- Lina (6/5): - Skanūs pusryčiai, galimybė pasaugoti bagažą. Užsisakėme 3kambarius su pusryčiais 5žmonėm. Patvirtinime buvo tik 3paskaičiuoti pusryčiai. Atvykus teko damokėti. Nors pabandžius pasižėti iš naujo užsakymą tai pačiai datai jr žmonių skaičiui buvo ta suma kurią mokėjome užsakydami. Pasijutome apgauti. Taip pat dviem merginom teko kambarį pakeisti net 3 kart. Pirmą nes nebuvo elektros, antrą- sugedo spyna ir tada paskutinį vakarą vėl buvo perkeltos į kitą kambarį.

- Olga (9/5): Jak zawsze udany pobyt! - Bardzo miła obsługa, ładne, nowe pokoje, wygodne łóżka, doskonałe śniadania (w żadnym innym hotelu, ani w Polsce, ani za granicą, hotel nie oferuje tak bogatego śniadania). Na pierwszym piętrze tuż nad salą konferencyjną nie powinno być pokojów. Hałas podczas jakiejś imprezy firmowej był tak niedorzeczny, że nie dało się w pokoju nie tylko spać, ale nawet przebywać. Konieczna była zmiana pokoju. Na plus zaangażowanie obsługi, która szybko zaproponowała zmianę na taki na wyższym piętrze.

- Andoni (10/5): Wonderful Stay at Q Hotel Plus - I was very satisfied with my stay at Q Hotel Plus. The hotel is very cozy, clean, and comfortable, which made the whole experience really pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including European, British, Japanese, and many other choices. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The tram station is nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. The staff and people at the hotel were also very kind and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing. Everything was fine.

Wystój pokoju funkcjonalny, oszczędny, może trochę bez stylu, zapach neutralny. Na plus czajnik, kawa i herbata i kubki do ich zaparzania, a nie filiżanki. Podczas śniadań bardzo duży wybór owoców, sekcja azjatycka, fajny wybór wędlin, ryb i serów. Na plus hummus i guacamole. W dniach naszego pobytu odbywała się jakaś firmowa impreza, która zakłócała nasz pobyt. Pomimo później godziny (22:00) i zgłoszeniu tematu na recepcji, impreza zakończyła się dopiero dobrze po 22:30, uniemożliwiając relaks i zaplanowany odpoczynek po długim dniu. Zawiodłam się na reakcji osób z recepcji, które a) nie odbierały telefonu, b) zbyły mnie nie podejmując żadnej akcji w związku ze zgłoszonym hałasem.

Offrono la possibilità di lasciare li i bagagli dopo il checkout gratuitamente. La posizione è ottima, la fermata del tram è appena davanti e in 5 minuti si è in centro La camera è piccola, siamo andati la considerando che un altro hotel non ci aveva garantito la prenotazione. Letto supplementare a pagamento la piccola ha dormito sul matrimoniale con noi.

The pillows were too high for our liking, and the hairdryer was very weak — it produced more heat than airflow.
