- Robert (1/5): DDI NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS !! - It is impossible to sleep here.. the noise levels from street and underground parking are horrendous..I requested a room change as the room did not match the advertised pictures. The very rude Filipina just laughed and said that was an old picture. I requested booked at a far better Hotel immediately just 2 min walk away so only stayed here a few hours.

- Tremaine (5/5): Find another place if your an American like me you might be disappointed - The staff are courteous and 5 star For fellow American travelers if your use to maybe a 2 star in the USA than this is your hotel. Nothing against GV but did spot one cockroach, shower backed up a bit and you couldn’t power room unless your room key was inserted into device. No way to call other rooms was also a bit of a bummer.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - GV Tower is a modern building, with kind staff and located downtown qalking distance from Cebu must-see Santo Niño Basilica. Unfortunately my room was infested by cockroaches and bugs - wich I suspect affects all the other rooms. Also the bed sheet was dusty. Morevover the air-con is at same height of the bed and that makes it unhealthy. On top of that the window's glasses are thin and depiste being a high-rise it's very noisy. It is a budget hotel, so the price is very attractive, but the cons vastly outbumber the cons. If you have problems with roaches don't go there.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't stay here - I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The check in process was painfully slow. The room we were given was disgusting, it was dirty, the sockets were falling off the walls, there was a cockroach in the sink and ants crawling all over the bathroom. The bedding was grubby with hairs on, the floors looked lile they hadn't been washed in years and the walls have never seen a lick of paint since it was built. We were so grossed out we felt dirty. We asked to change rooms and the reception girl didn't apologise for the state of the room but let us see another. It was still dirty but the sockets were in tact and there was no bugs. We took it but chose not to shower until our next destination the next morning. The entrance has guards and the lobby is nice but the room was an absolute disappointment. We went to the airport early we couldnt wait to get out. The streets are also extremely dirty and noisy. Cebu city wasn't for us.

I arrived about seven hours earlier than the actual check-in, and since my reserved room was available I was allowed an early check-in with no extra cost. I had a good view of downtown Cebu from my 10th floor room. It's also a good 5-7 leisurely walk to the cathedral, basilica, Magellan's cross.

What the heck are those housekeepers doing? Front Desk is at 7th floor and our room is in 10th floor, the heck housekeepers can check and confirm those through walkie talkie. terrible!

- Verified traveler (6/5): コスパのいいホテル - 値段相応の部屋の大きさ(狭さ)です。ベッドが部屋のほとんどを占め、スーツケースがようやく広げられる程度のスペースしかありません。ケーブルテレビは、ローカル放送とCNN、CINEMAX、CI、NICK、Ball TV、ESPNくらいでNHKはありません。2基あるエレベーターは平日は1基運転で、イベントのあるときのみ2基運転です。しかしながら、満員で乗れないことはありませんですた。停電が頻発にありますが、自家発によりエレベーターに支障はありません。 水道局(MCWD)から供給されるの水道水に塩素がこの時は0.5mg/L以上入っており、ホテルの蛇口からの水は飲めます。時々、排水が悪く、なかなか水がはけない時がありました。 近くに3つの大型店舗があり、日用品の購入に問題はあふれていますありません。しかし、そこに行くまでの路上は露店で人がごった返しているは、ジープニー待ちの人であふれています。なお、この時期は激しい夕方のスコールにより、大通以外の道路は冠水します。
- Verified traveler (6/5): You Get What You Pay For - I chose this hotel because it was a cheap rate close to the OceanJet ferry. I had a late flight into the airport and wanted to leave early on the ferry, so it seemed like a good choice. I arrived after midnight. The hotel is kind of hard to find at night and the taxi driver had not heard of it, but I had a printout of the itinerary and so he found it using the address. It's on the upper floors of a tall building as the name suggests. The gates were down when I got there, but the nice security guards opened them and helped me with my bag to the elevator. I got to the desk and they had no idea who I was. I had booked a "deluxe bridal" room from the website and I was a little surprised that they lost my reservation. They told me to have a seat in the sweltering lobby while they figured it out. Finally they found me and then they wanted me to pay a key deposit of 300 php but would not give me a receipt. They wanted to keep my personal printout of the itinerary! Crazy experience. When I got to the room, it was certainly not deluxe. There was also a sign that stated the charges for any stains on the laundry, which tells you what kind of place this is. I didn't have any trouble making my early ferry because the street noise woke me. Checkout took a long time because they had to send someone to check my room. It's kind of funny because the place is so shoddy.

Although the room was a bit too small, it was alright for a place to rest and just walk to nearby places for shopping. We felt secured leaving our things so it will be comfortable for us to walk around. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

- タイガー (4/5): コロンストリートの近く - レストランは23：00までとなっていたが、22：３０でスタッフが居ないためお酒も飲めなかった。売店でかろうじてビールが飲める程度。喫煙場所は、フロント横のテラスだが、23:00で閉められる為喫煙出来なかった。部屋は質素で暗い。ベッドライトも、コップもない。本当に寝るだけのホテル。値段重視で一人なら考える余地はある。

- cassius (4/5): I should have searched longer - The hotel is not in the best area so at night I did not venture out. It is close to two malls and maggellins cross. That's the only benefit to the location. The room is small and the air conditioner worked as long as you were in front of it. Not very good at cooling the entire room. The staff was pleasant.

- masa (6/5): 寝るだけなら街中で便利 - ジンベイザメウォッチングが行えるオスロブへバスがでているサウスバスターミナルまで徒歩10分ほどです。 近くにモールがあり、ファストフードやスーパーも入ってるので便利です。 部屋は清潔でベッドも広く綺麗です。が、シャワーはけっこう汚いです。お湯は安定してでます。 従業員はみんな親切で、こちらのつたない英語での旅の相談にも真剣に応じてくれました。 大通り沿いにあるので、夜でもかなり騒がしいです。 ファミリーやカップルにはおすすめできませんが、1人で安く済ませるには十分快適だと思います。

We were transferred to a second room where the taps were leaking and the hot water did not work, the zircon was either too cold for the sheets or too hot to sleep. The restaurant was, not great, so we avoided it. There looked to be a number of places offering more for less relatively close by.
