• Alexander (9/5): A calm stay near Interlaken - Self Check-in was very convenient and easy. The arrival night the heating was not on, and someone from the reception from the main hotel came to our anex room to check it, and he offered a good solution. This place was quiet, and minimalistic. We just needed some good rest, and we did get this. :)

El desayuno estaba bastante bien. Pudimos aparcar el coche en la misma puerta de nuestra habitación. La bañera era gigante y el agua salía caliente muy rápido. El mobiliario de las habitaciones está anticuado. Las camas resultan inestables y se separaban todo el tiempo una de la otra. Había una sombrilla en la terraza que estaba llena de polvo por todas partes. No nos gustó que tuvimos que pagar para tener una cuna para nuestra bebé, cuando en todos los hoteles nos la ponen gratis. No tiene tampoco frigorífico.

Как хорошо, что отели в самом Интерлайкене были слишком дорогими, поэтому искали варианты около него и благодаря этому увидели настоящую Швейцарию, как с рекламной открытки - с коровами, лугами, ручьями, горами и сказочными домиками вокруг. Из практического советы моим соотечественникам: - заселение возможно самостоятельно (через какие-то пин-коды) в самом здании отеля ИЛИ в их "материнском" отеле Юнгфрау отель (1 минута на машине, 4-5 минут пешком) у "живого" персонала. Мы выбрали второй вариант. - завтрак (мы были в середине апреля) сервируется в маленьком павильоне на территории отеля. Завтрак готовит женщина при вашем приходе прямо при вас (яйца скрэмбл с беконом). Так из нарезок - салями, сыр, помидоры, огурцы. Кофе, чай, круассаны, йогурты, соки. - парковка бесплатная, прямо возле двери в номер - ВАЖНО! Написала заранее про обогреватель - он уже стоял при нашем заселении. С ним в комнате было комфортно - 25 градусов. Без него лично мне было бы прохладно. - дают бесплатные билеты на поезд Интерлайкен-Виндерсвиль-Интерлайкен на время проживания - большая (по швейцарским меркам) комната с двумя полуторными кроватями (которые можно сдвинуть при желании), диваном, письменным столом, креслом, стульями - потрясающий вид из балкона на Юнг Фрау! - стабильный широкий вай-фай - удобные матрасы и подушки, исправная сантехника ИДЕАЛЬНО ВСЕ! Это не минус, а швейцарская данность и совет путешественникам: швейцарские розетки не подходят под наши "силовые" приборы с толстыми вилками (такие как: фен, стайлер, зарядка для ноутбука и т.д.). Соответственно, ничего, кроме телефонных зарядок, работать не будет. Поэтому советую попросить адаптер заранее до заселения. Мы заселились вечером и только на утро попросили в Юнг Фрау отель (ИДЕАЛЬНЫЙ персонал - предоставили сразу же!).

Die Bahnhaltestelle ist in guten 5-10min zu erreichen. Ein italienisches Restaurant befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es ist etwas hellhörig,hält sich aber in Grenzen.

The property was close to a lot of - Beautiful and clean surroundings close to tourist spots and train station. The bathroom. Too small and we had an issue with the flusher in the toilet. There was something loose inside so the water didn’t refill and it kept on make a sound like the water kept in flowing. No overflow though. My husband had to fix it twice to stop the water from flowing. The room furniture was kind of old and the bathroom fixtures as well.

• Elodie (8/5): Séjour agréable dans un bel environnement - Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, très belle vue du balcon, petit déjeuner complet et régulièrement réapprovisionné par le personnel, places de parking disponibles et gratuites, ménage quotidien. Bon emplacement. La salle de bain et les peintures (crépis) mériteraient un rafraichissement pour rendre le logement plus moderne. Le prix de la nuitée est donc un peu surévalué.

The hotel room did not have air condition and it was hot during our stay so that is something I overlooked when booking. Just had to open a balcony door to get some airflow. There is not many dining options in the area that are within walking distance. Although the hotel is centrally located with about an 8 minute walk to the train station and a bus stop. The included breakfast was good and convenient.

Рядом есть пиццерия с отличной пиццей Buffalo Margherita 😋 Завтраки хорошие, хотя бекон можно было бы зажаривать меньше 😕Путешествовали с 4мя собаками. Каждой собаке была предоставлена своя миска и подарок ☺️За 20 евро предоставили маленький холодильник. Парковка машины прям возле двери номера. Ничего! Всё было отлично!

