• Susanne (8/5): Billigt, centralt, slidt. Venlig, men svag service - Billigt, meget centralt, slidt, fik udleveret 6 tændstikker til 5 dage . gryder i meget dårlig stand. Fangede 3 kakkelakker. Måtte selv sørge for at komme af med affald , incl toiletpapir, som ikke måtte smides i toilettet . Vi fik ikke gjort rent i 5 dage, trods det, at det var incl. Prisen. Meget svært at kommunikere med receptionisten, selv om hun gjorde sit bedste.-
• DOLORES (10/5): Excelente !!!! - Fue excelente todo muy confortante, muy buena la atención del personal. Esta ubicado en una zona residencial y céntrica que es la ideal para movilizarse en metro, colectivos y lo mejor caminando. El hecho de que cuente con cochera en el mismo edificio también es muy bueno ya que dá una seguridad y tranquilidad, para dejar en el vehículo compras o elementos que no se necesitan en la habitación, ganando en comodidad. Como ya dije excelente todo. Volveremos Dios mediante.

• andre (8/5): Tudo Ok - No começo estava assustado por causa das avaliações que li por aqui, mas minha estadia foi excelente! è um apartamento com pia, fogão e frigobar muito bem localizado. Tudo limpo. Não tinha cheiro de cigarro. Funcionários prestativos. O café da manhã é como está na foto, mas fiz compras no supermercado e tudo bem. Excelente relação custo-benefício!

• DANIEL (4/5): - Tirando a localização, todo o restante é caro para o serviço prestado. As toalhas eram velhas e tinham cheiro de cigarro, o café da manhã era disponibilizado numa typeware, tudo no banheiro é velho e a banheira era alta e perigosa. O wi-fi funcionava precariamente, quando funcionava. Não é um hotel, são estúdios num prédio antigo. Não recomendo.
• Maria d d p (4/5): Poderia ter sido melhor - O quarto é bom, porém o cheiro de cigarro no corredor até chegar ao quarto incomoda muito! O café da manhã, tudo industrializado, eu não prestei atenção ao contrarar que era um apart , sinceramente não gostei, eu ia ficar mais cinco dias, me transferi pra outro onde o café da manhã valia a pena!

• Gerson (10/5): Recomendado - O único inconveniente foi descobrirmos só na hora do banho que a água quente pode acabar principalmente nos horários de pico. Além disso apareceram algumas baratas no nosso apartamento mas nada que se não for detetizado não resolva esse problema. No mais tudo de bom. Eu e minha família recomendamos.

O recepcionista me avisou que que as toalhas ainda iam chegar, que estávam na lavandaria. O interfones Tbm não tínhamos contato por ele. Perguntado a recepção sobre, eles disseram que era só tirar do gancho que tocava. Mas não conseguir nenhuma vez. E subir todas as vezes para falar das tolhas. A recepção ficava no sexto andar e o quarto no quarto. Se foi somente comigo o acontecido td bem. Pq as instalações são bacanas o pessoal da revelação Tbm são.

• DANILO (8/5): Me cambiaron hospedaje, pero bien de todos modos - Sin previo aviso me cambiaron de aparte Bellas Artes al Hotel de Providencia, de todos modos me ofrecieron tralsadarme en vehiculo. Acepté el alojamiento y disfruté la estadía, muy cómoda pero lejos del lugar que habia reservado.
• Cyntya (6/5): Hotel en el centro de la ciudad! - Muy bonito las instalaciones y la habitación muy cómoda tenia de todo lo que necesitábamos y la atención buena. Lo único fue que el internet no funcionaba y el teléfono interno del hotel tampoco funcionaba. Lo cual fue molesto para todos el tener que ir al lobbies para cual quiera necesidad que tuviéramos y si teníamos que usar el Internet eso si me molesto. Y algo que le falta es rotulo con su nombre por que nos costo encontrarlo.
• Rafael (2/5): Hotel mal preparado - Chegando ao hotel, fomos bem recepcionados pelo Jhonny ( recepcionista haitiano ), de resto nada foi bom, Wi-Fi não pegava no quarto, tínhamos que descer na recepção para conectar, não tinha toalha na hora que precisávamos usar. Por esses e outros detalhes que não indicamos o hotel!

