• Rhonda (5/5): Helpful and friendly staff. - The staff were really lovely and to be fair we only spent 2 nights there. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was huge. The bathroom, toilet and sink looked very unsanitary. Looked dirty and the basin taps were broken. The private pool doesn’t get much sun, so it was very cold. We didn’t use the huge bath tub as again it didn’t look clean. I also didn’t have the breakfast even though it was included. The door was very troublesome to lock and I suggest a more standard padlock. Bringing in the suitcases over that entry, with a step and pebbles is very difficult. The room’s decor was lacking and the walls were screaming for some beautiful tropical artwork. For what we paid it served us well and the staff really are lovely and extremely helpful. Just needs a little more t.l.c

The bath in pool was so special. Having a warm bath in the private villa with rose oil was magical. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Outdoor tea/coffee and mini fridge. Pool towel supplied on the bed in the villa. Nothing. Perfect great value for money

• Rosella (8/5): - Very centrally located in kuta,yet quiet. Wonda at the front desk was very prompt in her replies. Its a bit small for a villa but compact has a stove and crockery too. We requested for late check out by 2pm but was flatly refused by one of the staff without even checking whether they had guests arriving,inspite of us staying for seven days. They said that we would have to pay.This was disappointing to hear as normally hotels do oblige whenever its possible.

The staff were amazing and so helpful The fridge is a bit small, being aussie we like to stock the fridge with Bintangs and coke. We adjusted to the issue with buying cans of coke instead of bottles as be purchased duty free spirits on the way to drink in out room.

• Emily (10/5): The best stay - The staff were always so friendly, helpful & accommodating. Accidently booked the wrong room, they offered me a bigger room. The room was massive & perfect for us. Bed was comfortable, enough furniture inside & outside to make it a small home for the couple of weeks we were there. Couldn't have asked for more helpful staff, always going above & beyond. My partner locked me out of the villa & fell asleep, they found a way to get me inside in a short amount of time. The room was always cleaned daily @ our convenience (when we were out). So happy with my stay, would definitely recommend. The water wasnt working a couple times so I had to call reception, it was fixed within minutes.

Room clean, bed comfortable, toiletries cotton buds, mosquito spray, decent size toothpaste and brushes. Water supplied daily. Would definitely come back. Pool area for everyone is beautiful, breakfast was nice and in a great location
• Victoria (8/5): - My stay at 18 Suite loft by Amithya commenced impressively, with an initial accommodation in a one-bedroom villa featuring a private pool. The hotel's location is advantageous, being in close proximity to the airport. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and facilitated birthday decorations upon arrival, which proved to be a lovely gesture. However, I reported an incident to the front desk involving the presence of a rat in my room. Consequently, I was relocated to a different room in the middle of the night. The front desk offered complimentary airport transportation as a gesture of goodwill due to the inconvenience and rodent issue. Despite this, I opted to pay for driver services to transport me to the airport and settled all outstanding balances upon checkout. The front desk subsequently informed me that they were unable to locate the rat. I strongly advise exercising caution when booking, as the property appears to have a rodent infestation.

Able to view the kids while a meal. It was a 3 level villa. level 1 is where the open concept is. Could fit 2 adults but prepare a mosquito net or repellant. second level is where the master bedroom is. spacious KING bed comes with onsuite bathroom. Third level are 2 singel bed and onsuite bath room. The toilets were too cramp. Should remove the glasses and cover it up as a normal toilet as it provides more privacy. when it rains, it pours into the staircase which is dangerous. It's pretty much open concept, that was a lot of mosquitos and we saw a rat running away from the kitchen to across the indoor pool and climbed up the brick wall to escape. The walk to the room is not a smooth pavement so you're gonna have to carry the luggage or you can engage them to.

During checkout also they tried a lot to get some money by saying all lies regarding missing glasses etc. breakfast had nothing to eat. Ants everywhere. Bathroom didn't have hand washes or lotions or tissues besides sinks. I can literally go on an on and on. I wanted to give 0 stars but just for the duplex villa being spacious and romantic, i gave 3 stars. Not recommended at all. There are many other places to stay much better than this at the same price.

• Tanisha (10/5): Great location, Greay Accomodation. - 18 Suite Billas has everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Close to the Main Street and Kuta Beach. The pools were incredible. The staff were lovely and very accomodating. The buffet breakfast was great.

• Jessica (6/5): Okay if looking for affordable villa option in Kuta - The Villas at 18 Suite are reasonable priced for their central location in Kuta. It’s a great option if you are looking for a more classic Balinese villa stay rather than a big hotel. The staff were friendly and communicated over WhatsApp to ensure a smooth check in and helped us organise a transfer to the airport for our departure. We stayed in the ground floor villa and found it to be spacious and relaxing. There were a lot of little things that could be improved to make this stay more comfortable. The villas are very tired and a bit of maintenance and deep cleaning is required. There were a few stains on the bedding and the pool edge is quite mouldy. We booked a villa specifically so we could have access to a kitchenette, however it is not well equiped. I had to ask for some dishwashing supplies and while my request was heard, I was offered a dirty kitchen sponge and restaurant napkin in place of a tea towel. The stovetop itself was a real pain to use and tap sprayed water everywhere (not great when you’re trying not to get it in your food). Although not a terrible issue, on our last night we called to order room service, but were told we would need to come out to the restaurant instead, defeating the purpose of trying to order in. Our checkout process was also quite confused and balance owing kept changing by the minute as we were trying to leave, which made us feel as though we were been taken advantage of. Even though it mentions that airport transfers are included on booking.com, they are not and cost idr 225000 for pickup and idr 175000 for drop off.

Easy to walk around the streets and to the beach. Was a little noisy outside with bikes and dogs barking but I think this is the case anywhere you stay around Kuta. We wore earplugs and had a great night's sleep. We stayed after a few nights in very quiet places so we were probably more aware of the noise than others

Main road lacks variety in food options. We love all food including Indian but predominantly Indian restaurants one after another. Kuta seems to have suffered badly from Covid time as still very rundown despite many tourists.
