• S (5/5): It worked for one night near the theatre. I would not want to stay more than an evening. - The location was great. The rooms were small and downstairs did not have carpeting. The Check in process was rough, it took them three attempts to get me checked in because of technical difficulties on their end.

El hotel está situado al lado del paseo de la fama y cerca de muchos parkings. Falta algo de espacio para guardar la ropa, sólo habia un par de perchas. Dan pocas toallas.

• Thomaz (2/5): Um local pra dormir - Eu gostei da cama e que era perto da calçada da Fama Eu não gostei que não tinha atendente, não limparam direito o quarto, a tomada do banheiro do secador de cabelo não funcionava e não trocaram nem tentaram fazer nada e era uma dificuldade pra entrar e sair tinha que ficar clicando no botão toda hora lá

It was a kiosk with someone inside speaking through video remotely. We basically got charged a bunch of money at the adjacent park even though the security guard told us it was only $41.

Atendeu para uma estadia curta, mas a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado em termos de conforto e manutenção. O quarto não tinha cortina blackout, então entrava bastante claridade. Além disso, havia uma luz acesa do lado de fora da janela durante toda a noite, o que acabou atrapalhando o descanso. O hotel não oferece estacionamento, o que pode dificultar para quem está de carro.

• Andrew (1/5): - no parking. the people staying in the room next door. were screaming and yelling at like 4/5am. sounded like a man being aggressive, yelling and hurting a woman. the woman was crying, screaming. i was terrified and close to calling the police.
• Israel (7/5): Muy buena ubicacion pero el cuarto necesita extra limpieza. - Excelente: - Ubicacion - Cafe por la mañana - Agua caliente 24/7 - Microondas en el pasadizo - El cuarto tiene frigider chikito asi como plancha Realmente vale la pena por la ubicacion porque estas cerca a la estacion de tren, amoeba records y el hollywood palladium. Al hacer check-in la persona que estaba en videollamada en otra zona horaria no se le entendía bien muy aparte por el acento el parlante que tiene estaba muy distorsionado. No hay personal más allá aparte que el de limpieza. El cuarto esta todo limpio EXCEPTO los filtros de aire acondicionado, tanto como el del baño, como el del cuarto estan con moho y polvo. Yo que sufro de alergia a ello si me afecto. Tambien se encontro moho en el sistema contra incendios.
• Nicol (2/5): Mala atención. - Está bien ubicado, las habitaciones limpias y ofrecen café ilimitado y agua caliente en el horario de la mañana. En booking decía que los 150 dólares de depósito podían ser en efectivo, llegué y me atendió un chico a través de una máquina diciendo que era solamente por tarjeta la cual no tenía. Me querían dejar en la calle diciéndome que no había otra solución porque ellos no aceptaban tarjeta. Estuve 3 horas como loca buscando cómo poder hacer para no perder el dinero y no dormir en la calle porque ya que tuve que abonar 400 dólares de estancia por 4 días mas 150 dólares de depósito, una fortuna que no lo vale a mi parecer. Además el depósito me lo devolvían apenas me fuera y aún nada que aparece el dinero. No me volvería a quedar.

The bedsheets in my room had several stains on them when I arrived, but the staff promptly changed them. My room was facing a wall, probably only distant a couple of meters. I don't think that a virtual concierge is that efficient, as the hotel stays unguarded and it happened that they couldn't help me with something because the manager wasn't there in the videocall with them. Everytjing happens via videocall (I believe not even within US).

• William (8/5): Not the worst for Hollywood - The location was great, a 2 minute walk and you are on the hollywood walk of fame, its easy accessible and the check in and out feature was great The room itself was smaller than expected and because it was the lower ground room there was the building bins right by the window and there was a smell coming through

• B (1/5): Sad - It was one of the worst experiences of my life. There was no person on site to check in. I barley made it to the hotel with low battery on my phone. I had showed up after midnight due to a delayed flight. Upon arrival the kiosk employee was not able to assist me with check in. The screen was skipping and I couldn't hear. They refused to let me check in and forced me to leave in the rain and with a dead phone. I asked several times to please let me charge my phone and she said there was no available outlets. I then had to leave and order an uber just to charge my phone while I sat outside the building in the rain. Once my phone was charged I tried calling the number listed on the receipt to get assistance for check in but nobody answered. I made several attempts to push the button to get inside but nobody helped me. I waited until someone walked out so I could run inside. All while having to repeatedly ask the uber driver to please not leave me alone in the cold rain. I was in tears calling all surrounding hotels asking for availability while locked out. It took over an hour for someone to exit so I could enter. Finally after I was able to get inside I was able to check in well after 1 am. The room was 102. Right next to the entrance. The TV was broken. The window was cracked open and didn't lock. My sheets had multiple black stains. My towels had brown circular stains. I called front desk for towel and sheet replacement and they didn't answer. Nobody was on site. I'm not one to complain as I have understanding for situations out of my hands. However, I strongly feel as though I deserve to get what I paid for. This was so upsetting to experience and I would greatly appreciate if I was given another opportunity to have a better experience credited of Booking.com. I didn't like being treated disrespectfully. I was forced to leave in the rain

• Adam (9/5): - I read some terrible reviews and was worried this hotel would be bad. Far from it. It's as good as you can get from the price point. Easy to check in,clean comfortable and about 100 steps from Hollywood Blvd Nothing. As good as could be expected for a budget hotel.

Acesso a filtro de água, inclusive gelada e microondas facilitou bastante a estadia. O fato de não termos contato com ninguém pessoalmente, visto que check-in e check-out são feitos remotamente, no primeiro momento nos incomodou, mas depois achamos bem tranquilos, quando precisamos pedir algo, de imediato nos atenderam. Super bem localizado, dá para pegar metro e ônibus facilmente e se deslocar pelos pontos turísticos de Hollywood a pé bem fácil a partir do Hotel. Sentimos falta de uma mesa ou cômoda no quarto, ou mais uma superfície que ajudasse a organizar as coisas. A ideia do cabide é boa, mas só um suporte de mala é pouco!

Coffee machine in AM makes some super coffee Main lobby has an ‘interesting’ fragrance of what seems to be either disinfectant or solvent or something of that nature. Not exactly unpleasant, but not really pleasant either. The odour seeps into all of one’s clothes so when one gets back home; one has to launder everything to get the smell out. Rooms could do with 1 table lamp with a softer. 2700k light, just having the 5500k or so blueish main overhead lights feels like one is at a lab & not exactly restful. If owner is concerned the table lamps will get stolen, well, much like the IKEA tables already there, they make these $20 bendy minimalist LED lamps, or I’m sure there’s something suitable without spending a fortune

The coffee maker didn’t work We specifically asked for Floor 2, but they said they were full, even though new people were still coming in and going on the second floor.

Das Hotel ist im Vergleich zu anderen - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, Bett fanden wir sehr bequem und es gab kostenlose heiß Getränke wie Kaffee und Tee in den verschiedensten Formen die Klima hat bisschen gestunken und der Wasserstrahl in der Dusche ist schwach

Room was never moved. Bathroom had not been cleaned properly, there was makeup in / on the basin. Towels were thin. Only coffee - no other facilities (except microwave). We hoped for a toaster.

El entorno exterior no es el mejor, con presencia de personas consumiendo en los alrededores (situación ajena al hotel). La atención es eficiente, pero al ser a través de un tótem se pierde parte del trato humano.

They kept telling me to wait for the cleaning lady of the lady is gonna fix the hot water issue at the time. I’m checking out coming to work. They did absolutely nothing to help us, I paid daily fee and could not take a shower or get comfortable. The staff is pointless. No actual person there to help you.
