• Peter586 (10/5): Another great stay! - Spent another two lovely weeks here in January, and the Amari Buriram United has truly become a home away from home for me. I know I repeat myself from multiple previous visits here, but this is just an amazing place to stay while you’re in Buriram (or even passing through). The staff, from the front desk to the dining room to housekeeping, are all so incredibly warm, kind, and accommodating. its like everyone there is your friend. They call you by your name and know all your preferences, its nice to be so welcomed. My poolside room perfectly attended to as always, with housekeeping happy to accommodate my schedule (kee giat). The hotel is absolutely spotless inside and out, and has a very cozy feel. Of course, one of the highlights of staying here, the breakfast bonanza, was astounding as always. An incredibly delicious green chicken curry was on offer many mornings, amongst the best i’ve ever enjoyed. One morning Chef Audy laid out some fried homemade Sai Oua (fermented sausage) he and the staff had made in the kitchen. Off the charts. Luckily they also served that as an appetizer at one of the Buriram United games I attended. The made to order fried egg operation was running at perfection also, easy to get addicted to them but be sure to order an omelet with the fixins’, truly the most fantastic delicious pillow of eggy goodness one may ever enjoy in this lifetime. Don’t forget the Maggi sauce! Oh, and one morning they even had a huge wheel of the most delicious Cinnamon bread, wow was that good. I got very lucky one morning, when the kind Khun Ning, one of the wonderful waitstaff there, offered to make my Kai Katat herself. What a kind gesture and a special treat. Of course it was delicious. Its this kind of personal attention to a guest’s happiness that is I guess what makes the Amari Buriram United so special. One can get very comfortable here and be happy. You kinda feel like family. I do need to give a shout out to the wonderful wait staff at the Kick-Off restaurant, their warmth and kindness made every meal there a nice one. Many thanks to Khun Ning, Meng, Gaeng, Pam, and Amy for their smiles and their service. I even though I ate alone, I never felt alone. And of course, a tip of the hat to Khun Audy, head chef, who makes that magic happen in the kitchen (great staff too). Reception was professionally and helpfully manned as always by Khun Phongpang, Aum, Ad, and Matt. The biggest shoutout though, has to go to Front Office Manager Marisa P., who kindly helped me out many times with my many requests, and was always so patient with me and generous with her time. Thank you, Khun M.

The hotel has a swimming pool that's ideal for children to enjoy. There's a Night Bazaar market close to the hotel, making it convenient to buy food and snacks. The breakfast selection is somewhat limited compared to other Amari hotel branches.

We were woken up most days at 7 am by guests staying in the room above running across the floor above us and what sounded like dragging things across the floor and as well as guests having conversations outside our ground floor window. Most mornings.

We also used their facility at the track @ bric box. I would especially like to thank Lamphu who has the most fantastic customer care and attention to detail. The package was extremely good value and the staff were wonderful. Chef Ardy & Jack deserve a special mention along with the amazing ladies on reception and in the restaurant as they made our stay even better than it already was. I give the whole experience 100 stars !!!! (and no I don’t work at the hotel! :) thankyou to everyone you all worked so hard and at no point was anything too much trouble !!!! We have been lucky enough to attend quite a few of the rounds oh the Moto GP around the world and this really was The BEST !!!!

We liked the swimming pool and the overall look and design of the hotel. The staff were nice too. Breakfast variety. Water pressure. Staff. Organic rice for sale. Lighting. No USB charging. Location of toilet roll holders. Lack of towels and towel holders. Flickery lamp. Musty smell. No exhaust fans. Need rubber mats around the terrace door. Dry cheese burger and old bun. Cold bacon, baked beans and fried tomato - hash browns at breakfast. Mystery 250 bt charge on expensive lunch tab. Not clearly marked free or pay water bottles.

• Paul (5/5): Just OK this time. Visit spoilt by the attitude of a few staff - The convenience of location to the immigration office and visa agent office. Generally quiet and low key. Mostly very friendly and accommodating staff. I really liked one of the breakfast staff remembered my girlfriend from our previous visit when she was very sick. Checking in is very good and staff helped to change a twin room to a double at short notice. Check in staff offered to help carry my enormous suitcase up the stairs to the room since there is no lift available. I didn’t like the way my girlfriend had her breakfast omelette order “demoted” behind the order of a large table of all Thai guests. Even though she ordered first it was “forgotten” about. Then when reordering the omelette receive a plain one and not what was ordered. Didn’t bother to order eggs again here. Also didn’t like the way a “manager” in the morning just ignores most of the guests and talks to people she thinks are important. It makes you feel a bit unwelcome and not really wanting to spend any money here. It’s a really strange attitude given a male chef and other staff are extremely friendly. WiFi in the room was poor as usual and no change since last year.

• Frank (10/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, das Personal ist schon beim Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hält die Türen auf und ist stets bereit, den Gast zu grüßen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, ich habe wirklich schon einige Hotels gesehen und das war eines mit am saubersten ausgestattete Hotel. Die Zimmer sehr ordentlich, es gibt eine Minibar, die man benutzen kann, freies Wasser, welches man jeden Tag bekommt. Die Toiletten, Badezimmer und Betten sind einwandfrei, man schläft wirklich schnell ein weil es doch sehr ruhig ist und ca 500 m von der hauptstraße entfernt ist. Liegt am Stadion und selbst nach dem fußballspiel ist es in der Nacht wieder ruhig und man kann schlafen. Ein schöner Pool, an dem nur ein paar Liegen stehen, aber teilweise man den Pool für sich alleine hat, weil er nicht überladen ist mit Gästen. Oben gibt es einen fitnessbereich, wo wir auch die Geräte ausprobiert haben, die klimaanlage kann selbstständig gestartet werden, mehrere Geräte, die in einem einwandfreien Zustand sind, können benutzt werden

Facilities are fantastic. Best breakfast buffet in Buriram. My wife and I love this hotel. Nothing not to like.

• Paul (8/5): Very nice stay at a hotel with fantastic customer service - Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms and food at the restaurant were great. There are good facilities and also quite a few options to eat and drink outside the hotel if desired. But really the staff were the best thing at the hotel. They were absolutely professional in everything they did. My wife was unwell during the stay but many staff enquired as to her wellbeing and everyone was friendly and exceptionally polite. Easily the best hotel I have stayed in Buriram. Not much. WiFi a little slow in some parts but not a big deal for me.

• Thipavan (9/5): Cozy hotel with a pleasant ambience. - The breakfast was fantastic, offering a delightful variety of dishes. Every item was delicious, with a special mention to the flavorful omelette and savory pork noodles. The coffee also added to the overall enjoyable experience. While the room was spacious and cozy, I noticed that the bed had a slight sag, which affected its comfort level. Additionally, I am not sure if the pillow was filled with feathers, but it tended to gradually flatten when pressure was applied while resting your head on it.
