- Ck (8/5): - 混雑感はなく過ごせた 小樽駅と運河に程よい近さ 大浴場のシャワーとドライヤーがRefaで嬉しかった ミストサウナがすごく良かった エアシャワーも良かった トイレの排水の音が終始聞こえたのが気になった ベーカリーの案内がなかったので帰りまで気づかなかった ラウンジのフリードリンクは初日午後は利用できたが、2日目午前はなかった 大浴場のドライヤーを使う場所が狭いのが気になった 3人横並びで洗面台はひとつしかない

- MAKOTO (9/5): 十分満足できました。 - 毎年2度ほど使わせて頂いていますが、今回は高校同期の仲間と一緒に予約した4部屋も希望通りに隣り合わせで用意して頂きました。３階和食の朝食も美味しく、10人で予約した14階のハーフランチも十分な内容で全員が満足しました。タクシーの手配も素早く対応してくれて助かりました。 チェックアウトの時間がもう少し柔軟であれば云うことなしです。

- Marie (10/5): 満足 - チェックインが遅くなってしまい（22時55分)申し訳ないと、伝えると 「ご移動、大変だったのでは。お疲れでしょう」と返していただきました。移動の疲れも吹っ飛びました。 大浴場は出入り口のフロアにスタッフの方が常駐してくださっていて安心でした。大浴場入浴も24時まで可能でゆったりと過ごせました。 サロンクラスラウンジは、寛げる空間でとても良かったです。 また宿泊したいと思いました。

- 翻白眼er (8/5): 整体不错，推荐！ - 冬天来这里的话，可以走一段商业通，就避免了在雪地在拖箱子，而且从商业通就能到酒店大门，很方便。 位置不错，离JR小樽站走路只要几分钟。酒店对面有公交站，去天狗山一车直达。 房间是很昭和的感觉，看得出来是历史比较悠久，不过维护得还不错。两个大箱子可以摊开。 大堂有一位会讲中文的女服务生，态度也很好。大堂的鲜花很好看！ 另外，周边吃的很多，楼下就有一家面包店，价格也不贵。 电梯不用刷卡就能上楼。

Fabulous international breakfast and also a very interesting traditional Japanese breakfast. Rooms very comfortable. Great location close to canal and interesting restaurants and arcades. Convenient airport bus (morning) and reasonably close to railway station. Room supplies excellent (fresh water, tea and coffee) Good hotel carpark. Onsen a bit basic but had a steam room and met our hot bath needs.

The lobby was impressive. The breakfast was a delicious seafood bowl. The price was quite reasonable. The room was quite small with not a great view.

- Khairun (10/5): Everything was superb - Everything. The hotel location, the facilities, the staff, the food. Felt like 5 star hotel to me. Shuttle bus to Kiroro Snow Park is available too (require 3 days online bookings in advance). Very near to Lawson & Otaru Canal. None. But since this can be a point for improvement, toilet bidet would make it easier for muslim like us. But it is not the hotel fault, its just Japan culture overall & we totally understand & managed it ourselves. I will return here if possible!

- INOUE (9/5): - ホテルはすごく新しいわけではないですが、設備や清掃もきちんとされていてスタッフの皆さんは親切で落ち着いて過ごせました。 隣の音が響いてうるさい、廊下で他の部屋の声が聞こえるようなことはなかったです。 一度温泉に入りましたが、湯温、ミストサウナもとても良かったです。清潔でアメニティも満足のいくものでした！ 目の前にコンビニ、ホテル裏出入口はアーケードなので雪が降っていても小樽駅のすぐ近くまで傘要らずに歩けます。アーケードは年始で閑散とはしていましたが、ドラッグストアや昔ながらの純喫茶、甘味処、あんかけ焼きそばの中華屋さんがすぐ近くにあります。 強いて言えば、ベッド間のボードの側面に、恐らく宿泊者がコーヒーが何か飲み物を溢した汚れが付着していたこと。ベッドによこにならないとわからない利用者目線の位置なのでスタッフさんはなかなか気付かないかもしれません。それ以外はとても清潔でした。

- KEIKO (10/5): - 場所がよかった。雪でも安心して前の道に行けるのがよかった。 ロビーの飾りが素敵だった。 モーニングドリンクの開催時に売店を利用したのですが、スタッフが1人しかいなくて並ぶ場所とかお会計の場所とかを指摘された。 持ち場が２つで忙しかったのかと思いました。
