• Catriona (9/5): Would stay again. - Great location, short walk to restaurants, pools, walking track etc. Nice large 2 bedroom unit, with full kitchen (although we didn't cook there). Good to have extra towels to take to the Hot Pools. And an extra key was no issue. Anyone staying here needs to dine at MK - OMG it is amazing!!! A short walk into town. What an amazing experience, and very reasonably priced, "Trust the Chef". Stair well area needs a clean. Needed the key to turn power on, so couldn't leave dishwasher or washing machine going when we went out. Minor things.

Only thing was that the rooms were slightly outdated and needed some TLC. For example, some of the blinds were broken and the tap in the sink was loose and wobbly

• Louise (10/5): Excellent! - This was our second stay at Clear Ridge and it was again excellent. The apartments are a great size and very clean. The service was friendly and helpful too. We'll be back next year!
• Thai Mint (8/5): Great location and facilities. - A great location to explore Hanmer Springs. The property has great facilities and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The heating in the apartment was difficult to operate. The heating system needs to be upgraded
• Alex Berkemer (3/5): Overpriced, not a 5-start facility but great location - Location We were checked in by the receptionist. Unfortunately we were not advised that the heatpump wasn't working. All we had was one little space heater for a big apartment. Dispite them not being fully booked we got the apartment witha broken heatpump. After complaining the following day we were given three two more small heaters. The first night was freezing with frost outside. Teh blind in teh bedroom was broken too so we had this blue light from teh outside streaming in. We also found that the property was dirty - lots of hair on floor and in bathroom, dead flies behind doors. Their room service was to onlt to give new towels and top up coffee. When we left we were not asked how our stay was. Not much value for money, they class themselves as 5 star accommodation, it is far from that. Can not recommend.
• Greg (9/5): Clean comfortable place to stay handy to the town - Smooth check in , nice and quiet even though its next to a busy road. Room was spacious and comfortable and we could walk into town to find a place for a meal or a drink.

• Wendy (9/5): Very enjoyable stay, the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. - Close to central Hanmer The only slight niggle I would have is the shower over the very large spa bath was quite difficult to get in and out of.

• Jane (10/5): Large and comfy apartment - Large, comfortable apartments with a king sized bed. Warm, excellent kitchen facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, drier. Close to pools, shops, restaurants etc. Off- street parking. Swimming pool. Very large and high sided spa bath with shower over it. We both had difficulty getting in and out of it to use the shower. The property is on an incline so the units are staggered on each level. Although there's a lift, there are 3 steps between each apartment. We had the last apartment, so 9 steps, which was OK, but as l have mobility issues it was a bit of a nuisance. Only affects those with mobility issues. Apparently ground floor apartments have showers and are suitable for wheelchairs.

• natalie (10/5): very spacious and modern and central - This apartment was very spacious and much better in real life, we were really impressed. Everything looked new and moderrn and we felt very comfortable. The managers were very friendly and suggested restaurants for us. We were only there 2 nights and wanted to stay an extra night, but I could not get hold of the hire car company to extent our car rental. Hamner springs have the thermal pools, great restaurants, and an amazing ice cream and fudge shop (they make the ice cream and fudge there). The town is very pretty and green and we had a nice green view from our balcony. The apartment is in walkung distance to everything in town. (5 mins) ps. the bed was comfy and the apartment was very clean, we could not fault it.

• RobynW (8/5): Overall, pretty good! - Excellent location, within easy walking distance of the shops and thermal pools. Rooms were reasonable, also very handy to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Owners very friendly. The shower over the spa bath - pressure wasn't awesome, and the side was very high to step into, but the worst part was the uneven flooring in the bottom of the bath where you had to stand for a shower. It would be absolutely lethal for anyone who was already a little unsteady on their feet, as it was very easy to stumble due to the significant dip. The parking was also a bit tight with not a lot of room to move, especially if people parked alongside the building, but plenty of parking on the street directly outside the property for bigger vehicles if needed.

Had everything we needed. So convenient to the Main Street for restaurants, four square and thermal pools Had 3 maintenance problems that we reported at check out. They weren’t show stoppers. Slat blind in small window of master bedroom didn’t open and close, as the control cord was broken. Extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work. Basin in bathroom was slow to drain, probably just needed a bit of drains.
• Alla (9/5): - The location, size of the bedrooms and lounge, room for office, solid furniture, comfortable beds, full-size equipped kitchen, balcony, amazing view The shower with curtains looks strange and weird in such a nice apartment. ABSOLUTELY HATE the mouse I saw in the very beginning of our stay. The hosts said it happens this time of the year with balconies open, but who cares? They must do something with pest control to sort that out.