• Ronald (10/5): - The inn is situated 10 mins walk from Wildersil station, which brings you to Interlaken Ost, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen, which are key spots to visit in the Bernese Oberland. One tip is to take the 105 bus which is 5 mins away to reach Interlaken West, which is the busy part of Interlaken and to take trains towards Bern and Zurich. The inn is spacious and clean with essential items available. It comes with breakfast which is a great cost saver given the high prices in Switzerland. The inn does not have elevators, which is a bit inconvenient to bring luggages up the stairs, but it's just for the check-in and out process. The room opens up to the valleys towards Grindelwald, with the snow-capped mountains at the background, which is a breathtaking view. Overall, it is a great stay, no frills and worth its price.

Quiet and well situated. Easy check in and out. Very responsive history and easy walk to trains. Great food options . When travelling in Europe buy yourself a cheap cork screw. Most reds are corked. But not a reflection on the hotel itself just what we have found.

The bed was ok. Was not super comfortable but ok. It had nice views off the balcony. But the chairs were too uncomfortable to sit outside. So we just opened the blinds. The property was so expensive - yes this is Switzerland. But in some ways they could do more to justify the value. We barely saw any staff. There was no fridge. The breakfast wasn’t much. We mainly had toast and cereal. Coffee wasn’t very good. It felt like a 70s motel. They could do more the money they charge.

Breakfast included was great variety and quality. Instructions for staying the Annex weren't super clear. Felt like we walked in circles to check in and then get to the room. Rooms weren't very soundproof. We stayed on the ground floor and had what sounded like kids staying in the room above us. Could hear them running and jumping around late into the night.

• Keith (8/5): - Alpine Inn is a 6-7 minutes walk from the main Jungfrau Hotel near residential homes. The cleanliness of the motel surfaces and bed is acceptable but since it is a ground floor room with a balcony area, we found many bugs, spider, and ants crawling around the floor and ceiling especially at night. Also, the motel is very old renovated with windows were fully openable from the outside which is a security concern and some moldy flooring in bathroom. The shower is small and the head is also very short and hard to use for a tall person. The staff is very accommodating and also the breakfast is very fresh and has many choices.

• Michael (8/5): Good option in Wilderswill for skiers - It is basically a motel so you park right outside your door, conveniently. The best restaurant in Wilderswill is right across the street, an excellent dinner option to walk to. No onsite restaurant so breakfast not an option onsite.

• Giffen (8/5): - This review is for the Jungfrau Hotel Annex, a separate two-story building from the main hotel, located about 500 meters away. Our Annex room was clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding were especially nice. There is no elevator. The view of the Alps was beautiful. The WiFi was effective and reliable. There is no staff on site. The self check-in system was cumbersome, and there were no check-out instructions available...we ended up driving to the main hotel to return the room key and get a receipt for our stay. This wouldn't be my first choice for lodging in Wildiswil, but I would stay there again.
• Philip (10/5): Ideally Situated for Local Attractions. - We booked to stay in the hotel's annex that was a five minute walk from the main hotel. On arrival at the annex there is a self check in that allocates your room. The room was large and had everything you would expect to find i.e kettle, safe etc. We were staying for four days and the room was cleaned each day. Breakfast was served in a nearby building. Located in Wilderswil just outside of Interlaken, it was ideally placed to see the local attractions. Would I stay again and recommend this hotel, most definately.

Beautiful views. Very basic accommodation. Hard to find, as it sits remotely in the backyard of the reception office. Not well marked or lit. Really a budget option. Could be so much more with better directions and a bit of love. No food availability in town after 8pm in winter. We had to walk the mile and catch the train to Interlaken. Walk to train in approximately 10-12 minutes.
• Miller (10/5): Excellent Main Jungfrau Hotel Experience - We payed for the breakfast and instead of staying at the Alpine Inn Annex, they upgraded us to the main Jungfrau Hotel. We are so grateful because the walk from the train station would have been a lot more every day to the Annex. The staff is very nice, the breakfast was delicious! The room had excellent heating and AMAZING comfortable beds. We got ENGAGED in Switzerland during this trip! It was our first time in Europe. Having such a nice hotel during this moment, made it such an AMAZING experience! Thank you! We would have loved a fridge and microwave, but its ok!
