Odile (6/5): - Ne mérite pas quatre étoiles à mon goût, chambre beaucoup trop sombre, très mauvais éclairage eau de la piscine, pas chaude du tout nécessite quelques améliorations très bien il y a 10 ans en arrière mais pas aujourd’hui serrure qui fonctionne très mal tourne dans le vide Une seule clé pour deux le petit déjeuner avec des fruits ou pas mûr ou beaucoup trop pas de banque réfrigérante pour les produits frais, il trempe dans les glaçons nous sommes partis un jour avant car la météo n’était pas bonne et l’hôtel nous a pas donné envie de rester les restos des alentours sont une catastrophe pour certains hors de prix et pas bon.
SYLVIE (4/5): Hôtel 4 étoiles auquel je ne reviendrai plus - Propreté parfait, literie impeccable, petit déjeuner excellent Restaurant nous avons attendu 30minutes avant de prendre la commande,alors que la salle était remplie à peine de moitié ! Encore 30minutes pour être servi ! Bof!! Chambre et salle de bain trop petite. Mais pour un 4 étoiles impensable une chaleur abominable, impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre car la route passe dessous et le bruit est infernal et le pompon un ventilateur qui fait autant de bruit que la route, même pas canal + je trouve que pour un 4 étoiles c’est plutôt pas terrible.
Renate (10/5): Moto trip - Quick check-in, got rather a small room facing the road, which was busy during day and also early morning, though ok at night. Loved the offered welcome drink as well as great breakfast buffet. Beds were super comfy, TV offered also international channels. Would come again.

ROYCE (10/5): Nice rooms. Very friendly/helpful staff - A little on the outside of town but the staff could not be more helpful and friendly even with limited English. Girl at front desk told us about a must see castle ten minutes away that we were glad we saw before leaving town.

GUILLAUME (10/5): - Excellent accueil et service. Pour un quatre étoiles les sanitaires mériteraient d’être séparés de la salle de bain. Le lavabo de la SDB est vraiment trop petit. Tout le reste était parfait. La literie est excellente, la chambre assez spacieuse. Cependant, Il est préférable d’être situé côté intérieur au niveau du bruit si vous ouvrez la fenêtre.

Lene Korsgaard (8/5): Dejligt ophold - Personalet var meget imødekommende. De tilbød ekstra ting som ikke var på morgenmadsbuffeten. Vi nød, at der var kaffebord hver eftermiddag. Vi spiste middag på hotellet to af aftenerne, og det var også godt. Det eneste, der skuffede mig lidt, var spaen, som jeg dog benyttede.
Claude (8/5): Une petite mise au point s'impose - Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie il n'y a pas de climatisation juste un ventilateur (en plein mois d'août) ... de plus le sèche cheveux était en panne et apparemment la réception était au courant ! ... par contre un très mauvais point pour "hotel.com" qui annonce dans sa confirmation de réservation "bon à savoir > draps non fournis" ce qui est FAUX. D'autre part pourquoi nous avoir fait avancer 499.11€ alors que sur la note d'hôtel il n'est compté que 470.28€ merci d'apporter une explication plausible !!

Duy (10/5): Un super séjour à la salle les aples - L'hôtel se situe au pied de la piste et proche de toutes les activités, commerces et centre du village. Petit déjeuner super, l'équipe de l'hôtel est très sympathique. La chambre est jolie, moderne et propre avec une vue sur la montagne. Le restaurant de l'hotel est excellent avec les produits locaux frais et les plats sont copieux.
pascal (8/5): - like : the employees are energetic and helpful - you will not be wanting nor waiting. not like : the room was looking towards the road which even though it is not right there, it is still noisy from early in the morning. Still the bed was so comfortable we stayed comfortably in bed.

The rooms are clean and modern and the hotel is perfectly situated in front of a ski lift to get quickly onto the slopes if you’re skiing and it was absolutely perfect for seeing the firework display from the balcony. It’s great that the spa is adults only after a certain time. The only negative... It’s a shame the hotel doesn’t have a car park.

Karen (8/5): Great hotel at the edge of the slope - We loved our stay here. The room was lovely, the staff were so charming and friendly and the position was right at the edge of the slope. The only thing we thought could be improved was the spa. So much love has gone into making this hotel look great but the spa seems like a bit of an afterthought. It would be great to have a nice scent, a quieter airconditioner, and not allow kids to jump into the small pool.

