Also the highway is super close and easy to access The breakfast is outstanding with a large set of options and great service. Not a deal breaker but WiFi signal was weak in the room. Nothing major, maybe a matter of adding some repeaters / mesh.

• Urszula (9/5): Dziękuję za odpoczynek w toskańskiej atmosferze - Hotel w toskańskim otoczeniu i stylu pozwala dodatkowo poczuć klimat Włoch. Pokój czysty przestronny miał wszystko czego potrzebowałam. Śniadanie z dużym wyborem. Parking z wieloma miejscami, wygodny. Personel uprzejmy i pomocny.

Insonorizzazione scarsa. Bagno senza alcuna possibilità di appendere asciugamani, nessun gancio. Carta igienica a singolo strappo. Colazione con poca scelta e niente di tipico/locale.

• Rodolfo (4/5): Non è tutto oro quello che luccica - La facciata molto bella e i materiali usati per tutto l'allestimento di buona qualità e la villa è a 10km da Lucca e da Pisa La villa non presenta un cancello d'ingresso Anche se i materiali usati sono di buona qualità come per il cancello il resto risulta incompleto e non è semplice arrivarci vista la posizione e la strada sterrata ma il fattore che proprio non è stato corretto la dichiarazione dei servizi non è stata inserita correttamente infatti solo dopo aver pagato e ricevuto il voucher abbiamo saputo che l'energia elettrica era da pagare a parte e per non finire la tassa per i cani sul voucher era di 30€ mentre la proprietaria ha insistito fosse di 40€ facendoci contattare dalla sua agenzia che poi ci ha dato pienamente ragione

• Alessandra Maria Concetta (10/5): Ottima esperienza - Tutto top: posizione strategica all'uscita dal casello autostradale, camera ampia, luminosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort. La struttura offre possibilità di parcheggio gratuito e abbondante colazione a buffet. Inoltre, pur avendo avuto un problema in autostrada che ci ha fatto ritardare parecchie ore, lo staff è rimasto a disposizione per accoglierci in piena notte. Lo consiglio!

Parking disponible. Par contre très bruyant. Les portes n'ont pas de poignées donc elles claquent, et pour fermer a clé ca claque aussi. Donc jusqu'à tard le soir et dès tot le matin c'est insupportable. Sans compter sur les clients sans manière qui parlent très fort.

Had to take cabs back and forth, although the man in reception was very helpful in arranging this. No restaurant on the premises but Nanna Rosa is very close to the hotel and the food there is wonderful.

The room was larger than any I've had in Italy for the price. Excellent Internet 50gb down 20gb up!!!! Exactly off the Autobahn so quick to drive to and leave from. Parking was in the shade, which is important in the summer. Just it is a little tricky to find the hotel entry. It has two other Hotels surrounding it. Be sure to look up above the trees to see the hotel sign :) Needs a little better sign to find the hotel. I had to drive around the building a little to be sure it was the correct hotel. But worth ever penny to stay at!!

Asked us to use an iron in the common reception and not carry it in our room. The AC was off for sometime but he didn't accept it and said it was working. After the complaint, it was switched on back again. The fridge in the room was very dirty.
