Nie wiadomo było po przybyciu do obiektu gdzie się zameldować tylko mała wzmianka na drzwiach mało widoczna. Meldowanie w innym hotelu. Zależało mi na parkingu okazało się że nie ma dla nas bo liczba miejsc to tylko kilka już nie mówiąc o cenie. Podczas zamawiania pokoju na booking nie było info o opłacie za parking

• Stefan (8/5): Gesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt - Schöne Terrasse mit Liegen, sauberer Pool. Zugang zum Meer über ein paar Treppen gut erreichbar. Appartement gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Ca 100 m entfernt ist eine Kirche mit Glockenturm. Ab 6 Uhr morgens läuten die Glocken laufend und extrem laut.

• Gerhard (10/5): Am Ende war es ein toller Urlaub - Das Appartement war sehr schön, ich hätte mir zwar eine Terrasse gewünscht, aber da war ich auch selbst ein wenig Schuld, ich hätte das vorher abklären sollen. . Die Strandpromenade war ein Traum, man hat viele Kilometer entlang laufen können Man hat im Hotel Excelsior Strandliegen und den Pool (aussen und innen) inklusive Sauna mit benutzen können . . Man hätte auch Frühstücken und Abendessen und Mittagessen im Hotel können, aber das war uns dann doch zu teuer . . Frühstück 19€ und Abendessen 28,50€. . Wir haben auf der gleich neben dem Zimmer anliegenden Terrasse gefrühstückt Bäcker in der Nähe und auch kleiner Konsum Größeres Geschäft auch gut erreichbar Altstadt Lofran nett Meer sehr sauber Appartements Vom Strand mit ca 60 Stufen (geschätzt) erreichbar. . Keine Straße zwischen Strand und Meer Die Hauptstraße liegt jedoch beim Eingang, man sollte daher ein Zimmer mit Meerblick haben, ansonsten Straße in der Nacht laut Zimmer mit Klimaanlage Das einzige was leider passiert ist, die Pumpe bei unserem Pool, der direkt beim Appartement war, ging kaputt und man durfte ihn nicht mehr benutzen, ich persönlich liebe es, in der Früh vor dem Frühstück in den Pool zu springen, das war richtig schade Aber ich hatte einen Traum Urlaub mit meinen Jungs Übrigens, wenn du Tennis spielen willst, musst du einfach ins Hotel Lofran gehen, das ist daneben und kannst buchen, im Hotel Excelsior wussten sie das nicht. Wir haben einfach gefragt und hat gepasst

• Mark (6/5): My third and worst Liburnia experience. - The apartment was perfectly clean and a smart modern feeling. Housekeepers were very helpful and professional. View directly to the sea was superb. View to semi derelict adjoining properties was horrible. Badly managed pool and terrace area was dirty in poor condition and even dangerous. A whole Chlorine tablet laying unprotected in footbath! Imagine a toddler picking it up!!! The pool has tiles coming off which guests make little piles of around the side. Pigeon poo laid on poolside for two days proving lack of care. Parking is undefined with no clear instruction from Excelsior Hotel. I was unable to park at the property for 4 days. The 4 Star Hotel Excelsior serves only very average 3 star food. And charges €5 for 75cl water at dining table. Tap water not allowed. 4star is supposed to be a mark of quality and service!! Not the amount you get ripped off. My 3rd and worst experience of Liburnia.

• Louise (7/5): Don’t recommend - Fairly centrally located but still a 500 m walk if u want a meal or drink The photos of a beachfront view are NOT what is offered. Beware! Our room had pokey small windows nothing like what was advertised. There is also a huge Magnolia tree blocking half the view. There are 60 stairs to the third floor- definitely would not recommend to anyone with young children with lots of luggage or anyone with hip/ knee issues. The shower floor got saturated after each shower with nowhere for the water to drain For the price I would look elsewhere.

The patio umbrella on the terrace was broken and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor no matter how you angled the shower head. Parking was also very limited.

