L'hôtel était très bien, rien a redire. Par contre j'ai été choquée de voir que au coeur de Puerto Aventuras il ya des dauphins domestiqués dans des petits bassins.. c'est très triste de voir ça, ça ne devrait plus exister donc je ne reviendrai pas tant que ce sera le cas.

- Sebastián (10/5): Increíble departamento en Puerto Aventura - El departamento es muy grande, muy bueno, muy lindo, muy cómodo, todo muy excelente!! Tiene todo lo necesario y más! Todo de muy buen gusto y muy lindos detalles. Es el mejor departamento al que me fui de vacaciones! Las camas y colchones increíbles! Está ubicado en un gran Barrio Cerrado, condominio, con acceso seguro, con comercios, varios restaurantes y bares a 3 cuadras, se puede acceder a una playa cerca, a 5 minutos a pie. Está en el medio entre Playa del Carmen y Tulum, muy buena ubicación. Si tendría que ir de nuevo, sin duda lo eligiría. Todo el personal es muy amable. Todo es excelente

- Mr Christopher (8/5): Great short stay for the two of us. - This was the perfect place to stay for three days before moving on for a workshop. The staff were all really helpful and the location was great for eating out choices. Probably not the best time of year given the sargasso covering all the beaches.

The facility is right next door to some amazing shopping and restaurants, plus the dophin experience was right there and very active. The staff was great and was able to provide us with airport transportation and a better price than was available online. Will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

As a suggestion, it would be nice if the apartment had a washer and dryer. The attendants are very friendly, overall i would rate this at a 10 !

View from the deck is beautiful. Alfredo was quick to respond on WhatsApp and made checkin a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

- Debra Fay (8/5): - Beautiful area and very quiet. Lovely view from large patio. The condo was cleaned everyday and that was a great service to have while on vacation. The pool area was well kept and clean. The lagoon location has paddle boards and kayaks to use. The only negative was poor communication with directions to the condo and instructions on how to get to lagoon location. We were left at the residence location of Aventuras club instead of lagoon. Make sure you know which building you are in to avoid stress . The signage to building is poor and hard to see . I recommend staying there as long as you do your research.

- Kimberley (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent. Maid service and pool service very good . Large apartment well equipped kitchen although an electric kettle would have been nice . Office staff very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Good value for money for the location . The apartment is a little tired . Apt 104 . The toilet flush didn’t work all the time . The safe and the shower in the master bedroom broke but were quickly fixed . Taps in the kitchen were not fixed to the counter top ( we didn’t report this ). A nice feature is the pool waterfall but this was not working fir the 16 days we stayed . Nice apartment and pool complex but needs a little renovation.
- Reece (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent, very close to the centre & just a short walk to the many restaurants overlooking the Dolphin enclosure. Room had a view over the Marina. Good Wi-Fi, I had to do a bit or work while I was there & was able to have Zoom meetings without any problem. The lift & laundry machines were out of order for the whole 2 weeks that we were there. The balcony saftey railings only come up to the top of your thigh. They are certainly noticably lower that EU saftey regulations. You can't lean on the railngs enjoying the sunset.
- Gregory Allen (8/5): - Aventuras Club had experienced some recent storms going thru like many places and had lost some power. That power loss took out the elevator and pool pump. So needless to say, thru no fault of their own, we had to walk up stairs to the third floor, and pool was not especially clear during our stay. Plus we were originally to stay at the Lagoon building but they moved us to the marina building. There were some communication problems, so reason for 4 stars over 5. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably return and try again, as the place was very nice, close to town and easy access to facilities in the area.

- Daniel (10/5): - My partner Leanne & I had a wonderful time in Puerto Aventuras and the other areas of the region we were lucky enough to visit. The locals were very friendly and even with my poor Spanish communication was not a major issue. At no point anywhere we went did we feel insecure or unsafe. It is such a culturally rich and beautiful part of the world, it is difficult to do it justice with words. The place we stayed, Club Aventuras in Puerto Aventuras was spectacular. The condo was huge, modern and very peaceful. The bedrooms were big, bed was super king and very comfortable. Large fully stocked kitchen, open plan dining and living area. When we were at the condo it was hard not to make the most of the large outdoor terrace. It could be accessed from the master bedroom and living room. The view of the marina and out to the Caribbean sea was breathtaking. And the climate was perfect for sitting outside with a coffee and having quality time with one another. We absolutely loved the place and the welcome/farewell we had from Rodrigo, Alfredo and the team was something else. They are truly wonderful folks. Dan & Leanne (South Wales)

