• Melissa (1/5): Horrible stale cigarette smell - The location I was given a smoking room when I book a nonsmoking room. The smell was horrendous. I do understand I was given a smoking room and it would have a smell but it was literally saturated in everything. The towels, the bedding, literally everything. I had t wash everything I had brought into the room even my suite case because it had smelled like the stale smoke smell even after dousing it with my perfume while I was there.

Stayed and paid for 3 nights plus a second room for one night; after checking out I received a charge for a no show which has not been reversed as I was told it would be. The stay itself was very good.

• Troy (9/5): - Clean, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The road where it's located leads to several restaurants and you can avoid interstate. Cafe across the street has an AMAZING breakfast! There is not a breakfast. It's granola bars and juice. They probably shouldn't advertise it.

• Nicholas (8/5): Expect a tiny breakfast then you won't be disappointed. - Super friendly receptionist, enthusiastic, chatty and helpful even though we arrived after 9pm. Great sized room, lovely and clean. Lovely shower with lots of hot water and clean towels. Microwave and fridge in room, and safe parking directly outside the room. Perfect! Busy road area which means an early start to the day, but we slept well and we're not disturbed by noise during the night. Breakfast is described as "grab and go" which we understood having experienced this situation before. But it is Very Poor here. Just a small juice, coffee and a tiny granola bar. We expected at least yoghurt and fruit as well. As long as you know about the tiny breakfast then you won't be disappointed staying here.

The A/C unit in the room made weird noises all night and the door wasn’t sealed so you could hear everything outside. The sheets looked dirty or stained. Not sure how this place is rated as high as it is.
