• Joanne Helen (1/5): Did not stay but paid anyways. - Ok. Hotel was emailed to request close car park as I have dogs with me. They stated they did have close parking. Parking up a step hill 1 in away and expected to walk with luggage and dogs. Not without seriously injuring yourself. I did not even check in to this hotel as they lied in the email and it was just ridiculous and dangerous what the hotel offered in car parking. So they enjoyed 1700 baht if my money for absolutely nothing. Would not recommend this fraudulent hotel to anyone. It's a total scam.

• elizabeth (6/5): Lovely owners but not ideal for good nights sleep - Great location except for road noise which is 24/7 so very hard to sleep mother & daughter own property are Chinese very friendly and helpful make you feel welcome Beds to hard for me to much noise from road motor bikes bin men mopeds swimming pool very hazardous to get to high steps and uneven ground needs sorting

• Jennifer (6/5): A room can accommodate a four person with king size bed was my first choice when booking this hotel - The owner, a pretty chinese lady was very kind, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel early, and it was already in our room when we returned. She also gave us local magnetic souvenirs upon check-out. It’s inconvenient to get a taxi at tis location. No toiletries were provided since the second day, except a bath towel. There was a lot of sand on the room floor.

Air-conditioning was working but at about 10% it may as well not be there, Bathroom was dirty toilet unclean smell of pee Rooms looked good on the website, but in reality old and a bit rundown. Pool was green Website stated 7.2 star rating truly it's was a 4.5 at the absolute very best

• S (6/5): the owner of the property was cool. - the owner and manager is a lovely person. she gave my mum and I a flower each for morhers day which was a lovely surprise. she even gave a little souvenier to my daughter. we arrived at the property before time and she let us check in early. the property is on the main road, and the room was quite large with two double beds . the owner also replaced the kettle when there was an issue with it. the water pressure in the bathroom was very good and hot water was available. there was restaurants, massage places and convenience stores within walking distance. the manager even helped us with the luggage since the property is on the first floor. I guess the property is aimed at solo or guests travelling without families because the there was a very strong smell of weed even at 6 in the morning. even that can be ignored but I would strongly suggest the owner to train the staff better for room cleaning. the 3 days we stayed, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned, sheets to be changed and even had to ask to toilet paper. these are basic requirements and stress should be put on it. for eg: no soap was given in the bathroom except what was there when we checked in, we had to end up using our own. our stay wasn't unpleasant but required a bit of improvisation.

• Holly (9/5): Would recommend - Big, clean rooms. The lady on reception/owner was so lovely, she helped us carry our luggage upstairs and ensured we were comfortable. Would highly recommend Rooms seemed a tad old but not a problem as it was super clean and spacious

• Marina (3/5): We actually paid for the location!! - The location is near to shops, restaurants and Jungceylon mall. The room is overpriced!!! We have to ask for the tooth brushes, toilet roll, soap and shampoo to be provided in the room. We also had to asked the reception to make up our room. They only clean up the trash but did not make the bed. The floor felt dusty and there is an odour came out from the toilet.

The pool was nice to take a dip in. - I like that the location was within walking distance to all the cool and entertainment but far enough that it was quiet at night so we could sleep. Room was huge and the view was cool. The room was clean except in the bathroom I saw what seemed to be black mold in the crevasses of the tile. A quick scrub would do wonders.

Found him looking through my stuff when I returned quick after forgetting something. Wouldn’t even give a refund as I obviously booked a new place

I went back to hotel a couple of weeks later to speak to manager, his attitude was appalling. Totally wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, very unfair the way myself and family have been treated. • mungra (4/5): Bad choice - Don't trust the latest and positive reviews given. They bribe the costumers by offering back one night fee and urge you not to give a bad review, please please. This must be the worst place we have stayed. Dirty an very noisy. Even the old airco couldn't work properly and made a lot of noise before it completely stopped. There should be 24 hours reception but this guy went out for the night. Nobody to contact and sweating the hole night tru till the morning. We checked out to never come back. Don't be fooled, location is bad, lots of traffic noise till late and starts very early. Neighborhood is not pleasant

Friendly staff and cute kitties. Rooms were clean and good hot water shower. Maybe a little noisy but what do you expect in Patong!! Nothing some ear plugs can’t fix:)

• davidenead (2/5): Not as advertised - The Place is falsley advertised as a 4 stars hotel on booking, it is just a old guesthouse. No cleaning service for 3 days. The chinese owner doesn't speak english. The position is not bad, and also the room is not bad
• Lyric (3/5): Okay but wouldnt stay again - A bit unclean, pool unclean aswell as the room. Had to request cleaning & sometimes it wasnt done. Wouldn’t stay again, would find another place for that price. Location is about 30-40 min walk to main beach.
• Gibson (9/5): Good location, Lovely Staff, Has everything you need! - Loved the location! Owner/Receptionist was the BEST! Super accomodating and kind!!! Deff would stay here again. Whenever we asked for something to be changed, or replaced, he would do/fix ASAP! The shower wasn't hot, only warm-lukewarm. A girl loves her cold showers!!! Also pool was underwelming not going to lie.. but we still had a swim! Loved the place still!

• Jason (7/5): Good hotel if your on a budget - Value for money Nice staff Clean rooms Probably stay here again if I was on my own but I’d pay a bit more if I was taking family again because of the noise outside and the pool area being a bit in need of work to make it look nice and distance to the beach etc The pool area isn’t what it looks like on the photos, but it’s a good part of patong in general with lots of food options and a 7/11 2 mins away 10 mins walk to night market 20 mins walk to Bangla Road and beach If you’ve got kids or if you don’t like walking then you need a scooter. But good value for money as it was 60% cheaper around new year than anywhere else. Noisy road outside Pool area needs a revamp Distance to beach

• Christania (3/5): Just okay…. - The property is close to the beach, restaurants and 7-Eleven. Yuan was kind enough to offer us a free room upgrade and accommodated my request for a late check-out. We stayed for 4 nights but should’ve left after 1… Upon our arrival, we encountered a reception area that left much to be desired. While lugging our luggage up three flights of stairs, we noticed the room, albeit spacious, could benefit from a thorough cleaning – perhaps a touch of soap and water or a fresh coat of paint on the walls. During the initial night, the mattress proved uncomfortable, and the street noise disrupted my sleep. (I couldn’t fall asleep until 4am) It's worth mentioning that the management was in the process of updating mattresses in other rooms. The swimming pool area lacked sufficient sun loungers, offering only two plastic chairs for relaxation. For those mindful of budget constraints and planning a visit to Patong, exploring alternative options may be advisable.
