• Nadiah (5/5): Overall, my staying was satisfied due to spacious room. Kindly upgrade the Astro channel & make sure the all channel - The hotel nearby shopping malls & a lot of 24hrs halal restaurant. The hotel doesn’t have facial tissue, no slipper, no complimentary mineral water. The Astro channel doesn’t work properly & limited channel only.

Disliked the bed linen, was not properly covering the comforter which was quite old and a bit moldy, had to sleep without comforter at night because of the dirty comforter. Facilities was quite old as well

• Piriya (6/5): Overall, a reasonable one night stay for family. Would recommend this place for solo travellers. - The staff was helpful and friendly when it came to assisting us during maintenance of the failed amenities. The maintenance of the amenities were very bad. They had to shift us out of one room to another due to the failed amenities. This caused me to be delayed for my appointment. Additionally, parking was not covered by the hotel. Parking will have to be paid every time you exit or enter the property. The key cards were also faulty from time to time.
