- Anna (8/5): - The hotel is not really at the airport; however, it's a short drive and the shuttle is free. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Be aware that the neighborhood is very vibrant and noisy! I was grateful for the blackout drapes. The room was quite large and comfortable, although not super modern.

Also their breakfast is better than other hotels near by (other hotels had contractor for breakfast, and they were terrible and not eatable), but here you could actually eat.

- Reynold (4/5): - I was surprised at the parking arrangement with a third party and the cost for parking which was not clearly advertised on website. Parking location was not clearly outlined online. Room floor had a number of dirty spots. I never imagine that a Hyatts hotel would be so uninviting

- Calvin (10/5): - Hyatt Place in Flushing has been the hotel we always stay when we travel to the region. To all the merits mentioned above, an airport shuttle available to and from LaGuardia Airport is a plus.
- Liping (10/5): - The hotel is 3 minutes walk to train station and they provide shuttle buses to and from the airport. It is surrounded by restaurants and bakeries. The room is spacious in New York. Customer service is superb. I left my jacket in the room after checkout. Thanks Jefferson, he addressed my issue and got my jacket back right away. We will stay here next time in New York.

- Jane-Na (6/5): - The staff was adequate. The drivers for shuttle were good and courteous. The property was not safe! My cousin's wallet and room key were stolen right from the breakfast table in the lobby area (no staff was around for checking in the guests at all! Anybody can sit there and have breakfast!) The thief even went upstairs to knock at the room. Luckily, my cousin's wife was still in the room and responded so that they did not get a break-in from the thief! Also, I was waiting for my shuttle with two families in the lobby area this past Monday (4/7/25). All of a sudden, a young man was sitting behind me. He sat so close to me that I did not feel comfortable and I moved. Once I moved and sat down, he was gone! Apparently, he was not there to wait for the shuttle. No security guard was available at that time (5 pm), either. I will not recommend friends / relatives to stay in Hyatt at that location at all!

- Carol (4/5): - I would not stay here again. The room was not ready at our appointed check in time which resulted in a 35 minute drive around the block to park our vehicle. After we accomplished that we hung out in the lobby for another 20 minutes. I then checked with registration and while our room was ready they did not call or text me as promised. The bed was much too hard. Claim to have a lot dining options nearby. I did not find that to be the case unless you wanted to walk and eat at the same time. The area is too busy to drive in, once parked the car did not move until the next morning. Again, I would find somewhere else to stay.

A/c wouldn’t come on despite maintenance employees coming by to fix it. They were kind enough to comp a nights stay but it was rough with the heat. Breakfast was pretty decent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The area is China town, fun.

We book parking for our trip to Florida for our car to stay at the parking garage for 10 days. So, we were unaware that parking for the hotel was not included in our overnight stay. I can not believe parking is not included with our stay as a guest. I think as a guest at your hotel you should offer this. The front desk staff seemed not to be responsive and seemed cold and indifferent. So, that is why I'm leaving not a good review.

The staff was kind and provided excellent recommendations for nearby eateries. The rooftop bar was quite convenient and pleasant.

It’s right across the tangram mall if you wanna shop. 5 minutes away from LIRR train and subway if you wanna go to Manhattan. Close walk to Main Street station which is the heart of Chinatown . The location is convenient if you wanna try a variety of Asian foods. I will stay here again next time. The neighborhood feels safe.

The young waiter who delivered the food and drinks when asked for the bill just came back and verbally said what the total was which was inflated according to the menu and when I gave him cash he shorted my change by a few more dollars. I still left a tip but felt taken advantage of by being a “tourist “ etc. I didn’t have time or energy after a long trip from Europe to get to NYC to make a big deal of it or complain to the hotel but just thought I’d share…

- bailian (4/5): - On October 28 about 4 pm, at the hotel, I checked in and was assigned to Room 701, but my wife felt that the room smelled too smokey, so she asked to change rooms, and then we were moved to Room 406, but when I left Room 701, I forgot to take my dark blue windbreaker, it my favorite coat, the logo is Duban, I bought it more than $1000. I found that my windbreaker was missing on the evening of the 29th, so I went to ask the front desk, but she said it was too late and will ask the cleaner to check it the next day. I went to front desk again the next morning, and the supervisor and the cleaner went in room to check, but the windbreaker was gone. So I lost a windbreaker in this hotel, and it is my responsibility. I am a little sad about this.

- Donald (10/5): - Great hotel with airport pick up and drop off for LaGuardia. Modern hotel with a great breakfast. Close to restaurants and shopping.Large rooms with living room area and comfortable beds. The bathroom was very clean and up to date.

- Sarah (8/5): - A more frequent airport van more than once an hour would be great. I missed the one when my plane arrived and waited over an hour and never got the van. I ended up ubering. The morning ride was great but had to wait until the hour to head out. Maybe one that leaves every half hour would keep people from waiting so long.