While parking can be limited, the hotel’s tranquil setting more than make up for this inconvenience. • Zalan (9/5): Amazing location - Excellent location, right on the sea, close to restaurants and shops. Easy to park, gym, pool are nice. The building was a little bit dated, the walls need painting.
• Gabrielė (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful and spacious apartment. Rooms and bathrooms clean. You can cook meals in the kitchen. One entrance from yard, second entrance directly to the terrace with spectacular sea view. Always enough sun beds at the terrace. A few steps away is a pool with a pleasant water temperature. You can also use another two outdoor pools of Hotel Excelsior, which are 5 min away, excellent quality, one fits very well for kids. The pool needs renovation. Some small peaces are falling apart. The stairs of the pool are a bit edgy.

• Jennifer (10/5): Love this place! - We stayed a week at the perfectly located Villa Atlanta and it was great. This villa is associated with the Hotel Excelsior two doors down and hence, you do your check in/out there but this was easy. In fact, the benefits are that you get use their facilities (pool, towels, spa, gym, etc)! We had the suite with the upstairs bedroom overlooking the sea and it was very spacious and clean. My only complaint would be that the upstairs AC didn’t work as well as the downstairs one but it wasn’t that hot so we were ok. Our kitchen had all the usual amenities and it was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!!!

• Yvette (10/5): Great for Families - This hotel is a converted 1800's seaside villa from the days of the Empire in the small historic coastal town of Lovran. The exterior is incredible and when you walk into your partitioned apartment facing the sea the most amazing thing happens if you are on the upper floors....you walk to the window, pull inward the double glass windows, push outward the original wood shutters and WOW a spectacular view of the Adriatic sea!!! The apartments are managed by the Hotel Excelsior which is two buildings away. You actually check-in and get your key at the Excelsior and can use all the amenities of the Excelsior too including their world class spa and massage therapy. Parking is onsite at the Atlanta as well as a pool at the Atlanta and best of all direct access to the sea walking down the steps of the Atlanta property. This property is elegant and great for taking cool vintage styled photos at. Lovran center is a few minutes walk with plenty of restaurants and gelato shops. There is an historic church and a couple small museums to visit as well. Lovran is quiet and relaxing. This is historically where visitors come for peace, calming their minds, writing and painting. Great for families, honeymooning, traveling solo or with friends. Apartments Atlanta and Lovran in general are best for those who like to feel sunrise on them in the mornings and watching the lingering light casting over the port city of Reka in the distance across the clear sea.

The apartments didn’t have an elevator, making it difficult for older people to get their bags up to the third floor.

• Anthony (9/5): Superb - Appartment was very well appointed. Large comfortable bed with good linens. Big rooms with plenty of storage. The pool overlooking the sea. Terrace overlooking the pool with sea views. Lovely beach bar and cafe close by. On arrival the directions to collect keys from a nearby hotel weren't clear. Parking was a problem intially. At times random people from the beach came and used the pool so for me security was an issue. We did call on the first occasion and someone came immediately which was reassuring but not a total solution.

• Andrea (10/5): - Wir mögen einfach alles an der Unterkunft. Das Highlight ist der herrliche Pool mit seiner tollen Aussicht. Die Liegen könnten vielleicht etwas bequemer sein. Und es gibt sehr viele lästige Mücken. Wir waren schon zweimal dort und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.
• Thomas (4/5): - Zimmerkategorie ist immer ein Problem. Dieses mal landeten wir im dritten Stock unter dem Dach, das war so nicht erkennbar und finden wir eine Zumutung! Der Zustand der Terasse und der Liegemöbel ist in einem erbärmlichen Zustand! Ebenso der Meer Zugang , jedes Jahr schlechter und wenig gepflegt! Wir kommen sehr wahrscheinlich nicht wieder dort hin!

• Junyeong (8/5): 로브란 숙소 후기 - 늦은 시간에 가서 어두워져 숙소 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 체크인은 Remisens Hotel Excelsior에서 하기때문에 찾기 어려운 분은 여기로 바로 가시면 됩니다. 사진에 있는 수영장이 있긴 하나, 사용할 수 있는지는 의문입니다. villa 내의 시설을 좋습니다. 침구류, 화장실, 간이 주방 모두 깨끗합니다. 다만, 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않았습니다. 보일러를 켰으나 오래 걸리는지 다음날 아침에 따뜻한 물로 씻을 수 있었습니다. 늦게 체크인 해야 하는 경우 사전에 연락하여 켜두는게 좋습니다. Villa 옆으로 난 길을 따라 조금만 가면 해안가 산책로가 나오는데 이곳에서 일출을 볼 수 있으니 방문하시는 분이라면 꼭 가셔서 일출 보세요!

