Sitzgruppe, Bar, Küche voll ausgestattet mit Kaffe und Getränken zur freien Verfügung! Top!! Herzliche Gastgeber mit verschmustem Hund. Nichts, unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem Übertroffen!!

- Corine (6/5): Prima om heel kort in te verblijven als je twee slaapkamersnodig hebt. - Twee goede slaapkamers, een grote badkamer en een grote keuken Er was niet doorgekomen dat we met twee personen kwamen. Er werd op één gerekend. Daarom moesten we €40 cash bijbetalen. Verder was er te weinig serviesgoed en geen zitkamer/ruimte. Alleen een hal met een tafeltje en twee stoeltjes. Heel ongemakkelijk.

Außerdem habe ich gute Tipps bekommen, wo ich meine Einkäufe erledigen konnte. Ab jetzt Übernachtungen in Essen nur noch hier.:)

Supermarket 2 minute walk away. Parking on street directly outside, not busy at weekend when we arrived around 16:00 - left next day 10:00. Nothing, all very good. Backs on to small commercial units / railway line but didn't notice any noise when we were there.

It was a straightforward 15 minute walk from the railway station. The many attractive china ornaments would be a worry for a family with young children

Essen City centre was 15-20 minutes walk with good availability of all types of restaurants for dinner. We knew that there are no meals available. The kitchen was well equipped. A good place for a family. The place was like a 2nd home. Shower Gel or bathing soap was not available.
- Safeena (6/5): Max 4 - Spacious apartments, close to the store and just a 15 min walk from the trainstation. You get what you pay for and its an alright place to stay. We went together, 12 persons/a friendgroup and booked 3 apartments. There was quite a big difference between the apartments, some smelled like smoke, some were bigger than we thought and some did not have a proper livingroom. We booked this place so we all could be together, eat breakfast etc together in one apartment but the owner told us we could only be max 4 in each apartment, at all times. This affected our trip quite much.

- Juergen (8/5): Großes Apartment mit alles was man braucht. - Sehr großes Apartment mit allem was man braucht, kostenloses Parken, 2 getrennte Zimmer, Badewanne, Dusche, Toilette alles getrennt. Wir hatten sogar ein Upgrade bekommen und waren sehr zufrieden.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Sehr große 3 Zimmer Unterkunft! - Einfache aber trotzdem gemütliche Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern und großem Wohnraum, prima für 4 Personen geeignet! Die Lage ist nicht so toll , Gewerbegebiet. Für ein, zwei Nächte o.k , ist ja auch sehr preiswert 🤑
- Esther (2/5): Niet boeken! - Appartement kwam niet overeen met de fotos. Onveilige buurt, achteraf locatie. Appartement had meer weg van een bordeel. Bank en salontafel zeer gedateerd en rook onfris. Geen eethoek. En verstoken van daglicht aangezien de ramen geblindeerd zijn. Beddegoed niet fris. Geen warm douchewater. Een nacht ipv 4 nachten gebleven.
- Alex and Roberta (2/5): Avoid - Located next to a junkyard on a very seedy-feeling road. The owner had gang tattoos on his face. Should be 1-2 stars, not at all appropriate for a 3+ star rating on a hotel website.

(10/5): Spacious, Clean and Well-Equipped Apartment - We enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment which was perfectly clean and equipped with everything one could wish for even for a longer stay. We found complimentary drinks in the fridge which was really nice and the welcoming on our arrival was kind and friendly.
- Engel (8/5): Viel Platz für wenig Geld - Große Appartements, ideal wenn man als Familie verreist. Als Einzelperson fast schon zu groß. Eine Küche mit Softdrinks und Kaffee/Tee sind im Preis inklusive. Die meisten (alle?) Appartements beinhalten 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer. Ein Restaurant, Spa, Frühstück oder ähnliches gibt es nicht. Dafür spart man am Preis und bekommt ein modern ausgestattetes Zimmer mit ca. 60 - 100 qm. Lage ist so lala. Nicht weit bis zum Bahnhof aber nachts möchte man nicht unbedingt zu Fuß dort entlang spazieren.
- Une vieille dame... (8/5): - La suite était impeccable… mais le quartier est peu attrayant… la rue est entre la voie ferrée et un parking de grande surface …. Il a semblé prudent d'y revenir le soir en taxi …

- Verified traveler (4/5): Lärm überall - Die Bilder mögen ja schön Aussehen im Netz aber vor Ort fällt vor allem eins auf - Bahngleise die auf Höhe desperaten OG auf der anderen Straßenseite unmittelbar am Fenster vorbeiführen - demzufolge können sie sich alle 5 min über Züge freuen die laut polternd vorbeifahren. Entspannung sieht anders aus.
- P. Kramer (8/5): Zeer ruim appartement - Zeer ruim appartement op loopafstand van het (winkel) centrum en station. Het appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken en een complete keuken. Heeft 2 aparte 2 persoons slaapkamers. Vriendelijke verhuurder en heeft ook nog een klein Rod Weiss Essen museum.

- Verified traveler (10/5): comfortable giant apartment close to train station - This is the biggest, most comfortable place i stayed in germany! I had an entire apartment, with full cooking facilites. There is an aldi less than 5 min walk away. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend in the future. The place is quite close to the train station which was perfect for me, but you may need earplugs if you are a really light sleeper. The rooms face the opposite direction and i slept like a dream.
