Letting us know at check-in that there was a do not disturb sign on the outside of the unit (which was on DND). We didnt get the unit serviced until we requested it and was then told of the sign. Also units can get quite stuffy with the design not allowing much airflow through it. Overall was good, considering the camp was full we did not get disturbed and slept well.

• wendytry (10/5): Great campsite right by the beach - We had a great two night stay, our caravan site was on grass and level. Short 100m walk through bush to the Wild West Coast beach with our dog, plus there was a walking track along the back of the beach. Lots of cheeky weka, don’t leave anything lying around outside! About a five minute drive into town for supermarkets and cafes.

We also had some noisey neighbours but that wasn’t your fault. And some of the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Fine for the kids. But the kids wouldn’t even sleep on the bunk beds cause they thought might fall down

• Dirk (7/5): - Viel platz und eigentlich gute Lage am Meer. Direkt über der Anlage ist ein großer Friedhof. Die kochutensielien waren sehr spärlich und die Pfannen aus Teflon total verkratzt. In der Gemeinschaftsküche gab es sehr wenig brauchbares. An einem Abend war im ganzen Toilettenhaus kein Papier mehr und man musste weit zum nächsten laufen.

• c0letten (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - I really enjoyed my visit to Greymouth thanks to Top 10. I stayed in a cabin with a super comfortable bed, the communal facilities were great and very clean. The general atmosphere of the park is lovely. It was a great base to visit the town.

Steps up to twin room may be difficult for older people. A plastic bin liner would avoid sticky mess when cleaning the bin.

• BarryM2386 (10/5): Superb value for money motels at Greymouth Top 10 - If you’re cycling the West Coast Wilderness trail and need a base before and after your ride Greymouth Top 10 motels are superb value for money particularly if you need to leave your vehicle in a secure lock up. Additionally their motels are as good as most but much better value. We were a group of 5 couples staying there and we’d absolutely recommend Greymouth Top 10. Front office staff were helpful friendly and efficient

Greymouth top10 is beautifully located and we enjoy lighting a fire and cooking our dinner on the beach. The children love all the activities within the park and are never board. All the facilities are maintained to and excellent standard and always clean and tidy. The cabin we stayed in this time was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Its our favorite spot to stay on the west coast!

• infoF3108HV (10/5): TOP 10 TOP choice!!! - February 2026.Top 10 Greymouth was an excellent choice to stay in our motorhome when we required a powered site with laundry facilities. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, the facilities were clean and catered for all of our needs. The whole experience was excellent. We visited the Pounamu Pathway - Mawhera in Greymouth which was a magnificent display created with Weta Workshop visual & interactive history of the area and greenstone. A Must to visit whilst in Greymouth.

• chandanindxb (10/5): Exceptional Cleanliness and Outstanding Housekeeping - We had an excellent stay at this property. The cleanliness of the room, especially the washroom, was truly impressive. Everything was fresh, and very well managed throughout our stay.

• Meadows (9/5): I was quite pleased with the booking, as were my friends. - I really thought I’d made a mistake in booking these rooms, given that there were so many beds in each. However, when I called, I was told that no other persons would be staying in the rooms. Having to go outside to get to the toilet/showers. Though they were nice facilities.