Has its own pool and easy access to the private beach, also very short walk to 2 public beaches. The room itself was very modern, clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.

• Marcus (8/5): Tolle, sonnige Lage mit leichten Schatzenseiten - Tolle Location direkt am Strand schön renovierte Staftvilla im typisch lokalen mediterran Stil mit neuwertigen Zimmern ,doch im Detail leichte Mängel: Nachttischlampen ohne Leuchtmittel, daher ohne Funktion, in den Ecken der Badewanne leichter Schimmel , obwohl bessere Reinigung möglich wäre. Villa ohne Aufzug , für ältere Gäste sind die oberen Stockwerke daher nicht zu empfehlen, das Frühstück im Mutter Hotel Belvedere lässt qualitativ zu wünschen übrig.

Fenster nicht schallgedämpft!! für eine maximal 2 nächte akzeptabel. wer einen längeren Aufenthalt plant sollte sich unbedingt vergewissern, dass er ein appartment auf der Vorderseite des schönen Gebäudes erhält. Das grosse Plus der Gast kann die Wellnesseinrichtungen -Sauna und Indoorpool- des Hotels Exelsior nutzen. was bei schlechten wetter ein nicht unbedeutender Vorteil ist.

We like apartments so we can have a few things for breakfast in the room. Had a lovely patio for morning coffee and a easy walk to town.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Straßenlärm - Das Hotel liegt an einer stark frequentierten Straße und nur die Zimmer auf der Seite zum Garten und Meer sind zumutbar ---leider kann man das nicht zuverlässig buchen und ein Urlaub an der Straße ist eine Zumutung -- die Apartments wären in Ordnung --- in der kurzen Zeit seit der Renovierung schon wieder leicht abgewohnt da mit billigen Materialien gearbeitet wurde ----Personal beim Checkin freundlich
• Stefan (8/5): - Die Villa liegt direkt am Meer, hat eine sehr große Sonnenterasse und einen eigenen Felsenstrand . Besonders gut geeignet für Gruppen, die gern die Zeit miteinander verbringen

• geertruida (4/5): Waardeloos - Kregen niet het app. wat we geboekt hadden. We moesten niet zeuren dit app. was groter maar wel met de slaapkamer boven met een trap zonder leuning, niet zo prettig als iemand moeite heeft met trap lopen. Op de (slaapbank) beneden was niet te zitten of te slapen je zat of lag gelijk op de stalen buizen. Een mens moet wat dus op gegeven moment maar kussens weg gehaald van de stoelen bij het zwembad zodat we in het app. nog ergens konden zitten behalve op een barkruk. Het app. was vies er lag nog allemaal troep in het bad van de vorige gebruiker. Absoluut geen luxe app. alleen de slaapkamer en de badkamer boven was mooi. Absoluut een afrader en vies app. Auto is moeilijk te parkeren, kan alleen in parkeer garage maar deze moet je wel betalen.
• Igor (4/5): Bad customer sefvice - Hotel was ok, few things broken and never fixed. Swimming pool still under construction. Front desk manager very very rude and unprofessional. He is the only reason we will never go back again.

• Saverio (10/5): Viaggio in famiglia - Ottimo soggiorno, non è semplice da trovare perché l’hotel è dependance appena rifatta di un altro albergo che si vede dalla strada (il Bristol). Non semplice parcheggiare per i pochi posti a disposizioni. Le camere sono appartamenti appena rifatti, molto spaziosi e luminosi con vista sul mare. Le camere sono anche doppie con letti matrimoniali e la sala è molto spaziosa. Nella nostra avevamo anche due bagni grandi. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti
• Anette Johansson (8/5): underbar utsikt - Fräsch lägenhet med underbar utsikt mot havet. Dock saknade vi en strand, man får bada från betongbrygga, men det funkar ju för vuxna. Fin promenadväg längs med havet. Brant backe upp till gatan, bra att veta om man har svårt att gå.