- Jabari (10/5): - This actual property was amazing other than a few things like the toilet leaking in the shower head being replaced… The Director is a very honest man, which makes a difference when you’re going out of the country… The property is beautiful. I got the deluxe apartment facing the marina and it was luxury. I would absolutely come here again. Be careful with the taxi drivers the police will extort you and everyone is out to get money from .. your best bet is to stay on the grounds or book anything outside of the grounds through the hotel to be safe

- Christine (9/5): Nice quiet, spacious, and comfortable place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it and wished we had stayed here for our entire - Great location and staff were very hospitable. Excellent value for the accommodations. The suite was very large and comfortable, and the pool was basically ours to use during our stay as it is a very quiet building. AC mostly worked though it was hot enough outside that we had to use it cautiously. Staff did their best to ensure we knew what to look for in the event of a failure and wanted to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable! Hardly much to complain about really as it is out of their control.

- Janet (8/5): Very pleasant, would stay here again - We had a very comfortable bed, and the place was lovely and clean. It was well furnished with a great pool area. Drinking water was provided in a large container. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t use it to cook as we ate out. We enjoyed the good cafe next door for coffee and breakfast. I would have liked smaller, softer pillows!
- Tiffany (10/5): Awesome "at-home" comfort. - Great space. Quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes walk to the fun and noise and people restaurant row. Best of both worlds is you need peace and quiet, yet good food and music/entertainment in a small little community. Great pool, spacious bedrooms, full stocked kitchen with even details that many condos don't provide like the cooking oil, drinking water, napkins, paper towels, salt pepper, sugar, candles out on the veranda etc. The little things add up. Great staff. Awesome cleaning ladies. Alfredo, the concierge bends over backwards in every way going over the top to accommodate and service guests. Attitude is everything and his is a plus. Aventuras Club is like a home away from home and I'll be back!

The units are very comfortable and the maintenance and housekeeping staff are so attentive often anticipating our needs before we ask. All the units overlook the fishing boats and it is fun to see what they catch each day. We’ve even seen sea turtles and rays from our balcony. The pool is great with some comfort beds for an afternoon siesta. It is a short walk to the dolphin marina which has lots of restaurants and music. We feel it is our home away from home.

- Andrew (7/5): An enjoyable stay but could have been so much better. - Location was good - central but quiet and an easy stroll to restaurants, bars, beach and golf. Safety was good with access points controlled onto the site. The maintenance staff are great and friendly, they helped with all the issues we had quickly and effectively. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a walk out onto the pool area. Air con generally good, but didn't work in one bedroom. Parking right outside the unit and although not dedicated we never failed to snag a spot. We had a few issues (safe broken, no water, no information on access/amenities, hot tub/jacuzzi not working) and when messaged the contact he was too busy to help and left us to sort things ourselves or just ignored us. Despite requesting (and having confirmed) two units close together we ended up on ground floor and third floor, and when we arrived we had no idea which apartment numbers we had or codes for access - nor any way to get into the site itself; when contacted the response was allocation was based on availability and "what do you want I'm busy". The cleaner only did a full clean once in 7 days and only emptied the bins when asked to every other day, we ended up cleaning/mopping the floor several times despite being on holiday. This would be a great place if there was more attention to detail and information provided before arrival and issues were addressed/responded to when raised. There is a phone in the reception area to call for assistance, but it doesn't work and the reception doesn't seem to be staffed even during advertised hours.

- Connie (10/5): The condo was lovely and Alfredo was professional and accommodating. - My time spent in this resort (Porta Adventura Club) was wonderful. The staff at the Porta Adventura club went above and beyond to help me and my family. Every staff member especially Alfredo, handled every need. Alfredo was professional, understanding, and accommodating. Many of us loved the use the kayaks and paddleboards. The golf cart rentals I felt were overpriced. They were a separate company located within Porta Adventura.

- Edwin (8/5): - The marina view studio that we thought we were getting really didn't have a marina view. The view was obstructed by vines/trees that limited the view to a small hole in the trees. The view was of the bbq/patio area that was also obstructed. We ended up upgrading to a two bedroom at an extra cost to get a marina view. The new two bedroom unit(302) had a nice layout but could have had the master bathroom sink faucets and shower faucets upgraded. The shower faucet handle fell off. The sink faucets had limited flow issues and were loose. The blind over the sink in the kitchen was dirty and should be replaced. The outside patio door handle needed to be replaced as it was loose and you had to be careful not to pinch your hand when opening and closing the door. Other residents we talked to didn't have any problems and had only good things to say about their units. The problems with the faucets/taps were only unique to our unit to our knowledge. The laundry facilities are only available for the condo owners but not renters. The bbq grills were available but at an additional cost ($15 per day). Alfredo the manager,was very helpful in answering any questions about the area and in arranging alternate transport to the airport when our prearranged transportation didn't show up. We would stay at this property again if we didn't get unit 302.The property was over represented in the online description. Other than that, we enjoyed the local area and will probably return at a later date.

