- Xin Ru (8/5): Great stay, right next to the Expo Centre - Service was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel is right next to the Yiwu International Expo Centre. There are no food options available on site or near the hotel (within walking distance). You will have to use Meituan to order food delivery to the hotel.

Some items were a bit salty or greasy, but taste is subjective. Coffee options were somewhat limited. The location was convenient as I was attending a conference here. It is not too far from a large shopping mall; however, aside from that, there are limited attractions within walking distance. The washroom vanity set was quite limited, with no body lotion provided in the room. There were also no bath salts available. A friend staying in another room mentioned that decorative lighting outside the window was disruptive at night, affecting the view and requiring the curtains to be kept closed. My room was on a higher floor, so I was not affected by this issue. Apart from these limitations, everything else was beyond standard.

- Federico Vidal (10/5): Lo mejor del viaje - Fue sin dudas el mejor hotel de nuestro viaje a China. La relación precio calidad es excelente. Todo el hotel es de primera, las habitaciones, los lugares comunes, el desayuno, la ubicación. El personal del hotel siempre bien predispuesto a ayudar, todos hablan ingles. Volvería sin dudar

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear: las mucamas no retiraban las tazas ni los vasos del día anterior, dejaban restos de gaseosa y saquitos de té usados. Unas vagas! Pagamos por el desayuno “western”, pero nunca pudimos consumirlo por lo desagradable que resultaba. El olor en el área del desayuno era tan fuerte y desagradable que hacía imposible acercarse. Todo oloroso y feo. El personal era amable, pero muy poco profesional. Estuvimos más de 30 minutos para que emitan una factura ya que no solo que NADIE hablaba ingles sino que no sabian escribir. No recomendaría este hotel. En absoluto corresponde a un establecimiento de 5 estrellas.
- Ignacio Ariotti (3/5): no es 5 estrellas, es un 3 estrellas con suerte - no aplica Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia fue muy mala. El servicio de limpieza fue pésimo: durante toda la estancia dejaron las tazas y vasos sucios del día anterior, con restos de bebidas y saquitos de té usados. Aunque el desayuno estaba incluido, no llegamos a comerlo. El olor en el área del buffet era tan intenso y desagradable que directamente decidimos evitarlo. Una chica estaba tosiendo sobre la comida y nadie le decía nada. ASQUEROSO. El personal fue amable, pero claramente no preparado para atender huéspedes internacionales. Nadie hablaba inglés, y emitir una factura a nombre de la empresa les llevó más de media hora. En resumen, no repetiría mi estadía y considero que este hotel no merece su calificación de 5 estrellas.

Ellie, la comida deliciosa y el trato muy agradable. Todo estuvo muy bien, el personal muy eficiente en cada área de trabajo.

- Kerem (8/5): It was good - It’s close to everywhere , except airport. It takes 30 minutes to go but generally I like the foods and room. Only one or two people can speak English. If it’s an international hotel communication must be necessary. I used translate for ordering water…

Yes! language is a problem but all people try to help as much as they can They have a lavish breakfast. wi-fi was pretty slow and we had to keep restarting it to download our emails.

- Riaz (3/5): The room price was too high, but there were no disposable combs, razors, tissue paper and slippers. - Breakfast was OK but expensive, which means breakfast was not included so we had to book breakfast separately. There were no slippers in the room. Slippers were available but you have to pay 45 RMB extra if you want to use slippers. There was no tissue box in the room. The lighting system was not good.

Thank you! - Everything was perfect, but the most helpful was Oumma - pretty girl from Tunisia working on reception. All the time we had her support, what made our stay easy and nice. For sure we’ll go back to this hotel by next Yiwu Fair.. -
