Suite à un petit souci avec notre chambre, l’équipe a été extrêmement réactive et professionnelle en nous proposant un surclassement gratuit, ce qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. L’emplacement est idéal : parfait pour profiter de la vie nocturne et faire la fête, tout en restant suffisamment au calme pour bien se reposer. Je recommande sans hésiter, et j’y retournerai avec plaisir !

- Katrina (4/5): - Not very much j4 was very disappointing The noise in the walkways people don't care slam doors talk very loud also j4hotel it is beside nightclubs which plays music all night and down in the street and plays music as well very loud, the bathrooms were filthy as in lots of mould around the shower, 21% tax and surcharge was a bit steep. The breakfast was always cold food,there was never anything hot, people coughing and sneezing over food.

Levers for make room up and do not disturb inside of room. Beeping sound if door not closed properly. Staff excellent both professionally and courteous. No coffee machine at breakfast. Coffee machine in lobby restaurant where I purchased a cappuccino daily.

The location is super strategic close to the beach, shopping mall, and entertainment spots. The room was clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Everything was just perfect! ❤️

In my floor there were lots of party people which were very loud until early morning... the sound protection in the rooms was not very good, neither the view from my windows... The location was good - and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was not to my taste... did not even go to have breakfast every morning even though I had paid for it.
- Angell (5/5): A fair, basic choice if you don't mind a long walk to the beach in Kuta. - The spa was good and affordable, and the staff were kind and caring. The hotel was a good price and they were able to easily extend my stay when my plans changed. Air conditioning in the room was excellent and the wifi was reliable and I was able to work effectively while I was away. It wasn't amazing and it was hard for me to put my finger on what it was, exactly, that felt off - the room felt very basic and humid, none of my clothes would dry despite how long they were laid out or hung up - there were tiny water bottles provided for drinking and the area was quite confronting - While the room was well insulated for outside noise for the staggeringly loud nightclub next door, the inside noise was really poorly contained and I slept poorly from noises of people just going though the hallway. Bed was ok, but I did miss the lack of a chair and somewhere to put my clothes. The breakfast was the thing that surprised me the most - while they worked hard to provide many options, nothing was at all appealing - I didn't think of myself as a fussy eater, but I struggled to find more than a few squares of watermelon or a spoon of steamed rice that I wanted to actually eat each day, and after a few days I just skipped it entirely. Staggeringly humid in the elevators as well, and my card stopped working a few times and I needed to return to the desk to have it reactivated.
- Qais (3/5): - Service Team im Frühstück war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, ebenso wie das Team an der Rezeption und an der Bar im Lobbybereich Das Zimmer war klein und hatte einen Geruch nach Schimmel. Außerdem war auf dem Bild an der Wand deutlich Schimmel zu sehen. Als wir um einen Zimmerwechsel gebeten haben, sollten wir eine zusätzliche Gebühr bezahlen. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass dies eine Hotelrichtlinie ist und die Mitarbeitenden keine Schuld daran tragen, aber das Zimmer hat mir trotz der guten Lage des Hotels nicht gefallen.

Das Frühstücks-Büfett ist mit 150k ziemlich teuer (wenn auch sehr umfangreich) und was mich pers. besonders "genervt" hat ist das IMMER etwas leer ist, hier fehlt das Besteck, dann ist der Kaffee alle, die Servietten fehlen usw.

- Danielle (1/5): - Staff were friendly, room reasonably clean It was impossible to get any sleep at all due to noise even with ear plugs! Music played SO loud until 4am every day. Affecting our mental health from not sleeping. Checked in for 7 days and played extra at reception to be updated asked if it was loud and was told it shouldn't be. Also had to sign a waiver fir noise. For almost $900.00 we expected to sleep at least. We left after 3 nights with no refund. Breakfast was not really catering for the Australian, having to ask for bacon and being bought only 2 strips