The beds were neatly made, lots of available kitchen supplies, and I could not have asked for better. The room service was great too. I asked for towels and that evening when I came back, I had brand new neatly-folded towels and my trashes had been taken out! Very good place and will be coming back as soon as I can. :) Nothing!

- Michele (9/5): It was wonderful and the people very nice and helpful - The condos were very modern and up to date. The only thing is a bit of a smell coming from the washroom cabinets.. a musty moldy smell when the condo was closed up for a few hours but once we opened the doors the air cleared.

I do not recommend this place. - place was big Service was terrible. we arrived at 6pm on a Monday and the whole place was closed. Took multiple phone calls and text messages to be given any information. We were sent to a location that was 1/2 mile from the actual property. TheDefinitely do not recommend and I will never stay here again!
- Allan (3/5): Beware of room location... - Good location, for the most part - areas to explore in & around the marina, including the dolphin encounter. Room was nice, comfortable with patio area; pool area was nice... I booked this for my sister/her husband, hoping for a nice (relatively affordable) location in the marina between Playa del Carmen & Tulum. The room was nice enough, but soon realized there was a loud noise coming from across the hall - maybe some clunky AC unit or dental work being performed on an elephant or a damaged alien ship landing? Either way, it was difficult to find peace in this room or get any proper sleep. We inquired at the front desk, but got little sympathy or help - just told that they were [sold out]. They "sent a guy," but nothing changed. I think this is ongoing problem that they always knew about, otherwise they would have expressed a little more concern. Also, a taxi had been arranged ahead of time for return to the airport (3pm). But upon inquiring later, were told there was no taxi coming? Also, [my sister/husband] requested if they could have a late check out since the flight was so late - they were first told Noon would be fine, then told 1pm would OK. Great! However, beginning just after 10am, were repeatedly hounded by staff about when they were leaving. The manager, or whoever he was, was quite crass & a bit contemptuous at each encounter - not exactly the ideal guy to run a place. He even blamed [me] for the room, because . . . I booked it?!? You can't be serious? It's my fault you can't take responsibility for your property & it's shortcomings? Unbelievable. Anyway, avoid unit #105, if not the whole place...

- Nicky (10/5): The suites with separate bedrooms were extremely nice. - Beautiful grounds, lovely pool and they supplied kayaks which was fun. The location was a bit remote but we used bikes daily or you can rent a golf cart or car. The apartment had all the supplies we needed and was well maintained with a wonderful view from the deck. Staff was friendly, would definitely return!

It would have been nice to have shampoo conditioner and soap. Knives in kitchen not sharp and had loose handle. Back gate by pool needs some love. Recycling container would be helpful.

- Karen (8/5): - Arriving at this property late evening we were never sent a room number or a code to get in or any confirmation on location. Our van driver from the airport knew the property. My cousin the previous day had consulted the property manager to confirm our room and code. Had she not done this we’d have spent the night outside. Then the code didn’t work upon arrival and it took us quite a bit of hassle to find the correct phone number of the manager to get the code working. This was after 15 hour flight. We rented a one bedroom but it was a two bedroom. It was huge and lovely inside, lovely balcony beautiful view. The toilets did not want to flush and the master bathroom water leak clear down the floor. The facet in the guest bathroom is about to fall off by the sink. The last night we were there there was no water to flush the toilets or wash your hands but it was back in the morning. I don’t know if this is that typical of Mexico location but we didn’t let it spoil our stay.
- Sergei (7/5): Good - The location was perfect near the Dolphines park. Absolutely amazing balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast with the view on beautiful lagoon. The apartment is large with two rooms, so you would have enough space. The apartment is a little bit old. We had some issues with the bathroom - the water flow and its temperature were not stable. A lot of small orange ants in chairs. They bite very painfully...
- Warren (9/5): nice accommodations - large, classy accommodations no beach nearby beach access everywhere is is almost impossible except behind beachfront hotels. All other access for miles is blocked and locked

The maids and gardeners worked very hard to keep everything clean and beautiful. The property manager, Alfredo, was wonderful to deal with.
- Arthur (8/5): - We had an excellent location but our unit was in need of basic maintenance: 1. Three floor tiles were just placed on floor and rocked each time you stepped on them 2. The toilet stuck and I had to call them in twice and tell them what to do to fix it 3. Faucets dripped but no one seemed to care The unit if fixed up would have been perfect for us We could walk out to the pool FYI; the office must have taken our WIFI router into their office but they did call the Wifi company to put a new booster in our room. We had no Wifi when we moved into the room, the signal could not make it through the wall from the office
