• Nopita (5/5): It was our second time there, and they held a wedding at noon, so it was kinda noisy, but we're only stayed a night - Easy access to Ambarukmo and Jl. Solo, price affordable We stayed at older rooms at Building B, with a dirty and messy balcony. Room light kinda gloomy. The amenities like towels and bedsheets are old like it used for years.
• rudysR7449ZT (8/5): great stay - a hotel with a garden concept with a large green area complete with a restaurant with a menu of various kinds of food, Indonesian, oriental and European dishes are available. Also equipped with a swimming pool that can pamper us to soak and be with our beloved family. The hotel that I recommend to all of you when traveling to Jogjakarta.
• Travelclev (6/5): Not worth the price - I went to stayed at this hotel because of a family gathering last Friday. I arrived at the hotel at 7.40 am Saturday morning. At that time, I haven't see my room yet and instead I went to stay at my mom's. When I arrive, I directly went for breakfast. I was really shock when I want to take a porridge, there is a lizard on the table. I directly went to take other foods. Then, my disappointment keep on increasing when I finally entered my room. The room is actually okay, however the bathroom.It smells so bad and their closet is almost broken. The water is also running so slow and the bathroom is also not really clean. Revisit in the future? I don't think so.
• Chintya13 (6/5): Family hotel - I stay there for a salsa dance party... The hotel is quite nice, it's an old building but it has a nice swimming pool. If you want to stay here I suggest to get a suite room with a poolside view. The inconvenience part for me is the wifi, the local SIM card that I use doesn't work properly and the wifi at the hotel doesn't help at all. The location is okay, a bit far from Malioboro but if you need a quiet place to relax, this place is going to be good for you...
• Silvi168 (2/5): not even worth for 1star hotel - this is very bad hotel, i reached jogja around 9pm in saturday night. our representative in jgj booked 3rooms in this hotel for us (me n 2foreigners). when we enter this room= terrible. it smells very bad n many water leak in bathroom n near the window. their bed sheet isn't clean smells very bad! wi-fi isn't working! we want to canceled this room, they booked for 3nights, but its kinda hard to find hotel during weekend. we decide to check out early morning n canceled another night, we move to another hotel. but unfortunately one of my colleague eat their breakfast early morning. then after that, he got stomachache, until i should send him to the hospital. their breakfast is trash! and i saw many cats in their hotel corridor. super terrible!!!

• Nag (6/5): Stay at LPP garden hotel - Over all the experience is good. The location is good and staff are friendly. The bath rooms are a bit old and smelly. House keeping requires improvement. Breakfast is poor and may not get anything to eat if there are more guests in the hotel. Hotel ambience is good as it is close to the main road but still very quite. Hotel is sourrounded by greenary.
• Kirby (6/5): Quiet Hotel near to Airport - Borrobudor visitation a must. Immaculate carvings and sculptures is an eye opener to many especially on such a magnitude of size. The Jeep ride to watch Merapi (Volcano) is exciting and exhilarating. Entrance Fee to Brambannan is however too steep with foreigners paying some 7 fold higher than locals.
• canada (8/5): Nice hotel but ... - This hotel is off the Main Street so it is quiet with a small but nice pool and a great breakfast if you get there early. It gets cold and nothing is replenished for that morning. It is also close to a nice shopping mall but best take a taxi. The room was good size, balcony looked into the pool and room fairly clean considering age of building and good air conditioning and small TV with only a few English channels. BUT low water pressure for shower , it would get too hot or cold, no plug in sink, water would fill basin and take 5 minutes to drain and there was a soap film covering parts of the sink. All they need is a powder cleanser or brush to clean it properly. Good places to put clothes too. Not a lot of Westerners which I prefer. Because they don't speak English well both guests and hotels workers were very shy to talk. Good place if they could fix water pressure and clean the sink properly.
• jamesbend (2/5): Not a 3.5 star hotel!! - What a trashy place! Very low quality and they falsely advertise themselves as a 3.5 star. The reception has a sign saying they are 3 star, but once you see the room, you realize it's not even a 1star. The excuse they had was that I booked a standard room which does not have 3 stars. What?? A 3 star hotel has to give 3star standard rooms!! It was dirty, and not well equipped. Low standard place, Pop hotel is much better at 2stars.

