Loved the individual turn around driveways for each cabin as it makes it feel more private despite the other cabins.. Master Bed was a bit firm for our liking and the shower pressure was a not great - but these are just personal preference issues than issues with the accommodation.

- Marion (9/5): - Spacious, Full Kitchen & Laundry, Great Location.
Comfort walk to town, and morning walk around Lake.
- Mate (9/5): - Cosy, quiet. Well presented. Good value. Liked everything. If you want to walk to town, it's probably a little too far, especially with young children.
- Jessica (10/5): A perfect weekend! - It was beautiful and so peaceful, i was very surprised of how big it was, the best way to describe it was a home away from home with bonuses, the 2 person spa was great, a private little room where you can relax, the bedroom was large and well kept, it was a very cozy sleep and the morning after just sitting out on the lounge having a morning coffee was peaceful, my only downfall is i didn't stay longer, if anyone is considering this property for a little romantic getaway i highly recommend it
- Emily (10/5): - This cottage was absolutely stunning. It was incredibly clean, organised and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. The cottage is a good distance away from the other cottages on site and surrounded by gardens to give you even more privacy. The grounds were very well kept and often had some lovely bird visitors. This was truly one of the best and most enjoyable stays I have experienced in my travels. I highly recommend it and plan to stay here when I visit Beechworth again.
- Rebecca (10/5): -
- Martin (9/5): All worked as expected, despite the minus 0 temperature. - No breakfast.
Appreciated the cleanliness of facilities. Comfortable and warm bedding, pretty surroundings, coffee machine, Ice provided which is unusual, walking distance via rail trail to town. We even walked home in the dark via trail. Almost instant hot water to shower. There was a bit of an tiny black ant invasion. It did not worry us but I know of people who would be concerned.

Very peaceful We had to clean ants from the kitchen and bathroom on arrival and during the stay
- Kerry (8/5): Great value for a group booking, nice walk into town and easy access to bike path - Location beside the bike path made the walk into town really enjoyable. For a group of 6 the house was plenty big enough. The host went out if his way to look after us.
- Louise (9/5): Superb -
- Kathryn (10/5): Enjoyed our stay immensely. We will be back. - Walking distance to town, quiet, tranquil, walking track to lake next door. Enjoyed the walks and ambience of the area. Well done. Two lights at front of property were not working at night making it hard to locate the driveway when out.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Justin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (10/5): Enjoy - The team at cedar communicated well and we knew exactly what we needed. Location near the lake and the town is fantastic. Well appointed voyages with enough space for all.
- Rod (9/5): Superb -
- Geoff (8/5): Spacious and quiet, easy walk to Beechworth. - Spacious, well equipped, quiet. Quite a few mosquitoes in bedroom on first night (bug spray was provided); couldn’t work out how to turn oven on; and undisclosed surcharge on credit card (should be outlawed).
- Jeff (8/5): Very good - Very goog for family get together. Plenty of space for 8 of us.. Well equipped.. 20 minute walk to town centre. Nothing really. All good
- Ken (9/5): Comfort and peaceful retreat - Quiet location but still close to town. The unit was very large.

- Claire (9/5): Enjoyed our stay - Peaceful location in beautiful garden setting. Shady with plenty of bird life The cottage is a little dark inside but would not complain about this.
- Diane (10/5): A tranquil retreat with a very comfortable cottage. - The cottages at ex set in beautiful grounds with stunning gardens, grassed areas and big, shady trees.
The cottage itself is very clean and very comfortable. Attention to detail is excellent.
The outdoor deck is a tranquil, relaxing and private space to soak in the fresh air and watch the birds, ducks and rabbits.

- Judy (10/5): A relaxing holiday in a tranquil setting. - A beautiful cottage overlooking an immaculate spacious garden and right beside the property was a wonderful walking trail into town. No complaints.
- Kellie (6/5): Average - Location
Spacious
Nice gardens and landscaping Very dark
Laminated signs on everything made it feel cheap
Early morning text message on day of departure reminding of strict checkout time and asking us to leave clean and put rubbish out
No tissues
Cheap appliances like flimsy kettle that didn’t function properly
Not very private
Lots of cobwebs
- Simone (10/5): Exceptional - Heating was a bit noisy and did not heat well
- Yolanda (9/5): Quiet and comfortable stay in Beechworth - We were impressed with our cottage (Ingram). It was very spacious and clean with a lovely outlook over gardens (which included ducks and ducklings). It was 3 minute drive from town but could also be walked. The beds were very comfy and the heating worked well. We didn’t meet the hosts but they communicated in a timely manner. Nothing.
- Sharon (9/5): Highly recommended, could not fault. - Everything, location, beautiful grounds, gorgeous cottage I like to meet and greet the owners.
- Terry (10/5): Totally relaxing - Great location, Spa, clean & tidy quiet as described, easy booking no stress I would definitely stay there again Nothing I loved it
- Karen (9/5): Perfect base in Beechworth - A great place to base yourself in Beechworth. So private and so much room - kitchen facilities and bonus spa bath with it's own room. A lovely walk into town and right on the rail trail which was good for us as we rode the Beechworth to Yackandandah section. Nothing. It's a cabin, not a hotel so it's a little more rustic - but perfect if you are self-catering.
- Andrew (10/5): - The property was nicely tucked away from town by only a few minutes, very quiet and close to the lake, owners communication was first class , Adrian was a wealth of knowledge and very welcoming..
- Michaela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Graeme (9/5): Superb -
- Anil (6/5): Enjoyed our stay - Nice location, good property for the big family.
Good facilities in the house. 1. The property details on booking.com mentioned 4 bedrooms but there were only three bedrooms.
One Bedroom with double bed was missing.
2. The booking policy did not mentioned about leaving property in as is condition but owner messaged before check out to : “leave property as found, bins empty, dishes washed, put away. Do not strip beds.”
It’s better to add conditions in policy so that guests will be prepared.
- Heidi (10/5): - Second stay at Cedar Cottages, as good as i remembered! Fabulous spa, roomy shower, comfy bed and a very well stocked kitchen.
- Belinda (9/5): Superb -
- Sushant (8/5): - Everything was good. I have taken 1 star out because of heaters. It takes a while to warm up. Dining area heating was not very efficient that area Never got warmed.
Other than this property was excellent.
- Georgia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sophie (10/5): Great - Accommodation was fabulous. Location was great.
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely comfortable and clean. The location was handy for shops and tourist attractions. We would stay again and highly recommend to friends and family. Had everything you needed for our stay. There were signs of ants in the kitchen but would not deter us from staying again.
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vivian (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed the daily walks around sambell lake which is close to the cottages.
