A equipe é muito atenciosa e receptiva, informei que precisaria fazer o check-out antes das 8h (horário que começam a servir o café da manhã), e a equipe antecipou o café, deixaram tudo pronto às 7h. Os quartos ficam nos fundos do imóvel e para acessá-los é necessário subir pelo menos dois lances de escadas, o que fica difícil com malas grandes e/ou pesadas.

Hay un ruido como de un motor que se prende y apaga constantemente durante todo el día y la noche con cierta vibración, no se si es de la posada o de algo lindero.

- Ramon (7/5): Hospedagem agradável - A localização é excelente e os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. O hotel tem uma decoração muito bonita nas dependências comuns, muito agradável. Não foi a primeira vez que me hospedei na Posada Las Terrazas porque gosto do local, mas sinto que o hotel precisa de uma pequena reforma e renovação dos quartos, fica minha sugestão. Tive um problema com um ruído no quarto (problema num equipamento), mas fui prontamente atendido (mudança de quarto).
- RenataLimaCastro (7/5): Boa localização e só. - A localização é sem dúvida a melhor parte dessa hospedagem. É bem perto do centro, permitindo fazer tudo caminhando. O quarto era muitooooo simples, a cama pequena e macia demais, quarto escuro, com uma janela pequena ( que não tinha trava) e por ser bem ao lado da piscina, o conforto térmico não é bom ( estava frio no dia da minha hospedagem). O quarto claramente precisa de manutenção. O café da manhã é decepcionante. O único suco disponível era artificial, somente tinha ovos cozidos e frios e duros ( oi?) e as opções de frutas extremamente limitadas: banana e maçã e algumas laranjas passadas. Nenhuma fruta cortada ou salada de frutas. Realmente me pergunto o porquê de uma nota tão alta no booking. Pelo valor, não acho que valha o custo-benefício.

Nos vamos contentos y queda como nuestra posada de cabecera en Colonia. Nada, desde el desayuno hasta nuestro check out no tuvimos inconveniente alguno en nuestro caso.

- VIRGINIA (9/5): Recomendo muitíssimo - A localização é muito boa. Cama confortável. Pousada muito bem decorada. Atendimento muito simpático e fazem de tudo para te ajudar (inclusive esqueci um remédio na geladeira e eles enviaram para mim pelo ônibus). Água gratuita à disposição dos hóspedes, o que é muito simpático. Também disponibilizam chá e um incrível licor de doce de leite 😋 De não ter frigobar no quarto, apesar da pousada permitir que Vc guarde o que precisar na geladeira deles.

- Laura (8/5): EXCELENTE UBICACION y ATENCION. - la ubicación es impecable, a una cuadra de la plaza principal. La atención de los recepcionistas es super! Siempre tratando de hacernos sentir como en casa. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. Las habitaciones son un poco ruidosas, dado que las ventanas dan al pasillo donde pasa todo el mundo y a la piscina. Y se escucha bastante cuando el de al lado abre la ducha o camina por la habitación.

- George (1/5): Ghastly experience - Location Size of room offered was ridiculously tiny and crampt . The tiny room also smelt badly . The owner has a massive attitude problem, as we decided to check out one night early , as a non smelly room was not available. He even wanted the name of my daughter who works for Booking , after I told a member of staff that I did not want to let her know about our awful experience. He took over half a day to respond to my initial request for a refund for the night that we felt unable to stay , and bearing in mind that the replacement hotel had a higher rate due to high season , and we also had an extra day expense on car hire . He also stated that I had been awful to employees, which is not the case, they are probably fearful of their jobs . And also stated that I was difficult with other guests at the accommodation. We only spoke with one English speaking couple , and briefly asked if they had a problem with room smell and size . They said no , and we quickly moved on to many other topics for the 98 percent of the accommodation. I await a refund for the room please .

They thought us how to prepare mate and allowed us to borrow their thermos for two days. Rooms, breakfast and location is just amazing.

- Justin (10/5): An oasis in the heart of old Colonia - A charming boutique hotel in the heart of the old barrio in Colonia with an oasis feel as you leave the street and enter the hotel. The staff was phenomenal, particularly the breakfast staff, and they were willing to help with anything. There was a common fridge with limited storage available for guest use. We purchased a bottle of white wine from the hotel and then kept it chilled in their fridge. The staff helped us with wine glasses, plates, and utensils when we wanted to enjoy our balcony with a drink and snack. The breakfast in the glass atrium area was excellent, the lobby was inviting, and we enjoyed a couple of brisk dips in the small pool and enjoyed the courtyard with all of the nice greenery. I do recommend reserving one of the two rooms with a balcony as they had more natural light and privacy--we could open the balcony doors to enjoy the cooler night air without people walking past or overhearing our conversation. Many (all?) of the other rooms appeared to only have a window overlooking the guest walkway where guests passing by could easily look in if the curtains were open. The balcony rooms were on the street side and likely had more noise, but it didn't bother us as all. We very very glad with our room choice. We would definitely stay again. Please eliminate the turn-in your key policy. Having to hand over and retrieve our key every time we came or went was unnecessary and inconvenient. Several times we had to wait for the front desk person to return to the front to get the key or hand it over. Also, I recommend including in the ad that a common fridge was available for limited storage of items would be helpful. One bedside lamp stayed dimly on all night and required turning it into the headboard to avoid having it shine in my eyes at night--having the option to turn it all the way off would be better.