• Rodrigo (8/5): Apart hotel, - la tina están muy mal cuidadas, y el hervidor hizo corto circuito. El agua caliente es mediante termo, al momento de bañarme me percaté que no tenía agua caliente ya que el termo tenía el agua en mínima temperatura por lo que bañé con agua fría.

Alguns pequenos problemas de manutenção mas que não influenciaram na estadia (banheira um pouco descascada e vazamento no boiler no ultimo dia). Recomendaria este hotel a outros.

El Internet si es muy lento. De resto, todo bien. Los recomiendo. La zona es muy céntrica.
• Nelson Junior (6/5): Excelente Localização, Prático. - Boa localização bem no centro de Santiago próximo ao Metrô belas Artes, rua Bandeira onde tem vários restaurantes, café da manhã vem em pacotes, porém bem prático da pra levar para os passeios. Gostei bastante.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid like the plague - First, let me say the staff here were really fantastic and helpful. Unfortunately that was the only good thing I can say about this place. When I arrived, they had no knowledge of my prepaid expedia booking. The reception staff worked hard to sort the problem, making a number phone calls that ended with me forward my expedia booking confirmation email to some dodgy Gmail account. I still have no idea who I sent that to. There were cockroaches around the stove and sink and in the bathroom. Someone had done a great job of cleaning and presenting the room; but the dilapidated state of the place and lack of general maintenance, still left the room unclean. The rooms are on the sixth floor of what looks like a cheap 20 floor apartment block. Security is weak, well non-existent, the door to the room is flimsy and only secured by a cheap night latch. Anyone can come up the elevator and go straight to the door. Reception is in an apartment the down the corridor form the lift. You need to go looking for it and they have no view of who is entering and leaving the floor. Te in room safe is locked and doesn't work. Breakfast is a plastic basket containing some cookies, bread, juice, instant coffee, tea bags, longlife milk, juice and unrefrigerated yoghurt,

• John (6/5): Hot, Humid and noisy, but Home Sweet Home - Interesting!! The VO Suites web site indicated that they had air conditioners... In fact they had two portable units. But both were broken!! So it was hot and humid when you go to bed. By the middle of the night the temps and breeze were just right. And the street noise on Santa Domingo was very LOUD! And it got even louder during the 1 o'clock hour when the garbage trucks were doing their jobs. That said, the suite was clean, roomy, nicely appointed. There is a kitchen area, living room, large bedroom and bath. Be were very comfortable (except the heat and noise). My highest ratings do to the "front desk" people. They did quite well with English, and assisted us greatly in telephone calls, arranging a tour, calling cabs, storing luggage, etc. Couldn't ask for better help!

• Nicolas (6/5): Seria um excelente local, se não fosse o barulho - Gostei dos atendentes, que foram bem solicitos, e do fato do quarto que fiquei ser bem amplo. A limpeza do quarto também era boa. A localização é excelente, perto de todas as atrações, de supermercado, de casas de câmbio e do metrô (a maioria das atrações deu para fazer a pé). A cesta de café da manhâ deixada nos quartos é razoável. É possível melhorá-la fazendo compras em mercados que estão perto, bem como utilizar a mesa, frigobar e fogão do quarto para preparar algo. Senti falta de um microondas no quarto que fiquei, mas notei que outros tinham. Não gostei da claridade do quarto, pois a luz entra pela porta e pela cortina. Também achei o quarto muito barulhento, pois é possível ouvir quando outra pessoas dão descarga ou abrem a torneira. Não fiquei na parte que dá pra rua do hotel, mas percebi que ela deve ser mais barulhenta ainda, pois tem um enorme fluxo de ônibus. Por fim, achei os travesseiros muito altos (são bons para ver TV, mas não para dormir...)
• Verified traveler (6/5): Muito bem localizado !!!! - Fiquei 5 dias na suite, a localização é excelente , proxíma a estação belas artes e das atrações turísticas localizada na área central da cidade (mercado municipal , parque florestal , praça das armas , etc). O ponto negativo fico por conta do banheiro, mau cheiro forte de esgoto e o box apertado com a cortina plastica.

