The man's Sanua was not functioning when I arrived with was offered the female Sanua, which I thought was good. Also by the time I left the male Sanua was also fixed. There was a minor issue that I had booked extra day 3 months before and they would allow this day to be cancelled

- Jurgen (5/5): Better Stay Away ! - Room Size , Location , Cleanliness Breakfast of very low quality in non-air-conditioned hot and humid ambiance. But WORST : Weird experience with the Management ! We were frequenters (8x) within the last decade and I had booked and prepaid for 14 nights in Sept. 2019, but due to the Covid issue wasn't allowed to come to Thailand. Upon request a voucher on hotel nights was issued with a volume of USD 650 and terminated for 1 year (whysoever). Since Covid lasted by far longer than expected it was not possible to turn it in in order to redeem the prepaid service. All attempts to get an extension of the validity by email and calling simply failed. With this stay I presented the case in person and was denied any compensation - I had never asked a refund but simply receiving the service booked and paid for by issuing a new- or extending the old voucher ! As a "compensation" they offered free breakfast for the last 3 days of this time's stay , not even considering that breakfast was included in our booking anyway - apart from that, I wonder how a $200 breakfast should look like ! This is nothing but a huge farce , a very bad business conduct and lack of integrity. I'd call it a scam !

- Anna (10/5): Relaxing stay - The hotel was tacked away just off the main road with all the useful shops , even though booked up it was always quite and chilled inside, rooms spacious, cosy outdoor pool area with a working bar , we were able to order food to the pool area too . The stuff were very friendly and helpful , overall we had a good stay . Couldn’t see much of the city from our balcony

The price was very good for what you get and the food was also very worthy . One negative was the gym that was very minimum of things to do besides cardio . The wifi need to be updated constantly and from location to location within the hotel which was a bit annoying .

- Peter (10/5): - Thos is the 2nd time i have stayed here and i would definitely recommend to other. Rooms are huge and very clean, as is the whole hotel. There is some work going on poolside of the hotel on adjacent land. This is major building work, but it did not impact on me during my stay. Mainly because i simply ignored it. Just be aware if this. Did not use restaurant, so cant comment on food. I would definitely stay here agai

- David (8/5): August Suites never disappoint. - August Suites is a great place to stay,as it is centrally located.The lady Mew that looked after the Pool bar provided excellent service with a smile.Beware anyone booking a future trip,as there will be major building work behind the pool area.I experienced excessive noise,when they broke up the old concrete foundations for 5 days on my trip.Hotels.com could have done better in advising me,as I would have stayed somewhere else for the those 5 days.I will stay there again,as all the staff are great.

The was spacious with very large bed, possible two double beds in size.The pool and pool side bar are very well maintained. Used the sanua facility most and also excellent. Staff and cleaners friendly. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel rooms are very spacious but with little furniture inside them. So just a lot of open space. A/C was good. Pool was nice as well. Staff was very friendly but seemed new to hotel customs. Couldnt help even ordering food to the room.
