- SOONJIN (9/5): - 주차장이 무료고..넓어서 늦게라도 주차가능합니다. 시설이 깨끗하고, 전반적으로 조용하고 쾌적합니다. 번화가처럼 많지는 않아도 200미터 내에 야키니쿠식당, 덮밥식당, 우동전문점, 테이크아웃 전문점, 생활용품전문점, 세븐일레븐 등 다 있고요...바로 길건너 편에는 아주 큰 대중목욕탕도 있습니다. 암막커튼도 완벽하게 설치되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 후쿠야마역에서는 조금 떨어져 있어서..도보로는 힘듭니다. 렌트카 여행자에게 최적화된 호텔입니다. 차량으로 이동할 경우는 5분 채 안걸리니, 아주 가깝다고 할수 있어요. 그리고, 아침 저녁시간에는 호텔앞 대로가 출퇴근 차량 및 자전거 탄 학생들로 상당히 혼잡합니다.

- Yuki (7/5): かき氷サイコー！ - 鏡がたくさんあって、朝の準備が快適でした。 お掃除も行き届いていて、よかったです。 ラウンジではドリンクが飲み放題で、かき氷も始まったとのことで、セルフで作ってみましたが、どうみてもお子様向けでしたね。お子様向けにしてはやりづらいかき氷機でしたが、それはそれで楽しめました。 朝ごはんでは、広島県や福山市のご当地料理がいただけて、美味しかったです。 トイレの鍵が閉まりませんでしたね。

- 長道 (8/5): 心が満足する人を見かけて自分に帰れた事が嬉しかった。 - 朝食も良かったですが、幼児と一緒の女性が朝幼児用の椅子が開かなくて困っていたのでホテルの職員に伝えたらすぐに対応してくれた事が良かったと思います。一日中気持ち良かった。また是非泊まりたいと思います。良い社員を持って幸せですねベネッサホテル。 特にありません。

- Tsugumi (8/5): 概ね満足です。 - お部屋が広くて清潔。部屋着も上質で清潔。 駅から少し離れてるけど、バス停が近くにあり、タクシーでもさほど料金がかからない場所なので、駅近で食事を楽しむ事ができました。 雨が降ってたのですが、玄関先にたくさんの貸し傘があり、助かりました。ありがとうございます。 ウェルカムドリンクも遅い時間まで提供されてて、雨で冷えた体に暖かい飲み物が飲めて助かりました。 お風呂とトイレが別なのは良かったが、お風呂の排水から悪臭がしてた 洗面台が寝室にあるのは、個人的に衛生面で好きではなかった。 スタッフの方は笑顔が少ないですね。 お客さまへの声掛けも少ないように感じました。

- Julian (8/5): Very nice hotel but fell slightly short of expectations - One of the best appointed rooms in that price range that I stayed in during my month in Japan. Benefited from a cheaper rate on a Sunday night. Apart from another guest in an adjoining room who seemed intent on remodelling their room throughout the entirety of Sunday evening (not the hotel’s fault), the bedding sheet, duvet cover and pillow case were all made out of a really uncomfortable man-made/polyester type fabric. In fact I wondered if these were simply protective layers and that housekeeping hadn’t finished preparing the room? Surely a hotel of this quality would use cotton sheets?

- YAMASHIRO (5/5): 残念 - ユニットバスではなかったのでお風呂も満足して入れました 禁煙ルームで宿泊したのに同じフロアーに喫煙ルームがあるのかエレベーターを降りたら廊下はずーっとタバコ臭くて凄く不快でした。他が全て良くてもそれで評価はガタ落ちでした。もっと禁煙と喫煙をしっかり分けて欲しい。残念で仕方ないです。

- MAYU (10/5): Good! - こちらのホテルは２回目の利用で前回もとても良かったので今回も利用させていただきました。まずお部屋が広くてきれい。駐車場無料で立地も良い。フリードリンクが付いておりホテルの周りの環境もスーパー、コンビニ、飲食店、スーパー銭湯と徒歩圏内で色々揃っています。ここに住みたい感じのお部屋です(笑) とても良かったのですが、あえて何か言うのであれば卓上ライトみたいな物をつけて欲しいかなぁと。出張で来ていて朝早くにお化粧をするのにお部屋に付いている照明だけだと少し暗くてお化粧しにくいです。

- kengo (10/5): - 連泊しましたが、大変綺麗に、部屋の清掃をして頂きました。月に2.3回連泊しているのですが、フロント、朝のキッチンスタッフ、清掃のスタッフ、100点です。カンデオホテルズも行くのですが、スタッフの対応はダメでした。ベッセルホテルはなぜか自分の家のように感じています。 にゅう麺の汁がからすぎです。
