• MURAT CELAL (6/5): - I chose this place because it's close to Ueno train station. You bring your own towels to the room. Small towels are extra. There's no duvet cover, just a throw blanket. You make your own sheets. The sheets and throw blankets are small and not comfortable.
• Nageswara Rao (8/5): Overall we liked it because of the price and location during sakura season. - Location and connectivity to major stations, near by food options The beds have very thin mattress / quilt style ( tatami floor) so it's not that comfortable like a normal mattress.

• Artur (7/5): Pretty decent stay in Ueno - There is an elevator, you don't need stairs while climbing up with the luggage. Free extra amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, towel exchange for every day, coffee/tea/water. Pretty good location in Tokyo, near station. Room is pretty narrow, and for more people might feel too small. Small bathroom. Check out time is very early.

The location is very good, with Akihabara just about 10 minutes away and Ueno Park nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and lounge facilities were excellent, with everything available including coffee and cooking essentials. It was very convenient for us to prepare and eat our ready-to-eat food daily. Nothing major to complain about. Overall, it was a very good experience.

• Nadia (9/5): Ottima scelta e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Ottima posizione, da cui è stato facile arrivare dappertutto. Ci sono stata con i miei bambini ed abbiamo adorato la camera con letto a castello. La struttura è molto pulita e funzionale, ha lavatrici e asciugatrici. C’è un supermercato dietro l’angolo e la zona è piena di ristoranti. Molto tranquilla di notte. Le aree comuni erano funzionali ma non scenografiche rispetto ad altri ostelli.

• Lorenzo Luiz (8/5): The best budget and convenient hotel in Tokyo, Ueno! - The staff and the management of the facilities and customer experience was actually well thought out. Even after check out, you can leave your personal belongings infront of the counter and have provided laundry, dryer, and shower outside in the lobby for those who needs a last minute shower after checkout. They are so helpful and staff are versatile with request. I love them! I personally experienced several hair strands on the bed when we just checked in. Didn't care that much but the housekeeping could spend some extra minutes cleaning the bed sheets.

• SEON UNG (10/5): - 도쿄 중심부에 이 가격에 이 정도 사이즈의 방은 없다고 봅니다. 조용하고 공항철도도 도보거리, 지하철도 도보권내에 여러개가 있어서 이동도 편리했어요. 방안에 냉장고가 없지만 엘베 앞 공용냉장고, 전자렌지, 핫워터포트가 있어서 문제없었어요. 호텔서비스가 필요없으신 분이라면 강추합니다. 없음.

• YUCHEN (9/5): - 地理位置佳，搭乘大眾運輸工具非常方便，離超市的、超商、唐吉軻德都非常近，上下舖翻身聲音稍大，但孩子睡得很開心👍🏻 水壓水溫都很穩定，浴缸排水比較慢，但總體來說地理位置和房價已無可挑剔🙂

Bed en kussens waren comfortabel. Warme goede douche met veel druk. Wasmachine 200 yen en 100 yen voor de droger. Kamer had iets ruimer mogen zijn en twee aparte bedden in plaats van een tweepersoonsbed.

A little more spacious compared to basic rooms in Tokyo. The space has a dining area, laundry area and the staff is always ready to help. The foam on the bed is a little on the thinner side.

• 月爾 (9/5): 乾淨、安靜、設備簡樸 - 價錢實惠。交通方便，距離上野/上野広小路/上野御徒町站都不遠、離湯島站非常近，從這裡叫計程車去東京巨蛋也很近，大約10分鐘1800日幣左右。公共區域和房間都很乾淨。房間內有窗戶。晚上很安靜。房間隔音也很好，睡了四晚都沒聽到其他房間的聲音。有電梯。櫃台服務到晚上12點。可以寄放行李。工作人員態度親切，可以中文溝通。從上野車站下車一路逛過阿美橫町再到旅館也不會太遠。 房間內只有沙發邊桌和一張椅子，沒有任何板架，雜物只能放在窗台上或地上。浴室內浴巾掛勾只有一個、毛巾架也很小，無法放換洗衣物。雙床房的其中一床，中間凹陷但無法換床，反應後工作人員表示只能多拿幾層墊子加厚。28吋行李對開會很難走路。

• Francesca (9/5): Posto comodo e pulito per famiglie in viaggio che vogliono visitare Tokyo - E' un ostello quindi non prevede nulla di lussuoso ma è funzionale per una famiglia di 4 persone in viaggio come noi. Abbiamo soggiornato due volte in questa struttura che ci ha offerto una posizione centrale molto bel collegata con tutti gli sposamenti anche in aeroporto del personale cortese e una stanza privata con bagno pulita e ben organizzata. Gli spazi comuni erano ben gestiti. Servirebbero dei materassi nuovi forse, ma noi abbiamo sempre dormito bene