O café da manhã super satisfatório, e a localização do hotel é ótima para turistas, principalmente para quem está viajando pela primeira vez ao Chile.

O café da manhã eh bem simples e o controle remoto da TV não estava funcionando. Os atendestes são bem solícitos e prestativos. O quarto era bem limpo e a cama confortável. O chuveiro também era muito bom. A principio estranhamos o prédio, pois só uma parte dele eh da Vo Suites. Nos outros andares funcionam outros tipos de moradia. Mas eh muito bem organizado.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Beware! Would not stay again! - After being dropped in a near by street by a taxi who pointed to where we needed to go. We found VO Suites in a building containing units lived in by locals with washing hanging out windows. No signage just the street number. VO Suites reception is located on the 6th floor (no signage to tell you). Once we got a room as we booked due to our lack of Spanish and their lack of English we discovered NO WiFi passed the 6th floor. Complimentary breakfast is a basket with all the makings and a toaster that didn't work. Room not as the pictures describe... Curtains filthy, sofa lounge filthy, bedding smelt of cigarette smoke, towel racks broken and no shower curtain and room overall dirty and run down.

• Mikhail (8/5): Weekend in Santiago - Stayed there last week for the last 2 days of our South America trip. The hotel rents out a floor in a tall apartment building with secured gate and front door man. We had a king size bed, and this was actually a king size bed and not 2 full beds squeezed together. The room is basically a studio with a small kitchen area, a couch, an HDTV and a comfy table with breakfast utensils. They will deliver snacks and yougurt for breakfast you can enjoy in the morning to your door. You are 2 small blocks away from Art Museum, 3 blocks from central market, and 10-15 mins walking away from most touristic attractions that are on the to do list. The only drawback is that because this is an apartment, you will most likely hear loud sounds coming from other rooms, a party or 2 over the weekend, so perhaps bring some earplugs or if you go to sleep late and like to hear good dance music late at night, you will enjoy it. The hotel clerk was very friendly, gave us snacks and coffee while waiting for our transfer to airport.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Adjust your expectations - This is not a hotel, but a large apartment building with some rooms for short term stay. Location was excellent for wondering Santiago. Front desk was helpful. Room was fine with some quirks. Breakfast was a misnomer, bag of nescafe, tea, granola bar and a few other things. If you want a regular hotel, go elsewhere, but if you want decent digs in a good location at a good rate, this works.

