• Geraldine Angela (2/5): Run Away to a better hotel! - The location was good. We had called to confirm our late arrival. At 11:30 pm, there was no one at the check-in desk. There was already another family waiting there before us. Two more couples arrived after us. We all waited for more than 30 minutes for an employee to arrive. Many people knocked on close doors, while other people scouted all of the hallways for assistance. I had let the phone ring so long that it actually shut off the call. It got so concerning, someone called 911 to ask for non-emergency assistance. I was fearful that we might be standing in a crime scene with no one in sight. With zero security, sleeping there was also a concern. When we finally got a woman to come to the desk, she was silent. No eye contact. No apology. The room was such a disappointment that I considered just leaving, but that meant throwing $200 away. It is a total zero. Do not throw your vacation stay in their hands. Go to any other hotel in Plano. This one is a loser.
• NADIA (8/5): - The hotel room was comfortable and very spacious. It was equipped with a mini fridge and a microwave. The shower had hot water, and there was also a bathtub available. The hotel is located in a calm area and is within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops, and about a 15-minute walk from the Shops at Plano. The staff was very friendly. I would especially like to thank Krystal, who kindly helped me arrange an Uber on my second day when the app was not working on my phone. Water bottles are not free and only small bottles are available for purchase; 1.5L and 2L options are not available.

• Bar (10/5): - Late check in at 1:30 AM went smoothly. Asked the front desk if they had razors for my interview and they did. Amazing. Very comfy room as well. Big bed, fast wifi, clean, lots of soaps towels etc.....

• Barbara (8/5): Friendly staff, comfortable beds and spacious room - Breakfast was good with a variety of options, including eggs, bacon, fruit and oatmeal. The bedrooms were very clean with a quiet AC and comfortable sheets. Plenty of space for 2 adults and one child in a room with a King and fold out bed. The hot tub was too cold to get into and didn't look clean.
• Tiffany (6/5): Good and bad - The staff when we initially checked in were kind and accommodating. The bed was super comfy. I specifically chose this hotel because it served a solid breakfast compared to other hotels in the area however, breakfast appeared to be a buffet with buffet trays out but we were told there is no buffet but we needed to order off the menu. We sat in the area and no one came to help us for 10 minutes despite the fact that the hotel clerk said a gentlemen should be in the area to help us. The menu said fruit was served with all menu items but our omelets came with salsa instead. The coffee was like drinking water and was weak.

• Hudspeth (7/5): Meets expectations, but wouldn’t go out of my way to stay again. - Really loved the location and price point. The nice stocked bathroom was a plus and I appreciated the setup of the rooms with mini fridges and plenty of space! The couch bed was like sleeping on the floor - actually the floor may have been better or just leaving it as a couch. Awful. Also, it took an hour to get eggs, sausage, pancake and fruit - something that should have taken 15-20 minutes max. Terrible food service.

• David (1/5): Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible - Property downstairs and parking lot looked ok. But the staff was absolutely horrible . No people skills . We did not have a room that was already paid for and then they wouldn’t give our money back so we could go somewhere else to get a room . Then said wait about 15 Minutes and we will get you a room at another property . Waited 1 1/2 hours later and still had not fears from anyone . Waiting , tired and needed a room . So go to talk to the people at front desk. They were and said I told you 15 minutes and we said it has been 1 1/2 hours and no one has talked to us . Said well we can give you a room with 1 bed and couch bed and we paid for a 2 queen bed with a couch . That is all they would do . So got up there knowing one person would have to sleep on the floor but it was really late and we were so tired that we thought make it work . First of all after going in and moving a table that was obviously in wrong place so we could pull out the couch bed , moved the table and it was broken and someone has just sat it there making it look ok. It was actually in pieces . Then went to the bathroom because smelled something and it was a dirty bathroom with dirty towels and dirty rags hanging in shower and obviously had not been cleaned . Called and told the front desk and they said no it was cleaned . Not a chance they did . So then suppose to be a continental breakfast. Nothing at all . We left and then they try to charge 250 on my card . Was declined . Called and asked what was going on they said we are charging you $250 for the table you broke and we are also keeping the $100 deposit that we put on the card . I said absolutely not and that the table was already broke we just moved it and the room you put us in was not only the room we paid for but that it was dirty and not cleaned . We called front desk and they denied that it was not cleaned . That’s it . Attitude of employees , cheating us more money , no professional personnel at all and dirty room and bathroom and broken piece of furniture in the room . It is our word haunt the house keeping that says everything five when they left the room from cleaning . But bother did not clean .

• Laura (8/5): Polite bar service - Great place to stay it was clean. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice. However, the hot tub looked really dingy. I really wanted to use it but after getting closer, it was too gross. Their service at the bar was great.
• Shenhav (2/5): - Very disappointing experience. I confirmed my reservation with the hotel a day before, and they even approved my request for a lower floor. However, just two hours before check-in, the hotel canceled my booking without notice. It was during an important holiday for us, and the staff made no effort to help. Expedia still showed my reservation as active, which made the situation even more frustrating. Poor service and very unpleasant experience.

Third shower had nothing to stop water from flowing through out the room and the tv was horrendous. You would watch and then a message poos up about renting movies and the remote doesn't work when that pops up.

• Wendy (8/5): Definitely recommend! - We finally found our favorite hotel near our daughter when we visit Plano/Frisco. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only minor negatives were the sink had very little water flow and the shower didn’t drain well. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

• Nicole (8/5): Family Staycation - Had some good amenities for families! The pool area was very nice. It smelled wonderful in the lobby and throughout the building. But our TVs were both broken and our toilet handle is broken. Some of the pictures in the bathrooms were not installed properly. My children found a dead cockroach underneath one of the beds. Other than that, it was a comfortable place to stay.
