If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform The Powderhorn Chateau in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the heated pool. When booking one of our 3 bedroom chalets, please note that due to the layout of the property off street parking is very limited. The chalets are located at the end of a cul de sac where free street parking is available or you are welcome to park onsite at the hotel, which is a 5 minute walk away.

Elisa (5/5): Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Lobby & das Restaurant waren sehr gemütlich! Wir hatten ein renoviertes Bad, was das Zimmer sehr aufgewertet hat. Das Zimmer war sehr dürftig eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein paar Haare auf dem Bett die sicherlich vom beziehen kamen. Es war alles etwas lieblos gestaltet und dafür war der Preis leider absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.

The partition door did not have a soft close feature, so anytime someone came through the 3rd floor and opened the doors, they would loudly slam shut, which shook our bedroom wall. It was loud and disruptive. Otherwise everything else was perfect

Cassie (9/5): Powderhorn House for the best family stay! - The fireplace and heat pump kept the house lovely and cozy and warm (and dried our snow gear) the whole stay especially after a day at the snow, spacious accomodation with everything you could need, bar/restaurant within small walk from house with lovely staff, teenage son loved the hot pool! Can’t think of anything!