• Pedro (6/5): Good place to stay, day before next flight goes - Good place to stay for you want to take a flight to your n st destination. I prefer to stay in Malioboro if you want to stay longer in Yogyakarta because of market and shopping mall. Overall a good place to stay.
• dinharr (6/5): Nice place te take a rest - Last holiday we went to jogjakarta due to celebrate eid mubarak festivals. . And when it time to go home to jakarta I use very early flight.. so i decide to spend 1 night before my flight day.. I choosing this hotel because it near from airport (around 2 km / 10-15 minutes).. never stay in this hotel before so I have no any expectations with this hotel since this hotel look like a budget hotel for me.. but it was surprised this hotel gove me more cool than I thought.. the room is quite nice, no need wory for the parking lot, and the swimming pool are available for kid and there also some play ground room for my nephews.. this hoyels locate are near from ambarukmo plaza, so if you want do shopping you can just walk for 10 minutes to arrive in thos mall.. it's recomended for ypu wan to do transit 1 day before you depart..
• Mike (8/5): It may suit your needs - Hotel location is great if you need to be close to the airport or the temples on that side of the city. Be careful if you book the standard room you may not be happy with location next to busy street and lack of minifridge. I recommend a superior room = quiet and large. Lots of hot water and pressure in shower. Breakfast OK = nothing special if you don't like asian menu in morning. Staff was great, the security guard helped with coordinating my day trip in a motorbike rickshaw. Close to really nice shopping mall = easy walking distance = has a nice movie complex.

• rsamanya (6/5): noisy at night - Large room, good hot water shower. The place is very popular for events by the pool, and at night the sounds from the vents are not tolerable. Breakfast is lousy. Location is outside the city center with few public transport options except taxi. Take the daily traffic jam into account if you are going to go back and forth from the city to the hotel. It is however quite close to the airport.

• Pram_1024 (2/5): Terrible hotel with a lot of things not working . . . . - Supposed to stay for two nights at this hotel for a friends reunion. Got into our room/suite with living room, "kitchen" and sleeping area and found out that only the sleeping area has air conditioning. The problem is that the AC was barely able to cool down the room (in the humid and hot Jogjakarta). The rest of the suite was hot and humid. The unit was musty smelling with faint /unpleasant public restroom odor. Living area and sleeping area are furnished bare bone style. Bathroom hot water was non existent made worst by minimal water flow which makes showering unpleasantly long and messy (no shower curtain on the bath tub). Water drainage in the bath was left uncovered with occasional cockroach coming out. Since I was coming with a group of more than 50 people, I was able to also find out that apparently some of the rooms are OK while the older rooms are in pretty much similar situation with our room i.e. not hot water, non working AC and cockroach infestation. The hotel is apparently owned by the government plantation sub-directorate (not private entity) which might explain the current situation and management lackluster commitment of running a proper hotel. I ended up staying in another hotel within the area during my reunion and only come back to my room in this hotel just for reunion activity during the day, at night I prefer to stay in a more decent hotel facility.
• Fumi (8/5): Convenient stay in Yogyakarta - Lpp garden is conventional hotel. It has meeting room tennis court and pool. Also near to airport , it helps your stay. Because touristic places in yougyakarta is far each other. It will be nice if you take car and driver.
• Tanaka (8/5): Comfortable stay in Yogyakarta - The hotel is very close to airport, and hotel offer shuttle if you order in advance. It will be more comfortable rather than talking with local taxi driver. Yogyakarta is small city but touristic point is always suburb. I think it will be nice keep the hotel close to airport. 5mins by walk to mall help visitor as well.
• Harrysl21 (6/5): Nice hotel with a big open area! - i stayed for two nights, it's a clean hotel has a big open area, quite big room, nice small swimming pool and tennis court. hotel location near airport and plaza ambarukmo, and lots of street food near hotel. I cannot get any wifi connection at room, and standart breakfast nothing special. Worth every penny!
• LuciaA640 (8/5): Best budget hotel near Airport in Yogya - we had free one night in here cause we rent their facility to celebrate our wedding party (indoor). Room was standart, clean and beside the pool, place was quiet and we had good night sleep, breakfast all u can eat style, taste average but i like their omelet. They have tennis facilily but i never try it cause i don't like tenis. This place are well-known for their garden wedding party for budget couple. But i suggest u not to rent their facility for indoor party cause the size was too small and the AirCondition didn't work well that time.
