• Beata (10/5): Krótki wypad do Milano - Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Genialna piekarnia zaraz obok. Pokoje czyste i przestronne. Bardzo polecam Jest to daleko od Mediolanu, natomiast metro jeździ co chwilę więc da się przeżyć :)

Des arrêts de bus se trouvent juste à côté de l'hôtel et permettent de rejoindre le centre de Milan en 30min environ. L'hôtel était plus excentré que ce que l'on pensait (compter 15min à pied pour aller jusqu'au métro et ensuite rejoindre le centre et compter une trentaine de minutes pour rejoindre le centre en bus). La chambre était mal insonorisée (pas mal de passage dans la rue et des travaux).

• lamzati (1/5): Worst hôtel ever!! - Nice toilet I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews and feedback from previous guests, which seemed genuinely encouraging. We arrived late morning, already tired, and to my great surprise, the hygiene standards were absolutely terrible. There were around fifteen live mosquitoes in the room, plus more than twenty dead ones crushed on the ceiling, walls, and even on the desk — with blood smears everywhere. It was truly disgusting and revolting. Since we arrived late in the day, I didn’t even bother asking to switch rooms, as the hotel was fully booked anyway. Honestly, the only clean area was the bathroom. The rooms also had very poor sound insulation, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. I genuinely don’t understand why people rated this hotel so positively, because my experience was a complete nightmare. Without a doubt, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

• Aurelian Costel (8/5): The location is good, not perfect. Good value for money. - It is the second time I stayed at this hotel. This time the room was better for us. The staff was same like last time...very nice and helpfull. We didn't had a fridge, but it is not a deal breaker.

The bathroom was too small and the facilities were inconveniently placed. The bidets position meant you had to stand at an angle to access the wash basin.

Não tão desconfortável mas não tão bom. Não tem elevador precisamos subir com as malas as escadas. E o preço bem salgado pela localização.

• Milica (10/5): A truly pleasant and comfortable stay from start to finish. - The hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely come back again. Everything was good!

The room is - Overall, everything was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It was especially nice to receive a travel kit with personal care items. The windows in the room cannot be opened, and the blinds are kept closed, so there is no natural light. There is air conditioning, but it did not work very effectively. The doors are very thin, so noise from the hallway is easily heard. We woke up at 6 a.m. to sounds as if someone had entered our room and was walking around inside. There were two of us (both girls), and we were quite scared. It turned out that there was a staff room right next to ours, and the cleaning started early in the morning. As mentioned, the noise level was quite high. If you are traveling with children or value peace and quiet, this is something to keep in mind. However, the staff provides earplugs, so you may want to use them in advance.
