- V L (10/5): Great Location fabulous views - We had a fabulous 9 day stay in the Penthouse lovely and roomy for 4 adults and 2 children. It is the perfect location by the beach at Labrador, out from Surfers Paradise. See the big Pelicans come in for feeding everyday at 1pm at the lagoon - 3 mins walk. Grand Hotel for good food around the corner

- Yan (10/5): - This apartment is awesome. next to ocean and beaches. the view is absolutely wonderful. Within minutes we can walk to the beach. Shopping is also very convenient. Harbour Town Biggera Shopping Centre is only 8 mins drive. Also super close to Movie World, Sea World, within 20 mins drive. Also the kitchen, shower, washer, dryer were quite good and convenient. The apartment was in clean and good condition. The only issue was just one split aircon in the living room, there was no aircon in bedrooms, made it really hot and humid to sleep in hot summer nights.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property had a great location. Very accessible, very clean and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Kitchen was great with all the utensils needed supplied, dining and lounge were very comfortable. Just a couple of small issues in other parts of the room. As a resident of Cairns Nth Qld, not having air conditioning in the bedrooms was a little uncomfortable on the humid nights, the laundry tub was placed in such a way that it almost rendered it inaccessible and the actual washing machine either needs replacing or servicing has it sounded like V8 supercar. Overall, we very much enjoyed our time at Beaconlea. Would definitely stay again if we travelled to the Gold Coast in winter. If a/c was added to the bedrooms, we'd be back in the summer as well.

- KenP (10/5): - Beautiful 3-bedroom apartment with stunning views. Excellent location and a heated pool for the kids to swim in. Penthouse has full kitchen, en-suite in master bedroom, washer and dryer and plenty of room on the double balcony to relax and reflect.

Also very friendly and helpful reception staff who kindly watched out for us arriving as I didn’t realise reception closed at 5pm. I booked very last minute then was without WiFi so really appreciated that they accommodated our late arrival without prior notification.
- Janice (8/5): - Loved our stay here. Our apartment was very spacious and had a great view outside! Bathrooms were a bit worn and could use some updating. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom doesn’t work on the highest setting and even having it on medium was still really slow. Thankfully, our stay wasn’t too hot, but I would imagine it would make for a very uncomfortable sleep on much warmer days. Other than those things, it had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be coming back when we visit again ☺️
- Verified traveler (2/5): Nice view but old and outdated - The location and service are great but that is where anything nice ends. These apartments are decrepit and a time warp into the 70's, except everything is broken and run down. The carpet is disgustingly dirty so we had to leave our shoes on the whole time. The oven takes an hour to preheat and the sink had massive 6+ inch cracks in the bottom of it and around the top. And don't get me started on the ant problem! Thousands of them swarm the benches just looking for a crumb. The real issue of safety is the old water tank and the temperature changing every 20-30 seconds. It is not safe for anyone under 12 as it turns to scalding and is very hard to adjust and then it goes freezing and the tank only lasts for 5 minutes. Not safe and our friend had to get in the shower with her 10 year old as he kept getting scalded This is unacceptable and should have been rectified a long time ago. Now onto the curtains. They are so threadbare with thousands of holes in them that it looks like hundreds of bullet holes and in no way offers shade from the sun. They are also not wide enough to cover all of the window and nearly 2 foot is left open to the sun and not attached to the walls. Needless to say no one got any sleep with not having closing curtains. Overall it didn't feel like a holiday and was in no way comfortable. Someone needs to do a full renovation on these as the shower situation is not safe for families to stay and without shutting curtains everyone was just miserable.

Air conditioning only in living/dining room, did not reach back into bedrooms even with doors open. May be what you get for the price. Pool area pretty small and run down.

Very quick walk just down the street to restaurants and takeaway. Short trip to everything else and still relatively peaceful location away from the hustle of Surfers! Beaconlea Tower Apartments Dec 24, 9:16am Hi, everything was good, except wifi provider "freedom" service is NOT satisfied. 2G finished in few hours which i didn't understand and Freedom could not privide time range for those 2G details. Also on adv it mentioned free wifi, but it actually provide free 2G for 4 days, it was misleading. The adv should mention free 500mb per day. There's limit. Otherwise the staff is lovely and helpful.

- tejal (10/5): Pleasent and Excellent Stay at Beaconlea Tower - The Apartment was spacious and nice facing the sea view as stated. Staff are friendly and always smily. Check-in process was smooth and allowed us early check-in at 11.30 am. Our Overall stay was fantastic and memorable. I recommend everyone to stay at this apartment. However it would be good if apartment can provide enough Toilet Paper, Soap etc which can last for 7 nights stay as every time we had to asked for it then they said we had to buy ourselves but at the end they had provided one extra soap and two toilet paper roll. It would be good if they can provide Shampoo as well for short stay like us staying 7 nights only as there is no point for visitor like us buying whole shampoo bottle for 7 nights because we can't get small bottle from the near by coles market. Anyway above two points are small matter as other than these everything was provided.

Lovely pool out the back, good parking and easy access plus a great central location. Booked the room for my son, daughter in law and 2 x grandchildren and they loved it too. My only gripe was that the shower head in the ensuite was broken and couldn't beloved from a certain position without it falling down, other than that it was fantastic. Will definitely be staying there again in the near future.

- Jane (10/5): Spacious apartment with a stunning view - Very comfortable and well appointed apartment with a view you could never tire of. The apartment slept 2 families comfortably and was well located. Quiet area within walking distance to a good selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Also on public transport route. We visited for the Commonwealth Games and it was really easy to walk to events or hop on the tram. It was fabulous just to park the car up for the weekend. Would love to visit again.

- Chris (8/5): Huge penthouse apartment with excellent views! - The apartment was super spacious and perfect size for a family. The views of the ocean were amazing and the location was great being a short walk to the park, calm water ocean and cafes. Unfortunately the beds weren't the most comfortable and some of the furniture was not exactly kid friendly for example a big glass top coffee table which was not supported in every corner so if lent on, it could tip over.

- David (8/5): Great place to stay and play - Apartment was very nice, aircon in living areas worked brilliantly. The bedrooms are not aircon, but have fans. Amazing views over the Broadwater, felt so relaxing and pleasant, sitting on the balcony watching the huge amount of activity and looking across the Broadwater to the Pacific ocean. Glass of wine in hand:) Add in the excellent BBQ facilities and the pool, good secure parking and the cafe's and swimming lagoon just nearby, access to the Surfers Paradise strip - well worth booking in and enjoying the Gold Coast.

Only one thing which was not good was cutlery had not been washed properly by previous holiday makers or staff (not sure which). Cheryl and Keith at front desk were both delightful and helpful with lovely smiles every time we passed them. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
