• Gustavo (1/5): Nunca mais quero pisar nesse hotel - Gostei que após 2 dias das minhas críticas eles vieram a tentar melhorar o atendimento péssimo que tiveram comigo ... Mas cheguei a registrar uma queixa no 911 pois me senti agredido moralmente pela funcionária que fica na entrada do hotel. OK -ar condicionado não funciona -as pessoas não atendem ao telefone se ligar na recepção -nos ofereceram uma água em uma jarra com gosto horrível. Levemente salgada e passei bem mal durante o dia todo com dores abdominais. Segue foto da jarra com conteúdo de uma água de fonte duvidosa...torneira ou privada. O café da manhã muito pobre e fraco... Deixei de tomar meu café da manhã no hotel pois achei péssimo...eles não fazem um esquema buffet e sim um pedido a qual eles preparam um prato com coisas que vc nem quer comer. O pior de tudo foi quando voltei do supermercado com compras de água mineral para ver se melhorava minhas dores de barriga devido a água putrida oferecida aos clientes ... Quase fui agredido por uma funcionária que não gostou de minhas críticas ao hotel e me impediu de subir ao meu quarto. Gritou na minha cara chamou os seguranças para me impedir de subir a meu quarto que estava tudo pago. Além disso chegou a bloquear minha passagem colocando a mão no meu peito me tocando e me agredindo moralmente em frente de funcionários e hóspedes. Esse lugar é o pior hotel que fiquei no Mundo ... Eles não registram os pagamentos no booking. Fizeram nos pagar na recepção e chegaram a cancelar minha reserva pois não sabia cobrar o cartão de pagamento... Esse hotel e sua equipe são terríveis. Te perguntam sempre tudo o que vai fazer. Ao sai e aí entrar no hotel vc passa por duas barreiras de reconhecimento e me senti tratado como um bandido... Não fiquem nessa ESPELUNCA. Não perca seu dinheiro nesse hotel. Estou muito chateado por ter perdido dois dias nesse hotel horrível e ter me separado com a pessoa enlouquecida que acredito ser a gerente do hotel. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Uma merda esse hotel

• omar (2/5): - Felt like walking into a 1990s Movie. Everything is very outdated. Everything works, “well kept”. But everything (even the staff) feels tired. Could use some TLC, specially for what they are charging per night.

• Verified traveler (2/5): No Zero Star Rating was available. - Do not book here, they will not honor Expedia reservations. I had a very unwelcoming experience at the hands of their night staff at 11 p.m. They would not let me through the door without my receipt but even that was not good enough to give me a room. Thankfully, Expedia refunded my money, when even talking to them seemed too much to expect for the night staff person. Highly recommend you skip this place.