Karlis (10/5): Great small hotel - Stayed 5 nights here in early March in a cosy double room as a couple with a group for skiing at Serre Chevalier. The location of the hotel couldn't be better - across the street from cable car and near central village with shops, bars, restaurants and convenient parking. The village seemed rather quiet and caters mostly for families - might have something to do with visiting during the peak of French school holidays. Hotel is planned well and never felt crowded despite being almost full. Pool and sauna is very nice after a day of skiing, just need to pay a little bit of attention to when other guests are visiting and adjust your own timing so that the area isn't overcrowded. The breakfast is very very good and I didn't even manage to try all of the selection during 5 days. My only suggestion is to have drinking water available more easily during the breakfast instead of replenishing wasteful individual bottles of water - there was a large jug of water available at the lobby the rest of the time, so why not early morning. Afternoon snack every day with cakes and sweets was very pleasant, the only problem was that staff couldn't replenish it fast enough. We had dinner once and it was OK but not amazingly good and felt overpriced. Rooms are small and could have used more hooks on walls for hanging wet clothing, but otherwise are perfectly adequate for a couple and very nicely furnished. Housekeeping good but could have done a better job vacuuming floors. Bad wifi

Marvin (4/5): Pas a la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles - Les + : personnel et petit déjeuner Les - : spa horrible, insonorisation des chambres ( comme on etait avec le voisin de chambre), salle d’eau ridicule et pas propre (joints d carrelage de la douche noirs, poussière sur le peu de rangement présent, lavabo...) chambre moyenne (petite, poussière un peu partout, équipements...) La copie est à revoir pour prétendre afficher un 4 étoiles, plus proche d’un 2 étoiles a ce jour. Heureusement le personne sauve le sejour dans cet hôtel. Vraiment dommage. Rapport qualité/prix très très mauvais.
Isabella (10/5): Muito bem localizado e atendimento excelente - O hotel está muito bem localizado, no pé das montanhas, bem prático para ir esquiar. A equipe do hotel é extremamente agradável e atenciosa, sempre dispostos a ajudar. As acomodações são bem amplas e confortáveis, como um apartamento. O fato do hotel ser pequeno faz com que a área de lazer pareça a sala de casa. A massagem e o spa tb são ótimos! Super recomendo!! Se pudesse sugerir algo, sugeriria que a banheira tivesse um chuveiro alto e que os pisos dos quartos fossem aquecidos :-)

giorgio (8/5): Ottimo per soggiornare ma meglio cenare fuori . - La struttura è di medie dimensioni ma molto curata . Le camere sono accoglienti e silenziose . Il personale è molto giovane ma decisamente professionale e cordiale. Unica pecca se vogliamo e il ristorante dove la cucina non è all'altezza della struttura. Menù con poca varietà, qualità discutibile e prezzi più alti della media dei ristoranti della località. Ottima la colazione invece. La spa è piuttosto piccola ma comunque pratica. La posizione della struttura consente di raggiungere il centro in 3 minuti dove bar e ristoranti abbondano .

Le coin détente avec le sauna et la piscine. Un goûter offert à 16 heures. Le restaurant parfait le soir et un petit déjeuner où rien ne manquait. Charles (10/5): Bel établissement et professionnalisme de l'équipe - Un bel établissement idéalement situé pour l'hiver au pied du télécabine de l'aravet mais un peu excentré l'été. La chambre familiale de quatre personnes est spacieuse et agréablement décorée. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Une collation en fin d'après-midi est offerte aux clients de l'hôtel. La direction et le personnel sont professionnels et attentionnés. Nous recommandons cet établissement.
David (10/5): Excellent position - We were very happy with our choice of hotel. We went for a short ski break, the hotel is opposite a main ski lift and close by to the old village of La Salle Les Alpes which has a variety of good local restaurants. The hotel facilities are good, a good choice for breakfast, a nice restaurant and a spa. Cakes and hot drinks are provided later in the afternoon when you come in from the slopes..a nice touch. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the staff very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in the hotel before, we will stay again in the future.

Ally (10/5): Brilliant, helpful above-and-beyond staff - Reception staff were available 24 hours to help with any request, even phoning numerous Old Town restaurants in search of dinner reservations on behalf our non-French-speaking group of Aussie travellers. Organised amazing deals with a nearby ski rental store, and assisted with a horrendous 2am transfer and check-out. Always friendly and courteous. Made the trip as special as it was. Thanks!
