- Mutsumi (5/5): - 温泉の品質はよいと感じた。時間制限がまったくないのは、ありがたくもあり...ただ、いつ掃除をするのか？という感じもあった。 風呂の設備の点検や清掃はどうなのかな、という感じがした。髪の毛がけっこうたまっていたり、浮いていたりしていたし、カランの水がでないところや、流れてもれているところなどがいくつかみられた。また、風呂の向かい側の部屋だったが、ここは従業員向けの部屋だったのでは？という気がはじめからした。隣から、夜中近くまでテレビかラジオの音がして、朝も4時か5時すぎから、聞こえた。音量はセーブしていたけれど、隣はたぶん客室ではないので、スタッフの部屋だったのかなーと思った。温泉旅館としては安いけれど、素泊まりなので、うーん、という気分は拭えなかった。しかし、温泉の品質はよかったのではないかと感じている。
- Oki (8/5): 美味しい夕飯と充実の貸切風呂で疲れスッキリ - 双葉SAからすぐで楽でした。夕食が特においしくて大満足です。また、貸し切りのお風呂も色々あって楽しかったです。ただ、温泉がかけ流しで湯量も豊富でいいのですが、私たちには温度が低くて、ちょうど寒い日でしたのでいつまでの出られなかったのが残念。もう少し温度を上げてほしい。 すみません、ダブりますが、温泉の温度がちょっと低かったです。 夕飯に比べて朝食が普通だったのが残念。

- ｇｕｎｊｉ (5/5): ＯＫ - 温泉、食事共に良かった 二人宿泊にも拘わらず、部屋のコップは一つしか置いて無かった。部屋窓際にはくつろげる椅子が欲しい。 部屋温度が低すぎだったが、クーラの温度設定がややこしい（結局クーラー電源をoffにした）。 部屋の鍵が古過ぎて掛かり難い。

- furudate (1/5): 良いところは…？ - 温泉は夜中入れるのは良かった。 部屋は狭く、外の音がよく聞こえました。 冷蔵庫に瓶ジュースが詰まってて、全然いれられない、しかも、飲むと追加で料金がかかるので、自販機で買ったほうが良い。

- mitsuru (6/5): - 夕食のお料理がかなり薄味でした 朝食のカレーは甘口でしたが美味しかったです。 お風呂は表示より少しぬるい気がしました。 長く浸かるのが目的なのかな？ 日帰りで入浴されている方がかなりいらっしゃるようです。大きくタトューが入っている方もいらっしゃいました。お子さんもはいるのて、そこは強く明示してくれると助かります。
- Damian (8/5): Authentic Japanese Onsen - Very authentic Japanese so not in anyway targeted at foreign tourists. This had it's charms but made the initial communication difficult, though the Nepalese staff who turned up later could speak English. The dinner and breakfast are pure Japanese and are excellent! The Japanese style tatami room with view of mount Fuji was also good. It's a bit frayed round the edges, especially the hot spring bathing facilities, but this added to the sense of being somewhere from a bygone age, which I personally find quite appealing.

- midori (8/5): - 温泉施設がいくつもあり、良かった。 特に温度の違う湯船が良かった。 また大浴場の他に貸切露天風呂や、有料貸切風呂もあり、次回はそちらも楽しみたいと思いました。連泊したので、料理は初日の方が良かった様に感じました。品数は多いですがもう少し工夫が欲しい様な。後朝食は洋食も欲しかったですね。

- トモコ (10/5): - 掛け流しの温泉、私の身体にとても合う温泉だった。 また、従業員の手作りの、朝焼けの富士山と、ダイヤモンドご来光が独り占めできる、貸し切り露天風呂。 好みの浴衣を着て、一日に何度も温泉へ入り、すべてのストレスを洗い流せる。 建物は、昭和時代のまま。 昭和のひとには懐かしくて、帰る頃には令和の行き過ぎた便利さを残念に思うようになっていた。 とても貴重なお宿だった。

My partner called in advance of arrival time at the train station, so we don't have to wait for the bus to arrive, But she was told to call again once we arrived the station. So we waited for 10-15 minutes out in cold for the bus to arrive.
- Yasuyo (10/5): - 昔ながらの旅館で居心地も良く、富士山の見える貸切りの温泉も楽しめました。 チェックアウト時こちら側でトラブルがあったのことにも快く対応して頂き、大変助かりました。ありがとうございます。 また遊びに来た際は、利用させてもらいます。 This is comfy and traditional inn. We enjoyed Onsen with My.Fuji view. I really appreciate for kind staff took care of the problem when we checked out.
- Yoko (8/5): - 設備は古く、ビジネスツインには鏡や洗面所・トイレがありませんでした。しかし、大浴場のすぐ前なのでそこを代わりに使うことができます。 値段がお安いのでこれでもいいかと思いました。 事前支払いの金額を見ると、税金が割と高めに設定されているように感じるのですが、どういう明細なのでしょうか。それとは別にチェックアウトの時に、入湯税を150円現金で支払う必要がありました。
- Mitchell (5/5): Cheap non-repeatable option. - Maybe the price due to the weakness of yen. However, if/when yen gets stronger, this point becomes questionable. 1) Neither private toilet nor shower/bath in the room. 2) Needed to prearrange for breakfast and dinner. (No restaurants near the hotel.) 3) It's out of nowhere. You had to call a cab/taxi to reach a train station.

- TSUJIMOTO (8/5): - ビジネスプランの割安価格で宿泊させてもらいました。 元々が寝るだけの予定で予約してたので、部屋に不満は無し、防音なのかロビーで卓球を楽しむ親子の声も気にならず、それよりも気に入ったのが150円の入湯料で大浴場やプライベート露天風呂が利用できた事。 そして大好きな昭和の風情が残るこのホテルに年内にまた宿泊する事だろう。

- Shawn (8/5): Nice last minute stay - We liked the large room with a sitting area overlooking the city. Very far from restaurants. Hotel did not have room for us at their restaurant. Hotel looked run-down. Needs to be updated or upkeep better.

- -vm- (4/5): Used to be a decent hotel / onsen - The pleasant manager did pick us up at the train station. A few years ago it was probably a decent popular onsen. Unfortunately, the facilities are aging, and the well meaning SE Asian staff is fairly clueless about proper service (eg. several of the small baths are for 1 couple at a time, but you have to go check if anybody is in, as there's no reservation possible. When I suggested making a waitlist, the 3 attendants that walked us to the - already occupied - bath had no clue what I was talking about...)

- Ryusuke (8/5): Outdoor onsen is unforgettable.. - Stunning view of oceanfront atop cliff and, the view from outdoor onsen (gender separated) was absolutely breathtaking.. seeing the ocean splashing against rocks just few feet away as you bathe watching the sunset.. a must experience for any avid hot spring fans. Area doesn’t offer many eatery choices, but if you’re driving a rental, there will be more options in both directions on highway 136. Convenience store within walking distance, a lifesaver for last minute food shopping for families with younger children
- Wendy (8/5): - This is a classic Japanese hot springs property with excellent hot springs water. You will get the full “ryokan” experience: Japanese tatami mat rooms, futons to sleep on, yukata to wear in and out of the bath, and even traditional wooden sandals to wear outside of the hotel. I loved the classic little touches - sweets and hot tea plus wet towels to greet us, hand written greetings from the hotel “kamisan” (owner) on our car each morning. The negatives were: WiFi extremely slow and accessible only in the lobby, limited and very creative English signage, and per person vs. per room charges making it a little expensive for families.
