So, I need to take my dinner around 10 pm or later. But the restaurant closed after 9pm.so, I need to go outside and collect the food at night by walking around 500 meters.

• Marcos (1/5): - Nada del otro mundo. Es un engaño el desayuno, nos dijeron que por una convención el desayuno se serviría después de las 10 h. am. Llegamos a las 9 horas a la recepción y nos dimos cuenta que el restaurante del hotel estaba vacío, no existía tal convención y nos ofrecieron un brunch para después de las 10hs. Le expliqué que el check out era a las 10:30, digamos que nos daban media hora para el brunch y recoger nuestras cosas y salir de la habitación ...una mentira gigante. No reserven aquí, sonrien mientras te mienten. Es lejos del puerto, no hay atracciones turísticas y el hotel es medio ambiguo, igual que sus instalaciones.

• TF (2/5): Nie polecam - Jedynym pozytywnym aspektem pobytu była sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa podczas meldowania – personel recepcji wykazał się uprzejmością i gotowością do wsparcia. Niestety, standard czystości w obiekcie pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Już korytarz hotelowy sprawiał wrażenie zaniedbanego. W pokoju wykładzina była poplamiona, na zasłonach widoczny był kurz, a ogólny poziom higieny budził poważne zastrzeżenia. Łazienka znajdowała się w bardzo złym stanie – pod prysznicem widoczne były liczne ogniska grzyba, w odpływie znajdowały się włosy po poprzednich gościach, a szyba prysznicowa wyglądała tak, jakby od dłuższego czasu nie była czyszczona. Dodatkowym problemem był brak ciepłej wody oraz bardzo głośno pracująca klimatyzacja, która uniemożliwiała spokojny sen. Sytuacją, która całkowicie przekreśliła pozytywny odbiór pobytu, była obecność karaluchów w pokoju. Jeden z nich znajdował się w spodniach pozostawionych na fotelu, jeden przeleciał nam po łóżku, co jest absolutnie niedopuszczalne i świadczy o poważnych zaniedbaniach sanitarnych.

The rooms are pretty dirty, thick dust in parts, shower glass dirty, thick dust on curtains. Various items broken in the room, light fittings etc. The hotel needs a makeover, or simply get rid of the carpet and replace with wooden floor.

• Gopa (7/5): - The hotel is well located and the facilities are moderately good. However, the Wi-Fi is very poor—no connectivity in the rooms and extremely slow even in the lobby. Breakfast is average. A special mention to Front Office Manager Mr. Faiz, who is very helpful and courteous. Overall, an average stay with good service but weak internet facilities. The internet connection is very slow. Wifi is not reaching the room at all. Even in the lobby area no speed and very poor connectivity.

• Wahida (6/5): I have a pleasant stay at HIG Hotel and would choose HIG Hotel again when traveling to Langkawi . - Prayer mat & prayer clothing for women are available. Not need to bring along yours! Iron & ironing board are also available in the room. Staffs are friendly. Dine-in at the restaurant with affordable price & value for money. Food are delicious! There's room for improvement in term of cleanliness in the room and bathroom.

Отличный завтрак, много чего было, дети тоже наелись , много было не острой еды, что для нас было важно. Отличный интернет в комнате. Рекомендую отель До Башни Петронас минут 25 пешком или такси 3 дол.

• Samia (1/5): HORRIBLE - Je n’ai rien aimé du tout. Il s’agit du PIRE séjour de ma vie. Tout était sale, insalubre. J’ai dormi avec des cafards. Quand je demande à ce que le ménage soit fait il font le lit et vide les poubelles. À chaque demande il faut descendre à l’accueil que ça soit pour le papier toilette pour changer les serviettes ! Je trouve ça inadmissible ! Je ne comprends pas les notes il s’agit d’un mensonge. Vraiment n’allait jamais dans cette hôtel je suis épuisée.

• A. Aziz (9/5): HIG Islamic Hotel - Lokasi strategik. Bilik luas. Tempat letak kereta banyak. Senang cari tempat makan. Menu sarapan memuaskan. Sejadah dan telekung disediakan. Staff sangat friendly. Tempat beli coklat bawah hotel. Dobi layan diri depan hotel, boleh jalan kaki. Tiada.
• Mohamed (1/5): Forferdelig støvete tom, og ubrukelig vaskepersonell - Likte frokosten. Mye å velge mellom. Resepsjonistene, vakt og servitører var hyggelige. Da vi ankom hotellrommet, ble vi møtt med en ned støvet rom. Det var et tjukt lag støv over alle karmer, lister, speil, hyller. Vi begge fikk allergisk reaksjon. Har aldri vert på et så støvete sted. Veggene hadde et lag med støv på seg. Var så lett å lukte å se hvor mye støv det var. Det var også dårlig støvsuget teppe og ikke så rent på badet. Mye gamle såperester, skitten do, og mye små smuss. Vi forklarte til resepsjonisten, de sa at de skulle fikse det. Etter et par timer kom vi tilbake til rommet. Det eneste vaskepersonalet hadde gjort var å spraye litt duft, og støvsuge gulvet. Dette var selvfølgelig ikke nok, da alle veggene har et lag med støv, samt ALLE lister, karmer, hyller. Rett og slett ekkelt. Vi måtte selv vaske alt. Veger, hyller, lister, karmer. Vi etterlot noen områder, for å se om vaske personell tok vaskejobben alvorlig. Men da «vaske personalet» ikke vasket disse områdene visste vi at de ikke bryr seg om gjestenes velvære. Vi tok video av alt, viste det til resepsjonisten. De beklaget og sa vi skulle få refund. Refund har vi enda ikke fått. Vi har sjekket ut. Hvis du er allergisk mot støv, eller er sensitiv til dårlig rengjøring; ikke book dette hotellet.
