• kristina (8/5): - The staff here are great and quick to respond to any emails and requests. The bar staff were friendly, plus there are free aperitivo in the bar area later in the day. We booked breakfast with our rate and it was good as well. We were only here for two nights but found some issue with the washroom, tiny vanity, awkward shower, blow dryer broken, but maybe bigger rooms would not have the same bathroom set up. Took off a star for that as well as the sauna not being available still when we stayed at the end of August and website at time of booking said it would be ready mid 2025. Beds were comfortable and air con worked well.
• Anna (4/5): - For paying $200 a night I was extremely uncomfortable during our stay. The AC did not cool the room and the staff did not care. The shower was broken and had to be held to be used and the drain kept popping out of the floor. The power went out when I was in the shower and the water scorched me. When we went down to ask about the power the man at the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Was excited to stay here due to the photos but left disappointed

My partner and I arrived early due to flight times, we asked if we could leave our luggage and pop back later to check in, instead we got a free upgrade to a bigger room! Every member of staff from every department that we interacted with during our stay was incredibly lovely and friendly and very attentive. From giving us a free room upgrade, to helping us organise transport back to the airport for our early morning flight, they were all happy to help! The room was lovely, good size, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, and a lot of good bars and restaurants near by. Cannot recommend this place enough, and when we return to Rome in the future, we will definitely be staying here!

Also very convenient because they can hold your luggage for you if you arrive earlier than check in or leave to go somewhere after checkout in the morning. Very clean and well taken care of, would definitely recommend.

The staff are great and the hotel was very clean. Definitely use their airport transfer services. They ended up being cheaper than the other options we found.

Location: 20 min walk to the Colosseum and 50 min walk to the Vatican where you can pass by the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Staff: Super helpful staff they did all they can to help make our stay the best possible Breakfast: 12 Euros for a great breakfast spread that was available from 6:30 -10 am. Room and Hotel: room was clean and well organized with water and biscotti provided free of charge. The hotel has great outdoor piazza and inside lounge and bar. If we go back to Rome we would stay here again.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. A big shoutout to our Kababayans – you're doing an amazing job! The room was small but clean and well-maintained. The Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was normal. However, the bathroom could use some improvements. The shower head needs to be replaced, as it constantly bends when in use. Additionally, the bathroom feels a bit outdated, and some renovations would really help. For example, the tracks for the sliding door are calcified and difficult to use properly. There wasn’t much space for my makeup kit and toiletries, and I would have appreciated the addition of body lotion as an extra amenity. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend the hotel, especially due to its excellent location and the friendly staff. However, a few updates in the bathroom and a bit more variety in the breakfast offerings would make the experience even better.

The only downside is the rooms get hot and the AC is not available year round like in the US. We kept our windows open which was great, but sometimes we had to close them because on trash pick up days, it got really loud. Overall, the hotel was great and I would recommend it.

• Helen (8/5): - Centrally located near Roma Termini and also major sites in a quieter district. Hotel was beautifully decorated throughout as were the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, great service. We had some minor issues in our room, a bottle of someone’s water had been left on the window sill and the bathroom was clean but a little tired and the toilet flush had some issues which the hotel sorted out. The shower soap had run out and wasn’t replaced so we had to make do with the sink handwash. There was no option of milk sachets for the coffee. The complimentary water and biscottis were a nice touch on arrival. Everywhere was walkable from the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent & the room quiet with a comfortable bed. We didnt need to use it but understand there is an option to be able to leave your luggage which would be a huge help. All the staff were lovely & very helpful. Cons The plug in the bathroom sink stuck shut on 2 consecutive mornings leaving us unable to let water out after having a wash & we had to brush our teeth over the bidet (using bottled water I might add!). Maintenance must have just gone in & let the water out on both mornings because it wasn't fixed so on our last day we just got washed under running water & didnt use the plug. The room description said coffee maker & kettle so we took teabags as being english we like a cup of tea before bed 😀 There was no kettle & when I asked in reception it was obvious this must be a mistake in the listing. There was a coffee machine but there were only pods for black coffee supplied, no milk. The room was unbearably hot & we had trouble sleeping so bearing in mind the weather was cool/mild, goodness knows what its like in the heat of summer! The room description says aircon & although my husband found what looked to be some kind of controller, it didnt seem to do anything. Perhaps thats the price you pay for having a room thats well insulated & quiet! We enjoyed our stay in Rome & at this hotel, would stay again

• Emma (8/5): - The hotel was in a good location. We had 4 rooms. The suite was nice. The other rooms had very small bathrooms and one room was in need of renovation. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful and the breakfast were great.
• Elaine (8/5): Nice hotel and good location. - We were pleased we could check in early. Our room a was a good size, clean and well presented. The room specification on our booking confirmation stated we had a bath, which I was looking forward to, we had a shower only. I did query this with reception and was told that only superior rooms have a bath. No superior rooms available. 😤 The 'missing' bath was a big disappointment to me as I particularly looked for this when selecting our hotel. The breakfast was OK, it was buffet continental selection. The scrambled eggs were actually hard boiled eggs mashed up. The air con was ok but could not be controlled within the room. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Roma Terminal and about 20 minute from Trevi Fountain. I would recommend this hotel.
• Brian (8/5): Lovely staff and a nice stay in a great location. - Lovely staff and a nice stay. Great location and great value. Only a couple of issues, the shower in the bathroom wasn't great, not adjustable and sometimes water leaked onto the floor in the corner. Breakfast was only okay, servers didn't offer coffee and had to ask them. Cleaners only gave us shampoo.
• Christopher (4/5): Very sweaty nights - Hotel did not turn on AC in rooms in mid May. They said they don’t turn on until June 1st. Room was 80’s at night, couldn’t sleep. No fans. Bed was soaking wet from sweat each morning.
• Kristina (6/5): - This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome. It is within walking distance of the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Dei Popola, and so much more. There is a cafe just down the street, Al Viminale, that serves the best, most authentic italian food that we experienced during our trip. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the hotel itself. The AC in our room never cooled well. It turns out that every room was equally as balmy as we had friends on the other side of the building with the same issue. This forced us to sleep with the windows open in order to cool the room off which impeded our sleep due to the night-life in the surrounding areas. We were never issued a menu of spa services, and breakfast was sub-par and often too crowded for the amount of people trying to partake. If we come to Rome again, we would most definitely stay in the same area, but we would opt for a different hotel.
