- Majed (2/5): فندق 4 او 3 نجوم - كانت سيئة من بداية الوصول مع موظف الاستقبال محمد حيث اننا عائلة وقمت بطلب غرفتين متجاورتين وأخبرني بانه قام بإعطائي المطلوب الا ان الغرف كانت متباعدة وقام بتحويلي الى مدير الفندق قتيبة وكان أسلوبه جاف في التعامل الفندق لا يستحق 5 نجوم والإفطار سيء ومحدود يصلح ان يكون فندق 3 نجوم الفندق يصلح للنوم فقط الغرف كبيرة

- Sam (2/5): Great hotel if your a Vampire - Received a room opposite a construction site which was less then two meters away from the window to the room so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time as there was no view or even the most basic of all things you could expect from a hotel room i.e. Sunlight. Asked to be moved to a room with natural light which was refused on the basis that the other rooms cost more. Asked to speak to the manager countless times and was fobbed off every time. Never experienced anything like this in any hotel in the world let alone from a 5 star hotel in the Emirates.

- Tanveer (4/5): - I checked in at 8pm and went to take a shower but there was only luke warm water. In the morning, there was hot water. There was no valet parking nor any show shine service by the conceirge. The TV remote was not working. The shower gel and shampoo are in a box of which you cannot squeeze out, hence it take done effort to use these amenities vs. a standard tube.

- Daniel (10/5): Pleasant stay on solo trip - I stayed in Sharjah while visiting some friends. The hotel staff was very welcoming from the beginning. The rooms are comfortable and clean. In particular I appreciated that rooms do not have floor carpeting, which often is dusty or dirty. Bathroom was well lit and spacious, with both a tub and an adjacient shower. Everything about the room was impeccable. Ob top of that I had very nice view of the creek, just as requested at the time of the booking. I tried the gym and the pool too. The facilities were exquisitely clean and well maintained. The only suggestion i would have to the hotel would be to place a non-slippery mat by the pool as one could slip while entering, as i almost did. Overall i would consider my stay very pleasant and will definitely stay again next time i'm in Sharjah.

The service was excellent, the views from the window were great, the food was very good, the WiFi internet had no problems and the price was very competitive. We really loved the style of the room and the hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much and we didn't want to leave. My only complaint is that the refrigerator was very small but it was enough for us.

- djarrett (8/5): Surprising for Sharjah! - Good points -- great staff (friendly, eager, competent), stylish design and fitout (very urban, muted hues, not too much identikit art), generously sized rooms. Could do better -- some of the fancy technology backfired (stylish desk lamp was wobbly, clever pop-out night lights filled the room with a blue glow when closed) and the bed was just a little too hard, with flabby pillows. Don't bother with the pool; it's (a) indoors and (b) tiny. Overall -- Sharjah doesn't have the same reputation for style and understated elegance than Dubai and Abu Dhabi aspire to, so 72 By Hues is a surprising oasis of cool in this traditionally and determinedly unstylish place

The staff were lovely and eager to help, and the hotel itself was really modern and pristine, with good size room and bathroom. The hotel is located on the corniche just a few minutes by taxi to the Blue Souk, and 6 minutes to the Heritage area, so great if you're sight-seeing.
