- Sallie (1/5): Absolute joke from staff never stay there with a huge group not worth it at all. - Nothing as for 5 adults to stay in villa was way too small and location was way too far out from anything. Was there only an hour and wanted our money back. Too small for five adults, pool was way tooo small. Asked staff for money back and had to go through manager but couldn’t contact them and booking . Com had left messages and I personally left numerous calls and messages and couldn’t get hold of them. Didn’t get a refund and absolute disgrace on their behalf. Only there an hour and couldn’t spend a night there.

- Marc (9/5): Villa Harmony was perfect - My friend and I stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was perfect for our 4 night stay in Seminyak. The villa was so spacious and tidy, and we loved the private pool. The staff were all very helpful, and the villa exceeded expectations considering the reasonsable cost. Heavy rain triggered a power cut during the night one night, but there was a staff member on hand in the morning to fix this. There are plenty of nice little restaurants within walking distance and a mini supermarket 50 meters from the villa. The villa is located in a quieter part of Seminyak and isn't central to the main square (35 minute walk), however, we used the Gojek app to book taxis (9 minutes to main square), which were at such a low cost to get about and reliable to use.

The place was well maintained and very comfortable. One of the toilet seats was unsecure, but upon notifying the host this was resolved same day.

There were several issues during our stay that we’d like to bring to your attention: No hot water for 7 days in Delux Villa. No pool towels provided, and a general lack of towels overall We had to request hand and bath towels every other day Two bathrooms experienced leaks after heavy rain One of the villas had no lounge chairs by the pool No TV in the main living area No water provided in the bathrooms for brushing teeth These issues significantly impacted our experience, and we hope they can be addressed to improve future stays.

No pool towels provided until we asked for them. Only 4 glasses for 10 people so had to request more. Lots of mosquito's. Had to request that the villa was sprayed as guests were all being bitten.

Very central to all amenities. 24/7 M Mart around the corner and surrounded by heaps of shops and great cafes! Probably a little old for our liking. The doors to all the rooms didn't seal off properly which would allow for pesky mosquitos to enter the room. Bathrooms could do with a deep clean or an update as the design made the bathroom floors very slippery (my toddler fell)

Pool was very small, when we were here they were doing building work from 7am until 10.30pm, would have liked to be informed of this! No toaster or microwave in the kitchen. The toilet was very dirty. Don’t clean well but you have this every where unfortunately!

The swimming pool aka jacuzzi was small for 4 bedroom villa and not per our expectation ie bigger pool as per photo. - Nicki (10/5): The perfect stay! - The perfect villa for a family holiday. We gathered from all corners of the world - from 18 months old to 86 years old to celebrate family. The beds are comfy, the villa clean, the pool divine. The location is off a very busy road but, you cannot hear any traffic noise. The staff were amazing - terima kasih! Nothing.

Plenty of space for things Quiet location,though some neighbours noisy late at night Situated down short lane from busiest Street ever! It's 20 min walk to beach,but you have to negotiate heavy traffic,cars parked on pavements,scooters everywhere drive on and off pavement The villa is partly outside,therefore mosquitos fly in. Cracked and missing glass above bathroom where men were working next door!

- Morbidelli (10/5): I will come back in the nearest future - Very impressive villa. very well-maintained. Nice pool and the bed is 10 out of 10. Nice open living area and it has plenty shades that will not make guest disturbed by the hot weather. I heard from staff that this villa is in partnership with company that can recycle trashes, which is very good.
- Vincent (10/5): I had wonderful stay, Thank you Harmoy Villa - The Villa environment is amazing. We stayed in a villa of more than 100 square meters. The room was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable. There was a direct charging socket. The swimming pool in the room was big. The bathroom was very clean. Because it is a villa resort, there are not many people overall, the energy is very good, it is very quiet at night, and you can sleep soundly. The location is very strategic, I walked 10 minutes to the nearest beach. We did it a few times and it was very relaxing and our skin was smooth and delicate. The hotel's food and beverages are also simply delicious. We order by ourselves. We will stay here again next time. The price is affordable compared to its villa and facilities. None

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not a good experience - The hotel was located centrally in north seminayak but the condition of the rooms was unbearable. The pictures shown on internet are of the self contained villa unit, the other rooms are miles away with cleanliness, the towels need updating

- Julian (2/5): Extremely disappointing - The pictures the hotel showed on the internet were completely different to the conditions when we arrived. The suite should include a private pool - this pool was at another facility. When we called the hotel manager, named "Madame Wydia", she first said that these wrong information wouldn't be her fault and we should contact lastminute.com if we are unhappy with the service of the hotel! When we asked her to give us anything as an extra service in consequence of this wrong information she laughed and said she can not do anything like that because it's not included in our booking. When we said we will tell that on the review she shouted at us. Terrible manager. The staff at the hotel was friendly but never able to solve any problem whenever we asked them for help. Breakfast, which was included, was okay. The rooms were okay but still too pricey and not the rooms which were promised. I will never book villa harmony again, because harmony is a thing you don't get there.

Jeg va af den opfattelse at der var en fælles pool og privat pool til villalejlighederne. Der var andre gæster der også havde samme opfattelse
- sze ki (4/5): Close to restaurants - I booked two bedrooms villa,when I check in,the lady told me they only have two bedrooms junior villa,I said the price is different, finally she gave me six bedrooms villa instead,but I can feel their booking system have some problem, although six bedrooms villa is huge but not really clean,no hair dryer in both bedroom,many cigarettes in the ground.
- Tord (6/5): A 3 pluss out of 6 ;) - The staff is very friendly and always aim to please. They are very sweet indeed. From the pictures I was lead to think there was a pool available for hotel guests. This pool is for selected rooms only. There is no breakfastroom or bar available. The hot water disapeared after the 2 first days and even if we let staff know it never came back for the rest of the 2 weeks. The rainforest showerhead was clogged with chalk. One day coming back from the beach they didnt have the key to my room. It turned out they had forgotten it in the door after cleaning my room. On this keychaine was the key to the safe with all my valueables. Nothing had gone missing though. Had problems getting my Mac online, but that could very well be my machine. A nice hotel at the price. Cold water in the shower most of the time. Boring breakfast. Nice room. Loved the staff. Most pleasant and helpful.
- Dale (8/5): Nice villa and location tucked away - Had a good stay at Villa Harmony, staff were friendly and helpful. The villa is tucked in away from the main street of North Seminyak, so its not as noisy etc. Further away then we thought, If you don't have a moped you have to catch a taxi to the main streets etc.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 蚊子超多 - 在外面游泳池跟戶外廚房餐桌吃飯都沒什麼蚊子！ 但房間裡面蚊子多的要命，打死無數隻，還要擦防蚊乳液才敢睡。 不知道是不是只有我們這間才這種。
