• INESSA (1/5): Stay away from this hotel and location. - Nothing at all !!!!! Location is horrible, the room was ice cold and heater wasn’t working. I had to change 4 rooms!!!! The “hot” water was nearly worn . I didn’t like everything!!!! It’s terrible accommodation, not worth it even half of the price that was charged.

• Luke (2/5): Bad experience and terrible way to end New Year’s Eve - We stayed New Year’s Eve. I was already in bed when my husband came in and noticed a reddish stain still wet on the quilt which went down through to the top sheet. He went down to the desk and they said they didn’t have clean linens we would have to move. It was about 2 am. Hotel said we’d have to contact Booking.com Booking.com said we’d have to contact hotel. No one returns ourrrpeated calls. Seems like we shouldn’t have to pay full price for a disgusting and inconvenient experience at 2 am. .
• Lori Ann (1/5): Understaffed but those did work were great. Room was dirty. - Our hotel room was not probably cleaned before us stay. We found pubic hair on the toilet and on the bathroom floor. The bathroom also had visible signs of mold on the ceiling. The vanity paint varnish was coming off and peeling. The door looked like it was peeling in certain places I found press on nails underneath the bed. The staff, however, was very friendly and very accommodating. I did not let them know my frustrations because I was leaving very early the next morning. Cleanliness

• April (5/5): It was convienient for the reason i was on Staten Island. - breakfast was nice, and the check in staff was accommodating I specifially book a room with the Whirl pool tub for my sister so that she could enjoy a nice bath. The tub had splattered blood stains. By the time i could ask about getting it cleaned there was no staff available to clean it and it was late. They did offer to move us into another room, just wouldnt have the tub, plus i travelled with my 80 year old mother. It wouldn't have been fair to move her that time of night.

AC unit mad loud noise when turn on. The price for the hotel is very expensive. The place needs improvement.

• Yuna Madalen (10/5): Très bien ! - L’établissement était super, propre, silencieux, bien équipée, un personnels accueillant et sympathique. Petit-déjeuner proposé complet. L’hôtel est entre 1 heure et 1 heure et demi de Manhattan, cependant des arrêts de bus sont proches de l’hôtel. Les bus sont à l’heure.

• Gina (5/5): - Good location near Fresh Kills Park. The TV in our room came on by itself in the middle of the every night of our stay. We were not able to set a comfortable temperature in our room. The room was not cleaned on the third day of our stay as indicated. We returned to our room on Christmas Eve at around 9pm only to find that the battery on the room entry card reader had died. We waited in the lobby for about an hour before someone came in to replace the battery.

You have a serious problem going on at this hotel and you need to address it I am not sure whether you are housing section 8, temporary housing for homeless, or some kind of government assisted program but way too many people coming and going for that to be normal hotel operations. Read between the lines. All experience was awful.

• Gina (10/5): - Definitely a good place to sleep for the night. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Rest of the hotel was clean as well. Check in and check out was easy. Wish the rooms were a little more sound proof but that’s just the hotel experience. Only downside is the location of the actual hotel. Desolate area next to abandoned buildings and abandoned shopping area. Kinda gives the creeps at night, but once you are inside and close the curtains you forget about the actual area as it feels completely different inside

• Susan (8/5): Good stay - Good hotel. King sized bed was great. They offered breakfast, but we never made it to that. There isn’t much to do in the area. The mall is a few minutes drive away. We popped in one evening. It’s a great mall. If you’re interested in taking the ferry into Lower Manhattan, it’s about a 30 minute drive to the ferry terminal. The hotel itself is in a quiet area. Room had a small fridge. No microwave.
