - La stanza era pulita, ci hanno lasciato acqua, snack, dentifricio, spazzolino. Alla reception ci hanno prenotato il transfert per tornare verso l'aeroporto il giorno seguente. Sapevano parlare bene inglese, differentemente da tanti altri posti. La struttura è a due passi dalla piazza principale di Jakarta. Comunque non abbiamo trovato la benché minima traccia di sporcizia insetti o altro. Non c'è possibilità di rendere la stanza totalmente buia quindi se si vuole dormire fino a tardi ed è una giornata luminosa può capitare di svegliarsi per la luce.

- Sascha (5/5): Room wasn‘t clean enough for that price. It was a good stay but in my opinion a bit expensive for what you get - Staff was really friendly! Breakfast was very good. It smelled like someone was smoking in the bathroom (non smoking room). Bathroom was a bit dirty.

- RazaliHilmi (4/5): Not a good stay - breakfast spread was good for the first 2 days. third day was a disappointment. centrally located with lots of cafe, eateries and other stuffs. staffs were friendly and helpful. room lighting was sufficient Intermittent wifi signal at level 8. sloppy job for the room cleaning services, placed the 'clean my room' sign but it still haven't been cleaned. towels are not in good quality. a/c faulty, my room was as cool as it gets.
- Grace (7/5): Goede locatie - De locatie, centrale ligging.Op loopafstand naar Grand Indonesia mall en Monas. Sarinah mall is 3 min lopen. Bushalte en taxi's voor de deur. Dit is ons 3e keer bij Oria, het personeel is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De badkamer mag grondig gerenoveerd worden.

- zaf (9/5): Great ... will stay again - everything ... the room was nice and clean, the staff were very helpful - always at hand no matter what time of day, very courteous and polite, the breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice, really a delight having stopped at the Oria:) would stay here again... didnt realise there was a draw under the kettle station until a staff member brought us the Tea and Coffee and pointed out the draw:( - could do with some sign saying "tea / coffee " in here.. :)

- Mohd Hisham (9/5): - Hotel was very clean and smell nice upon entering.. FOM Mr. Christanto was very helpful during our check in. Location was excellent as it was walking distance to Sabang where food was plenty to find. Overall the stay was very pleasant and worth the price we paid.
