- Jamie (8/5): Pleasant and well presented hotel, only let down by the state of the surrounding neighbourhood. - Modern design inside, clean and well presented. Tea and coffee in rooms, and minibar free to use. Cooked portion of the buffet breakfast was cold on both days, and had to ask for milk for the cereals (rather than being readily available). Paper cups in the bedroom for hot drinks were flimsy and not fit for purpose.

- Jenny (8/5): Great for public transport connections - The location next to the train and metro station and buses to the airport was what we were looking for - and this was perfect for that. The room was newly refurbished and clean, there was even a minibar filled with free drinks and snacks, and a free breakfast. The surrounding area isn't the greatest, so I probably wouldn't choose this for a multi-night stay in Naples, although it is good for connections if you will be taking trains. The breakfast didn't have the freshest items, but was passable.

- Rebecca (9/5): Great hotel! - We really liked the location as we needed to be near the station for trips to pompei and herculaneum. The city centre was easy to access from here too. The hotel staff were polite and friendly, doing an excellent job. The room was large and clean, bed comfortable, great shower, and the mini bar exceeded our expectations! We were a bit worried about the area it was in. But we arrived late evening with no problems. Loads of police and security about which was reassuring. Just keep your wits about you, like we do when travelling anyway, and it was no problem at all.

Disponeva di tutto il necessario: cassaforte, frigo bar gratuito, armadio spazioso e 4 cuscini per dormire. Qualche capello qua e là. La doccia non si chiudeva e aveva qualche perdita bagnando il pavimento. Dai rubinetti a volte non usciva tanta acqua. La posizione è ottima ma non è molto sicura dato le persone straniere che la frequentano.
- jose (7/5): Quedamos encerrados en el hotel - Era cómodo Al hacer check out íbamos apurados al aeropuerto , no había nadie en la recepción a pesar de que preguntamos y nos dijeron que era 24hrs, estábamos encerrados adentro , esperamos por varios minutos sin poder salir , como estábamos apurados dejamos la tarjeta en el mesón y buscamos la forma de abrir la puerta nosotros mismos ya que de lo contrario perderíamos el vuelo , fue una situación muy incómoda, no sabemos si el recepcionista estaba en algún lugar durmiendo pero nunca apareció .

- Franck (4/5): - Son emplacement Le petit déjeuner est bon Le mépris de la responsable Le premier jour, notre chambre était occupée. On nous a changé de chambre (équivalente à notre réservation). La personne à la réception nous demande de refaire nos valises le matin car on nous change de chambre et on nous mettrait nos bagages dans la nouvelle chambre. Le soir nous intégrons notre nouvelle chambre mais elle ne correspond pas à notre réservation. (Pourtant c'était la même chambre qui était occupée la veille) Je descends à l'accueil, le signale mais le réceptionniste ne peut rien faire pour l'instant,il faut attendre la responsable le lendemain matin. Le matin je descends pour voir la responsable avant de partir en visite. La responsable arrive à 9h15 sans un mot, discute avec la réceptionniste du matin nous change enfin de chambre .Elle ne nous même pas adressé la parole, ne s'est même pas excusée de ce début de séjour chaotique et n'a pas proposé par exemple un dédommagement. De plus il nous on dit de faire les bagages et de les descendre à la bagagerie . Le soir quand nous sommes rentrés les bagages n'était pas dans la chambre, il a fallu aller les chercher puis les remonter . Le lendemain matinée normale, nous sommes rentrés dans l'après midi pour nous reposer et à notre grande surprise notre chambre était grande ouverte avec des ouvriers dedans .Bien sur la responsable avait occulté de nous en parler (cela a duré environ 1h00).Pour ouvrir la fenêtre il fallait escalader une marche d'environ 60cm Le reste du séjour c'est normalement passé. En conclusion, la chambre qui nous était attribuée au départ ne correspondait pas à notre réservation et cela était volontaire donc il y a eu tromperie, des travaux pas signalés et pris pour des imbéciles et non comme des clients.Un responsable méprisant ces clients. Les photos correspondent à la chambre qui n'était pas conforme à notre réservation (chambre supérieure triple) et les ouvriers dans l'autre chambre.

- Aurélien (10/5): - Les chambres sont très propres et confortables, le personnel d'accueil sympathique, les petits-dejeuners étaient copieux et l'emplacement de l'hôtel, à défaut d'être dans un quartier ancien, est très pratique pour se déplacer (même à pied avec la via dei Tribunali, Spaccanapoli et le cours Umberto Ier à 10 mn). La clientèle est gênée pour prendre l'ascenseur le matin avec le ménage. Faible isolation sonore entre les chambres (plus ou moins gênant suivant les voisins).

Tant l'organisation que les mets. Pas au niveau de Best Western. Les oeufs brouillés immangeables. Heureusement le gâteau "Pâques" était de l'honneur, délicieux.

- LeJeune76 (7/5): Prima verblijf maar wel met enkele kanttekeningen - Leuke kamer met Frans balkon. Comfortabel bed. Koffie en thee op de kamer. Keurig dagelijks schoongemaakt en koffie/thee bijgevuld. Koelkast op de kamer is ook handig. Je loopt zo het oude centrum in. Ook het trein- en metrostation liggen op een boogscheut van het hotel. Het plein Piazza Garibaldi en de omliggende straten, ook de straat waar het hotel aan ligt, is niet erg gezellig en in het donker vrees ik ook niet echt veilig. Er is maar 1 heel kleine lift die vaak in storing was (volgens mij omdat de schoonmaker ermee bezig was). Er passen hooguit drie personen (zonder bagage) in. Niet iedereen bij de receptie was vriendelijk. De (oudere) meneer die er bijvoorbeeld op maandag 30 maart zat had niet het fatsoen even te groeten bij binnenkomen/weggaan maar zat stoicijns naar zijn computerscherm te turen. Zo iemand vind ik dan dus niet geschikt voor de horeca. In de nachten veel lawaai van buiten (bouwwerkzaamheden?)