• JILLIAN (8/5): Wonderfully located and inexpensive to boot... - This is our second time at VO Suites- We love the location! Our first time we had a wonderful apartment with a sleeping couch in the living room- it was street side and a bit noisy but very comfortable. This time we had a studio apartment away from the street, which was much more quiet. The bed was terribly hard however. The apartment itself was wonderful and the staff are very patient with our limited Spanish and some do speak English. All in all this is a great hotel for the price and location!
• Mrs Diane (10/5): VO Suites Santiago Chile. - It was a great stay, they couldn't have been more helpful. The Suite was clean the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a stove for cooking, electric jug, full size fridge, coffee making machine, glasses crockery and cutlery, everything we needed. It may not be a 5 star in a tourist area, but it was a great 3.5 star in a fairly safe area as long as you were not stupid about things and took the advice of the locals. We walked a lot even though the buses stopped at the front door. It was actually one of the best stays of our trip and the cost per night was a bonus. We were there for 5 nights.
• Verified traveler (4/5): No Airconditioning but overall stay is just OK. - Hotel location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown area, walking distance to everything. The room was clean. Considering it has a kitchen, it lacks glasses, knife & a frying pan. There was no one to help us carry our luggages in the room when we arrived. THERE IS NO AIRCONDITION IN THIS PLACE. Contrary to what is says on the hotels.com website, they never had airconditioning, heater yes but not for cooling. And it was a really hot day when we arrived. We were given 2 electric fans, at least, which gave relief to my sister and I. Then we asked for them to arrange a taxi to take us back to the airport after our 2 night stay with them. We arranged it for 6pm and waited up to 6.15 but the taxi never arrived. We let reception know the taxi was not there and all we got was wait for another 5 minutes. So we walked to the corner of the street and luckily got one straight away. VO Suites is not a typical hotel, it is an apartment/hotel. Which is probably the reason for their kind of service. I don't think their rates are value for money considering there is no airconditioning. They say they have breakfast included but it is continental breakfast - biscuits with jam and butter, cereal bars, milk and tetrapak juices and yogurt. Overall, our stay wasn't too bad. We were out most of the day anyway. We did not get back to the suite till 9pm and by that time, the temperature is cooler and fans will suffice.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent central location. - We spent 8 days in this apartment, and found the location was perfect for walking to major sites in the city. It is right near the police station, surrounded by a locked security gate with secure underground parking, which made us feel very safe. Our room was thoroughly cleaned and serviced daily, by a very friendly cleaning staff. Nothing was ever stolen or missing. Our overall experience was terrific, and I would stay there again without hesitation.

For the flights reason, we want stay hotel from early morning 4:00am 10/March/2014 to 8:00pm 10/March, so we booked VO Suite on special rate which is no changeable, no refundable for two days, but when we arrived Vo Suites 6 floor, the reception let us going to other place from Vo approx.3-4 km away, we bring the luggage from 6 floor down to street again waiting 20-25munites to transfer other hotel, the name is" Hotel Prince " , we booked Vo Suites showing is 3.5 star apartment, but Hotel Prince is 2 star or maximum 2.5 star hotel, hot water tap change cold to hot all the time, day time, next block construction machine starting working, make noisy all day...even staff very friendly, but the condition is so low, we are never living condition like before! using Google translate I ask staff why we booking Vo suite and stay Hotel Prince, the staff answer is "same company". ( staff not speak English ) We travel 30 days, before one day we back to home, the things happen like this, we are very upset. we keep all evidence if you require. We are repeat: strong request money back, also let Vo suites stop cheating! out of your list, do not let this company damage your reputation. We are looking forward your investigation and reply. • Denis (6/5): Apparent - Great place downtown. Clean. Not too quiet. Breakfast included but minimal.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Simple, good location - Not quite like the pictures but comfortable and similar to other accommodation on the island from what I observed. The staff don't really speak English so brush up on your Spanish. Location is good; walking distance from the High Street, harbour, etc. I'm a personal fan of the resident dog, Rita. My room was comfortable, but basic. The internet worked the first few hours and then not again - but it is a remote island!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable suite in great location. - Comfortable suite in a great neighborhood. The only thing missing was cookware (which seemed odd to me given that it advertises a kitchenette) and more space in the fridge. However once I asked the staff for a pot and pan and for the 'for sale' food items in the fridge to be removed, the space worked quite well for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I should note that I booked the room at a sale price (~27000 pesos per night). I am not sure if I would pay more than ~30000 pesos, it would depend on the availability and prices of other similar apts/suites in the area.

• wally (8/5): Good central location - Cute apartment which was very clean . They even delivered a little continental breakfast each morning . The price of the stat was excellentl.
• Lili (8/5): Good location, nice room! - The desk people were very nice and helpful, the room was nice, the building is located near to the Plaza de Armas, stores, restaurants. The only negative thing was that they did not clean our room one day because they said they were very busy, they apologized for that, no big deal for us since we were leaving the next day. Overall we liked it!!
